I didn't experience any of the issues that most of the reviewers did... but 14 dollars for a basic salad bowl is pretty high.

I love Chipotle so when I was visiting the area I stopped in. This was by far the filthiest restaurant ever seen. I was there 7pm on a Monday. The meats/veggies were barely full causing the employee to have to scrape the bottom of the bins to get anything out of it. The entire prep area was covered in rice, queso drippings, and other food particles. It was extremely unappetizing. The prep area behind the service counter was even worse. The young man who helped me was very friendly, but the girl running the register acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a fork. I needed to ask for a fork because there were none out. The soda fountain/utensil area was DISGUSTING - covered in food and garbage. I'm glad I don't live in the area because if this was my home chipotle, I'd become a Moe's customer instead. read more

I love chipotle, I just don't love this location, I'm so glad one is opening in Yardley. Yesterday I bought in store. A salad with light rice. She covered it in rice, when I told her it was to much she just kept staring at me saying beans? I should have left. I paid for my salad and theee it away because it's impossible to get the rice off after they load it up. I tried to call the store to get a replacement, and you can no longer speak to a person! It's not an option anymore! How crazy is that! read more

Absolutely unacceptable. I just paid $16 for this pathetic excuse of a Chipotle bowl. FIVE measly pieces of steak--I could count them on one hand--and barely any lettuce. This isn't a minor portion issue; this is straight-up robbery. If I'm paying $16 for a bowl, I expect a full meal, not scraps that look like they were thrown together as an afterthought. Chipotle has gotten ridiculous with its portions while still charging premium prices. This is not the quality or quantity I used to get. If I wanted to be ripped off, I'd go somewhere else. Do better or stop overcharging for half-empty bowls. Fix this. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - There is no reason for the rice to be crunchy. Cooking rice is not hard...use a rice cooker and follow the instructions. - Fast Food Near Me - Langhorne, Pennsylvania

Food is expensive and always skimped on portions. Asked for slightly more than the original pitiful toss and employee looked angry. Is not worth the price and do not typically enjoy the experience. It's fine at best when trying to get something to eat in a rush but definitely wouldn't be my first choice. read more

Should be called Shitpotle! Every time I have ordered either items are completely missing ingredients are wrong or the chips are more stale than cardboard. I don't know how this company stays in business read more

Stale chips. Ruined my night and I'm now extremely sad. Thanks chipotle. The chips weren't even warm either.

I've been to numerous chipotle over the years this is the closest one to my house. This is by far the worst I've been too between the amount of food and mess on the tables and floor to the food quality . The final straw for me to write the review was the rudeness of employees. If you hate your job please quit don't be disgruntled with someone who patrons your business as without customers you would have no business. read more

Online ordering is useless because you're food won't be ready in time. Now let's go inside, the place is empty and yet there is garbage on every table, floor, chair and even the paying counter. Why is there no employees cleaning up? I mean the guy on the register was just standing there doing nothing. Definitely not coming to this establishment again Hopefully no one ends us getting sick from eating here. read more

This place is always dirty, there's food everywhere, tables, floors and walls. the food is always cold and nasty. The counter with the food is always dirty and unorganized. It's seems the management doesn't care about the Bucks county community because this problem has years. I will never be back to this fast food restaurant again. read more

I ordered a steak bowl last night after the gym. Now I'm sick. The bowl was cold , meat was cold , manager attitude was cold. everything about the bowl was bland, the front cashier was so mean when I asked about portion sizes. My diet needs 6oz of meat ... I would have paid for double meat... but one person said we're closing just give her the extra 2. She said NO! The guy making my bowl said okay I can do an extra half scoop . Very nice of him. My issue is the customer service of the team leader she didn't have to show irritation like that... more importantly the food it was bland and cold . I have had the worst stomach pains it caused me to stop eating the bowl my body immediately knew something was wrong.. next day I had to work from home because I couldn't even get breakfast in from stomach cramps. This food was contaminated and the food station was very busy as in unkept. I want a refund but I don't know how to do that. 3/4's of a bowl just sitting in my fridge smh. I shouldn't have gone I knew better... cold unseasoned food every time smh read more

very poor service..dry meat and they barely gave me any meat. I eat chipotle very often however i won't come back to this location.

