There's decent space inside, but not ideal for large gatherings. Just like their name suggests, Fuji Sushi offers a vast selection of sushi! If you don't like sushi (like me), there's ramen, noodles and rice dishes too. They have a neat lunch special. The portions are just right. I can tell the staff use fresh, great quality ingredients in their dishes. Fuji Sushi is a little difficult to find, as they are packed into a small business strip, making parking difficult. Their fried rice was OK, but not the best. Our waitress got my order wrong, so when she brought in the dish I DID order, she took it off our bill. Maybe, I'll give this place another chance.

It wasn't completely packed, but much of the restaurant was full, yet we still had our pick of booth vs table vs bar etc We were provided complimentary chips and salsa. Both salsas are great, but the green one is creamy, packs a little heat, and is just delicious The menu offers pretty much all your signature TexMex meals from tacos, burritos, fajitas. Bowls, enchiladas, salads, soups, and many many more. There is a fully stocked bar with all sorts of beer and other drink options The food was terrific, and the display was exceptional. I opted for the mango unsweetened tea and it was refreshing. The food did take a bit longer, but understandable. We usually go to their other restaurant, Jimmy Changas. I normally don't finish my food but when I come here I clean the plate. My favorite is the hot dogs here but I've heard the burgers are as equally good too. The service can be a bit slow since sometimes it does get busy but they have a good amount of seating so you can wait for your food. The only downside is that it is small so when it gets really busy it can be hard to find seating area.
