Stay away! Filthy restrooms! Stopped here at 3pm on a Monday. The area is busy as they have a Tesla charging station next to the group of eateries located here. We intended to buy something to eat and use the restroom. The bathrooms were hideous--the handle on one toilet was broken & non-flushable, there was an inadequate supply of toilet paper, one soap dispenser was completely broken & the other was empty without soap. The bathroom was disgusting. We didn't bother to eat. If the bathrooms were that poorly maintained what does that say about their kitchen? We love Chipotle but this one is poorly maintained & managed. They need to hire some additional help, make necessary repairs & maintain the restrooms in much better condition. Me and my family went in and it was packed but going pretty fast. When it was our turn, i ordered 3 kids quesadillas (just the quesadillas, not a meal) and the worker gave a disgusted look. Then when him and another worker went to make them, they put HALF of what they are supposed to. i didn't say anything because it wasn't worth it and i didn't want to hold the line. They also charged FULL PRICE on all 3 even though i got no sides. maybe it's just the one i go to at home but they have Never charged me full price. You'd expect consistency at fast food chains, but unfortunately this was the worst Chipotle I've been to food-wise in a long time. I had a sample of their cauliflower rice, and it had way too much lime. It was extremely sour and tart. I opted for the white rice instead, and while it was better, you can still very clearly taste the lime. Whoever is prepping the food needs to ease off on the limes. The fajitas were also undercooked: the onions and bell peppers were basically raw. Lots of better fast food options in the area for those driving up and down the 5, so do yourself a favor and skip this Chipotle. read more

I'm so glad I found this Chipotle on my drive up to Fresno. It's on the north side of the grapevine, but off the freeway a bit. I love the fact that the meals, whether a bowl, burrito or salad, are good portion and filled with healthy foods. The "food with integrity" theme is so nice to hear. I just hope they're able to maintain that. I enjoy getting the bowls whenever I eat at Chipotle. They are good sized and are served with your choice of rice, beans and protein. You then can choose hot or mild salsa. I typically ask for all of them. It adds to the flavor of the meal. Top it off with corn, lettuce and cheese and you have a perfect meal! The food here was delicious. We have the vegetarian options: beans rice and tofu mixture with spaces, the corn salsa and guacamole. The burrito bowl is a good amount of food and tasted very fresh. This place was garbage. We got there at 8pm, line was long, waited about 15 mins. When we got to the front to order they told us they were out of white rice and only had brown rice. My review is similar to another complaint maybe it's the shift that works this time of night but I purchased a salad and I prefer extra onions on my salad they clearly were out of onions and like another reviewer stated it's close to closing time so I doubt that they would prepare anymore so I kindly ask if it I could not get charged for guacamole since they're out of onions. They wanted to know how much we were ordering before they decided to take it. My wife placed an order and we drove to go pick it up from our lodging. after waiting in line I got to the counter and I was asked if I could be helped and I told her I was to pick up an order for my wife and she threw up her hands like "what the hell do you want me to do about it?" Finally picked up the order and drove back to our hotel which was just two miles away and only to find the back was leaking and ripped at the bottom. The people taking orders were quick! The girl working the register knew her stuff too. Friendly and patient all of them. Our orders were taken one by one. My friend asked for a little more cheese and she got cheese and a generous amount. We're not used to this because our local Chipotle barely gives you the essentials for your bowl, burrito, or salad. And if you ask for a little extra of something, you may get a teaspoon added. *sigh Four stars because the bathroom could have been cleaned up. Was on a road trip to Paso Robles with some friends and passed through Tehachapi for lunch. I ordered carnitas at the Chipotle and everyone else ordered the chicken. I was the only one that got sick and had to miss our wine tasting trip the next day. We all had the same thing for breakfast and dinner so this is more than likely the cause. Pathetic attitudes of the staff here. Paid for Guacamole and Chips, only got chips and we didn't notice until we were 10 miles up the mountain, NO GUACAMOLE!. My Carnitas burrito was a Rice Burrito with about a tablespoon of meat and Guacamole. The manager there was sitting at a table by the entrance sorting out their tip money. I asked if they were making more soon and the lady behind the counter says "no it's too slow. We're trying to finish what we have". I'm starving, so I grab a scant bowl with what's left and head out. In the car, I open it up to find the food was room temp cold. Not chilled, not warm. I didn't know better and I'm famished so I eat it and proceed to have the worst food poisoning experience of my life. Doing more research, I learned their food was not being heated which is a massive health code violation. I spent over a week trying to contact chipotle for a refund and to inform them of this incident. On 4 separate occasions I shared my experience and every time my call was ended abruptly. No record of my previous complaint, nothing. Feels like they're trying to bury this really dangerous incident. Chipotle - I unsuccessfully tried multiple times to inform you.
