This location is disgusting. We use the ice machine and there was a cockroach that came out into our ice. The fruit punch had a slimy, moldy film on the inside of the container. When we showed up most the workers were eating, and there was one younger gentleman behind the counter. He didn't really seem like he knew what he was doing. They had to go to the back and bring out tortillas And lettuce. Very unprepared. Won't go back. read more

Chipotle seems to have gone downhill no matter which location you go to. Ordered online, and the meal took forever to pick up. My bowl was skimpy on both the protein and rice. The kids meals were missing both the drinks and the fruit- I was able to get the drinks after asking multiple times, but they had nothing for the fruit. May be the last time I try Chipotle for a while. read more

Today we ordered a mobile pick up order from the Chipotle app. I showed up to pick up our order and it wasn't made or in the queue, and yes we are sure that we ordered from the right store. Anyway, I get in line and proceed to order two bowls, both with half proteins. I order in English, twice, and then the staff don't understand me, so I start ordering in Spanish. They roll their eyes and rush me through my order and messed up both of our bowls. I don't speak broken Spanish, I speak Spanish. I have never had a good experience at this location, it is the reason we seldom order Chipotle. At this point, I'm very disappointed in the service and this store. We will not be returning to this location. I would rather drive the additional 15 minutes to a good store. read more

This is the absolute worst location out of all the ones I've been to. The ladies on the line were in a bad mood and got annoyed at everything we asked for - how do they expect us to order without asking for what we want? I haven't been to this location in over 2 years but decided to go today with my family. As we were ordering, one of the ladies asks "really?" when I asked for sauces on the side...I ask her, "what do you mean really?" She says nothing then asks how many. What kind of customer service is this? Yes, really, I do want sauce on the side otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it. This comes along with your job... Then, Yilmali (name on the receipt) charged us for queso that we did not get. Not sure what type of training these people are getting at this location, if they're getting any in the first place, but upper management needs to reassess their employees as well as the assistant/store managers at this location. read more

(Waited last week, immediately left this time) There was only bottom of the container meat left, with the only other employee cooking the night's proteins. At 5:45pm. On a Friday. Even though I forgot to take a picture of my bowl, stopped here with Vog on the way out of town heading home. I can see why this place has low reviews - dining area was dirty and unkempt, the staff was somewhat aloof, and the portions can be on the small side. I didn't really have a terrible experience, but some of my lettuce was brown, the chicken had gristle, and again, the area we sat was dirty. Also there was a long line of people waiting on their online orders - as referenced in a large amount of other reviews. Just so-so for me. read more

I try to give positive reviews when warranted or give the business a pass and call it a bad day. This Chipotle was the biggest disappointment of the year! It seemed that they were a bid understaffed for a Saturday so I figured the slow service was expected. The portions were what made me review the store. Consistency is key when you can watch the food being served! The person in front of me may have been a friend or family member as they received twice the amount of toppings including protein! I asked for a bit more from the second worker and the first person whispered something and my fate was sealed! Avoid this chipotle at all costs if possible!! Terrible service . The white rice and brown rice had no clean tho or lime in it. The workers were unprepared. The management could care less. A woman tried to charge me double bc she didn't even put any chicken on one of my tacos. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The rest of the team encouraged it. I am not usually one to even write a review, but what I saw today was absolutely appalling. There was no pride in the restaurant. So bad that I will be reaching out to management. We ordered two burrito bowls, both with Carne Asada Asada. This was not steak, it was just gristle and fat, and could not be eaten. Then we go to scoop into the guacamole only to find the skin of an avocado. If you have ever hear the " How I built This" podcast the founder of Chipotle even explains how the skin of an avocado can cause food borne illness. Then out of no where my child says "Daddy what is wrong with my orange"? Well, it too was rotten. When I went to the on-line feedback portal, the virtual agent "Pepper" was of absolutely no help. There is a reason this Chipotle has over a 180 reviews and gets less than 1 1/2 stars. Save your money and go somewhere else. I love chipotle but this has to be the worst one in the DMV. Stale chips and cold food the last 3 visits. This visit I ordered crunchy tacos and was disappointed at the amount of meat they put in them. I asked "is that all? and got a shoulder shrug. Then was shocked again at the "side" of beans and rice, another shoulder shrug. Meat was cold again, chips stale again. They were out of ice tea, the Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and root beer were all out of syrup, but at least they remembered the salsa this time. It's honestly like they are trying to suck. read more

I placed in order online for pickup. My son arrived at the store to pickup our order and was told that the store did not receive the order. The manager did not bother to try to see what happened even though my son showed him the email confirmation. So I PAID FOR FOOD THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. AND NOW, OF COURSE, I CANNOT REACH ANYONE AT CHIPOTLE TO REFUND MY MONEY. I keep getting messages that someone will contact me but no one has. "This is the worst Chipotle ever!" That's the word in Leesburg according to the first sentence in people's reviews. I had a coupon for Chipotle and being tight on funds, figured I could kill two birds with one stone by eating for free and finding out why this place is so bad. My conclusion: it's actually not THAT bad! The line moved efficiently. They piled quite a bit on my burrito bowl and were generous with the guac that I asked for. I had a clean place to sit and trash wasn't overflowing like the photos indicated. Now Chipotle will never be as good as back in 2005-2009 when it was hitting its stride. The taste and flavors back then were suited to that fast tex-mex flavor we've had and we kept coming back for. Now that it rapidly expanded and sold out to McDonald's, the flavors and ingredients aren't what it used to be like the good ol' days. I used to eat Chipotle 2-3 times a week because me and others were hooked. Now it's likely 2-3 times a year. You can tell with these coupons and mailers they're sending that they are beginning to decline. Hopefully they come back from the sliding slope. I walked into the chipotle and the first thing i see is five hardworking women taking on a 20 person line. Most places would take at least 20mins to get out of there yet this took under 5mins to send 20 customers out the door with a full belly and a smile on their faces. They are suppose to put 4oz of protein/meat in your dish. They container is clearly marked 4oz but when weighed obviously it's 3.1 oz. I guess they forgot about density. Nothing ever works at this chipotle. You're literally better off anywhere else. I just ordered delivery and waited 40 minutes. Even got confirmation that my delivery driver was there waiting for the order. Then my order was cancelled. Calling didn't help because the automation states they can't. They tell you to go to your confirmation email to chat with a bot who also can't help. This isn't my first disappointment with this location but this one was the most frustrating ones. Had a long day and I timed this order so that I could sit down with my family and eat. And we all know 8:50pm in Leesburg doesn't leave a ton of options for delivery.
