I love Chipotle so when I was visiting the area I stopped in. This was by far the filthiest restaurant ever seen. I was there 7pm on a Monday. The meats/veggies were barely full causing the employee to have to scrape the bottom of the bins to get anything out of it. The entire prep area was covered in rice, queso drippings, and other food particles. It was extremely unappetizing. The prep area behind the service counter was even worse. The young man who helped me was very friendly, but the girl running the register acted as if I was inconveniencing her by asking for a fork. I needed to ask for a fork because there were none out. The soda fountain/utensil area was DISGUSTING - covered in food and garbage. I'm glad I don't live in the area because if this was my home chipotle, I'd become a Moe's customer instead. read more

She covered it in rice, when I told her it was to much she just kept staring at me saying beans? I should have left. This isn't a minor portion issue; this is straight-up robbery. If I'm paying $16 for a bowl, I expect a full meal, not scraps that look like they were thrown together as an afterthought. I ordered a steak bowl last night after the gym. Now I'm sick. The bowl was cold , meat was cold , manager attitude was cold. everything about the bowl was bland, the front cashier was so mean when I asked about portion sizes. My diet needs 6oz of meat ... I would have paid for double meat... but one person said we're closing just give her the extra 2. She said NO! The guy making my bowl said okay I can do an extra half scoop . Very nice of him. I will begin this review by saying that Chipotle was a place me and my family used to love to order from, because we all enjoy Mexican-style food, and the food was very satisfying and very good. So, what's wrong, you say?? Well, one would assume that the purpose of a menu is to select what elements of an entree that you want to be included, and to omit those elements that you do not want to be part of your meal. For the last three times we've ordered from here, it was as if our selections from the menu were utterly ignored, and the meals we received bore no resemblance whatsoever to that which we had ordered. So, since we have no desire to take our orders apart in the store to ensure that we received the meals we ordered, we've decided to skip Chipotle going forward and order from establishments that demonstrate a care for delivering what their customers want rather than what the restaurant chooses to provide. I went in for a quick order to the Oxford Valley location on 12/7/23. After, explaining to the man who was acting like he was in charge about the scanned BOGO offer which he had zero clue about or how to do it. I took my cup to the beverage station and I was appalled at the filth of this restaurant. The trash cans were full and over flowing onto the floor. there was trash all over the beverage station. There was food and trash on every surface of this place...tables, chairs, floors. it was disgusting. Had I not been embarrassed and mortified that I was even in this disgusting, code violating place...I would have taken pictures. But all I wanted to do was to get out of there as fast as I could. I feel bad for the associates. This location is incredibly mismanaged. Rarely my meal is correct, and even more rare, prepared upon 30 minutes after I ordered. I abandoned this location for quite a few months due to the disappointment each time I've ordered. Newton is much better. I have finally learned my lesson, and will travel the extra 25 minutes round trip. Tonight, alike the past few times I've ordered, 3 people were working. Several other customers were waiting upon their meal. Luckily mine was ready and waiting. Though so I thought. Several items were missing in my "bag" and so I asked for a few of them (I saw they were stressed and felt bad listing them). Kindly, yet exhausted, the associate gave me what I was missing. Upon returning home, I'm sitting down to eat and handing out each persons order. Either I was given someone else's order or or they made a subtle mistake with every single order. Suspiciously it seems as though it were the correct order with a few incorrect ingredients. This has happened several times before but i hate driving an extra 20 minutes for what is to be expected. I blame the manager, not the associates. They are over worked and aren't to blame. **PS 1/2 of the order was absolute trash. This is the WORST Chipotle ever! Tried THREE times in a row now for order pick up and they either have incorrect meat or NO PROTEIN AT ALL! Toppings not correct either. Not just a one time thing. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because at least fairly clean and wait times for pick up no longer 45 minutes longer than order pick up time. I said "excuse me" to get a workers attention to ask for it. She completely ignored me and continued to walk right past me. The other workers, who were all at the front counter, pretended I wasn't there so they wouldn't have to help me. Eventually someone helped me and surprise! They ran out of vinaigrette. My salad was missing 2 of the ingredients I asked for. My boyfriends burritos were missing most of the things he ordered. One burrito only had chicken (which he didn't order), rice, and guac. Secondly I paid $42.20 for my food which included a side of guacamole. when I got home and in bed ready to eat my food there was no qua in my bag. Highly upset. Today was more of same: Dirty (they throw items in your bowl and don't clean it up so line is a mess, have to wait on line for restocking, dining tables not cleared of left trash, nothing stocked on drink/self service bar), no trays bc they were all dirty, chaotic, staff is unfriendly and couldn't care less, plenty of people working but nothing seems to get done. read more

It's the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020... A few weeks ago, when Governor Tom Wolfe first ordered that nonessential businesses shut down, this eatery was shut down because, as I was told by another Chipotle employee at a different location, the owner of the property this Chipotle is on did not want any stores open. Fast forward a few weeks and this place is now open, and the pandemic has worsened in America. I pull up to the establishment to see if I can order some food for takeout. The employees here were not enforcing social distancing whatsoever. There was a giant crowd of people at the front door standing just a few inches from each other, chatting! I did not get out of my car as they were blocking the front door. So, I try to order pickup on my phone but my $8.50 burrito bowl comes up to about $12. What? Then, I try calling the Chipotle from inside my car to see what's going on and if I can have my food handed to me in my car like 90% of other restaurants are doing right now or if the crowd gathered at the front can be asked to move apart and spread out. I called 8 times and no answer... I was contemplating calling the police, but I'm not sure if they would be enforcing social distancing despite the world being in the midst of a very serious pandemic that is taking lives all around us because of careless behavior and nonsense like this. I will be sure to report this restaurant to the highest authority possible, and perhaps somehow get this information to the property owner. This restaurant absolutely should not have reopened its doors for takeout if it was going to carry it out in such a dangerous, careless, awful, disorganized, senseless manner. read more

worst chipotle experience i've had. tried to bring my order back in to be remade as the guacamole was literally almost black. i was really kind about it as the employees are understaffed and i really am patient. they responded with just staring at me then handed me another container of half black guacamole which i handed right back to them. extremely poor customer service skills. also ordered a chicken and cheese taco that came with probably 4 pieces of chicken. no refund and nothing remade. just $20 down the drain. this picture doesn't even do it full justice. read more

so the only good thing about the Langhorne place was the location and the food wasn't terrible, but my major complaint is I ordered three tacos and a girl wrapped it in tinfoil and put it in a paper bag which not only did I not go home straight after ordering because I had other things to do it leaked through the bag and by the time I unwrapped it it was one big giant mess that got all over my hands and my arms. Never coming back to this location ever again. I should've said something to her about putting it in a proper container but I was in a rush but use common sense! who puts three tacos and wraps it in foil, if I wanted three tacos in aluminum foil wrap jumbled together I would've ordered a freaking burrito. read more

People walking out of the restaurant because they don't want to wait 45 minutes for food, refunds only offered online through customer service.