This place is practically a joke. To actually go hear and leave with a bowl that's even eatable is a genuine blessing from god. The workers are completely incompetent, and everytime you walk in it seems as if it's everyone's first day on the job. The instant attitude your hit with the second you get to the counter tells you they've been there a while. It's always loud in there with some sort of bs music blasting. Workers will probably as you what multiple times. Anything is a better option than pulling up and spending your money at this location. It's genuinely impressive. F this place. Everytime I leave with one of their pathetic bowls I'm tempted to turn my car around n launch the entire entree at the f'in window! read more

Disgusting display of cross contamination and pure carelessness dealing with people's food. Unnecessary Increase of prices and this is what you get. This chipotle needs to get the health department in there asap. There's food EVERYWHERE in this place, hair in food, lettuce in cheese bins with cheese. Prep areas were just as nasty too. Even food smeared all over the counter by the register. They were actually preparing and had people's burritos touching this counter. I have never in my life in this country seen so many health code violations in plain sight. Kitchen area was food everywhere. Looks like the whole staff had a food fight. Do not eat here. Also corporate does not care when you warn them that people will get sick from here. read more

Walked straight to the counter to pick up. Two young men working tonight (tall white guy with a beard and a young Latin guy) we're VERY OPENLY talking about how they didn't like working there. Came at with some attitude, maybe it's an off day but I wouldn't come here again and after seeing other poor reviews this place needs an overhaul of new employees. read more

Horrible!! Food all over the counter, very unsanitary, no napkins out, workers seemed mad. Horrible experience.

Shi ass most the time they give you half ass portions sadly my boy either quit or got fired he used to give out fat ass portions but now the workers are incompetent the one girl I ain't finna say who but she look at you like she confused on what to do also get the mangers off the employees dick cause that is another reason the portions here are ass cause they nit pick the fuck out of what the employee gives you I asked for doble meat and the girl gave me to nice scoops and the manger said that's to much like you greedy bitch I'm paying for the extra that's why this jawn got a 1.5 star raiting go to taste n take for better portions read more

Wow...this location is filthy! And employees were barely paying attention to what they were doing; asked me multiple times what I had ordered and seemed to be high. Nothing against high fast-food workers. Been there. Heh. But there needs to be one responsible one on the mix otherwise everyone gets awful service. Tonight they're all laughing and talking behind the counter as the food looks dry, lukewarm and not as fresh as I've come to expect at other Chipotle locations. Anyway. Someone please take out the overflowing trash, sweep the floors, wipe the tables down pleeeeaaase and make some fresh beans. Yikes! read more

I truly wish I was able to leave a "no star" review ANDDD I wish I would've read the reviews before I ordered my $18 dinner- because this location is truthfully the worst. This is actually the worst place and customer service I have ever endured, ever in my entire life of living. How is it still in business is BEYOND me. I never write reviews, or an email complaint and I tonight, I did both. ... PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE don't waste your time at this Chipotle. God freaking awful DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION unless you don't mind not getting anything you ordered, getting N A S T Y, old, cold, fatty meat, hard rice, and your order just made sloppy. I'm pretty sure my 8year old would've made a better salad with her eyes closed. Customer service- ha ha ha I don't think they know what that is there. Just trust me & all the other reviews- save your money, save your frustration and just don't order from here. You will leave with nothing but disappointment, regret and having to pay for another lunch/dinner. This place is legit a joke.... I went in for a quick order to the Oxford Valley location on 12/7/23. After, explaining to the man who was acting like he was in charge about the scanned BOGO offer which he had zero clue about or how to do it. I took my cup to the beverage station and I was appalled at the filth of this restaurant. The trash cans were full and over flowing onto the floor. there was trash all over the beverage station. There was food and trash on every surface of this place...tables, chairs, floors. it was disgusting. Had I not been embarrassed and mortified that I was even in this disgusting, code violating place...I would have taken pictures. But all I wanted to do was to get out of there as fast as I could. I do not know how this location can even be up and running. They need to have a surprise visit from the FSIS or the health department. read more

