I use to work at this location, I use to be a supervisor, so I know a thing or two! And this place has went down hill! Last month In August I ordered a family meal at the speaker pulled around to the window and wanted to add something at the window, the worker told me I had to go around to the speaker box and order! I just left! They were are so rude! This morning my husband went for lunch. No one was at the front, he had to wait! The music was LOUD that was playing behind the counter. (I was on the phone with him and could hear the music clearly) And the lady was being rude so he just left he didn't order anything! The customer service is horrible! They need a whole new crew!! The KFC on Fairmont Prky in LaPorte is bad news, not because of the food, but because of the lying service. As example, I was in line in drive thru recently (not busy at the time by the way), and ordered just a simple, small order for only myself. I was told by the cashier, "do I mind waiting a short period of time?". I replied, "ok. no problem". I then got to the drive thru window, where I was asked to pull around, park in front and wait. All acceptable to me at that point, but after awaiting for my order to come out for at least 20 minutes, I went inside to question my order status. I was told by the manager that they just dropped the chickin, that is why it was taking so long. I explained to him that is not what I was told in the drive thru, and that if I was told the truth. I would not have waited. Moral to this sad story, I was royally burned, and if you do not want to risk ending up in the same situation, avoid this KFC location at all costs!! read more

What a disaster. I ordered in the drive thru. Along with a regular 8 pcs I ordered a kids meal chicken tenders. They told me they were out of kids meals. How are you out of kids meals?? I went ahead and ordered tenders and side of fries. I specifically said ," as long as I get fries my kid will be happy, oh and please put extra honey mustard dip". Drove to the window and paid. I was told to drive around and park they would bring it out to me. No problem cuz there were people behind me. I said again, "please don't forget extra honey mustard dip". I didn't have to wait long. The guy brought my order and I asked if there were fries and extra honey mustard. I was told yes. Guess what? Yup, no honey mustard at all. No fries. Wow! That "bugs" the hell out of me. I haven't gotten to what really "bugged" me. We tried to enjoy the food. The chicken was overly salty. Our son was of course upset because he loves fries and loves honey mustard with his tenders. We shrugged it off and put away the leftovers (coleslaw, potatoes, gravy and the 2 chicken breasts). My wife opened the slaw the next day and took a bite. Kind of pushed it around and started to take a second bite, looked down into the rest of the slaw and there was a June bug! Luckily it wasn't in her 1st or the about to be second bite or any bites from the previous night. Need I say anymore about this spot? read more

If you are looking for fast food this is not the KFC for you. They are so incredibly unoraganized. I went through the drive through but had to go in because (of course) they didn't give me spoons and straw after waiting in the parking lot of 10 min for my food to be brought out. When I went in the store smells so bad and was so filthy. The kids working inside were hollering at each other, total chaos. When I opened my chicken tenders there was part of what appeared to be a sponge attached, yuck! Didn't bother taking it back in just tossed it and went next door to taco bell. I will NOT be back. Never again, I waited in line at the counter for a to go order for 15 minutes with 2 people ahead of me with average size orders , the staff could only process one order at a time and they were wandering around with no clue what they were doing, I know that these days good help is hard to find but let's be realistic, people should be trained better to deal with the public in a fast food establishment, the food was just ok at best. It has been quite a few years since I visited a KFC and now I know that I will never go back, I can forgive mediocre food but can't stand bad customer service. read more

I ordered the 16 piece meal, but the guy was new and confused about what came with it (i was too) so he rang it up ala cart (I found this out later). For the record, the meal came with 4 sides and biscuits. Only to find out when I got the food there wasnt any biscuits. Kfc without biscuits is pointless of course, so I was very grateful when the manager explained the situation and gave me some biscuits complimentary. read more

I have five KFC location that I visit, this one is far and away the worst. The staff changes weekly, the food is average, the service is subpar and the place is not well kept or clean.You can't fill out the survey as the recepts have been unreadable for months, too cheap to fix the printer. I'll drive to the Seabrook location from now on and scratch this one off the list. This franchise should be revoked. read more

Worst KFC customer service ever! We ordered through a drive thru (me and my two kids). Guy at the drive thru (KFC): What's your order? Me: I need 3 chicken strips! KFC: It will take 10 minutes. Me: Ok, then I replace it with 1 chicken breast. KFC: Ok, what else? Me: I want kids meal with corn as the side and chicken pot pie. 2 Medium drinks, Dr. Pepper and Sprite. KFC: we don't have Sprite only Sierra Mist. Me: ok. KFC: That's all? Me: Yes sir, that's all. We waited over 20 minutes in line behind the guy who I though ordered a lot but no. He was given a small bag . I noticed that the window opened 4 times and hand gestures like they are arguing. The guy in front of me finally drove off. Yes, my turn. I drive to the window. Waited again since nobody in there. Finally the window opens. Its the black guy in the window. KFC: What's your order again? Me: You haven't started making my order?!!!