I will begin this review by saying that Chipotle was a place me and my family used to love to order from, because we all enjoy Mexican-style food, and the food was very satisfying and very good. So, what's wrong, you say?? Well, one would assume that the purpose of a menu is to select what elements of an entree that you want to be included, and to omit those elements that you do not want to be part of your meal. For the last three times we've ordered from here, it was as if our selections from the menu were utterly ignored, and the meals we received bore no resemblance whatsoever to that which we had ordered. So, since we have no desire to take our orders apart in the store to ensure that we received the meals we ordered, we've decided to skip Chipotle going forward and order from establishments that demonstrate a care for delivering what their customers want rather than what the restaurant chooses to provide. So sad. So unnecessary. But I don't want or need the headache. read more

I feel bad for the associates. This location is incredibly mismanaged. Rarely my meal is correct, and even more rare, prepared upon 30 minutes after I ordered. I abandoned this location for quite a few months due to the disappointment each time I've ordered. Newton is much better. I have finally learned my lesson, and will travel the extra 25 minutes round trip. Tonight, alike the past few times I've ordered, 3 people were working. Several other customers were waiting upon their meal. Luckily mine was ready and waiting. Though so I thought. Several items were missing in my "bag" and so I asked for a few of them (I saw they were stressed and felt bad listing them). Kindly, yet exhausted, the associate gave me what I was missing. Upon returning home, I'm sitting down to eat and handing out each persons order. Either I was given someone else's order or or they made a subtle mistake with every single order. Suspiciously it seems as though it were the correct order with a few incorrect ingredients. This has happened several times before but i hate driving an extra 20 minutes for what is to be expected. I blame the manager, not the associates. They are over worked and aren't to blame. **PS 1/2 of the order was absolute trash. I personally don't know anyone who would of ordered anything even close to similar. Fix your location. I prefer not to drive an extra 25 min after a 14 hour shift. Thank you in advance read more

This is the WORST Chipotle ever! Tried THREE times in a row now for order pick up and they either have incorrect meat or NO PROTEIN AT ALL! Toppings not correct either. Not just a one time thing. Oh man. If you couldn't tell from the other one star reviews, don't go to this chipotle. I walked in to get my online order and realized it was missing the salad vinaigrette. I said "excuse me" to get a workers attention to ask for it. She completely ignored me and continued to walk right past me. The other workers, who were all at the front counter, pretended I wasn't there so they wouldn't have to help me. Eventually someone helped me and surprise! They ran out of vinaigrette. My salad was missing 2 of the ingredients I asked for. My boyfriends burritos were missing most of the things he ordered. One burrito only had chicken (which he didn't order), rice, and guac. Long story short, don't come here. read more

It's the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020... A few weeks ago, when Governor Tom Wolfe first ordered that nonessential businesses shut down, this eatery was shut down because, as I was told by another Chipotle employee at a different location, the owner of the property this Chipotle is on did not want any stores open. Fast forward a few weeks and this place is now open, and the pandemic has worsened in America. I pull up to the establishment to see if I can order some food for takeout. The employees here were not enforcing social distancing whatsoever. There was a giant crowd of people at the front door standing just a few inches from each other, chatting! I did not get out of my car as they were blocking the front door. So, I try to order pickup on my phone but my $8.50 burrito bowl comes up to about $12. What? Then, I try calling the Chipotle from inside my car to see what's going on and if I can have my food handed to me in my car like 90% of other restaurants are doing right now or if the crowd gathered at the front can be asked to move apart and spread out. I called 8 times and no answer... I was contemplating calling the police, but I'm not sure if they would be enforcing social distancing despite the world being in the midst of a very serious pandemic that is taking lives all around us because of careless behavior and nonsense like this. I will be sure to report this restaurant to the highest authority possible, and perhaps somehow get this information to the property owner. This restaurant absolutely should not have reopened its doors for takeout if it was going to carry it out in such a dangerous, careless, awful, disorganized, senseless manner. read more

I really hate to say this but I've told myself 3 times I wouldn't go back to this location and then I do - out of convenience. I'm done! Today was more of same: Dirty (they throw items in your bowl and don't clean it up so line is a mess, have to wait on line for restocking, dining tables not cleared of left trash, nothing stocked on drink/self service bar), no trays bc they were all dirty, chaotic, staff is unfriendly and couldn't care less, plenty of people working but nothing seems to get done. read more
