I was so excited when I received notice of the fish sandwich return so braved the traffic and went to my fav JITB. It took awhile at drive thru, employee seemed new, didn't know product, kept getting order wrong, etc. Wasn't sure this was going well. He took my money, but no change, oh well what's 70 cents. I love Jack In the box but this place here is a sad representation of the franchise. Ordered food via the app and waited over 25 minutes inside. The staff were all working but the young man up front was very slow and seemed new? Dining room was clean but kitchen was a mess. I came an hour before closing and they seemed ready to walk out the door and became agitated when people came in through the drive through. I could see that the people in the kitchen were trying to conduct a broken orchestra. Even though they were delegating people were moving so slow. When the food came it was hot and fresh, but I watched them make 3 orders before mine was finished. Thr girl at the drive thru couldn't be less enthusiastic about her job. Maybe she had a bad night. Maybe she didn't get enough sleep or fought with her boyfriend. Maybe it's why my drink had no ice. The dude definitely does NOT want to be at work but being rude to your customers shouldn't be tolerated. Well after I placed the order and paid for it and pulled in the drive through the guy said, "that they were closing for the night due to low staff!" The staff here is competent and friendly.This place seems to be open 24/7 so no matter if I am going to work at 4 am or coming home at 5 am I can get some food. Came here in an ambulance that won't fit in the drive thru and they wouldn't serve us because we wouldn't go through the drive thru. Said no one inside. Store #123 Had a very bad experience here today March 20,2020 at 1:06 P.M. Not only was I spoken to rudely for a person who is spending their money here but also racially profiled by manager Larry, who has never seen me or spoken to me before. I ordered the deluxe double fish sandwich they have for $5.99. I wanted no tomato, one slice of cheese, because it comes with two, and no lettuce. When I payed and received my order i got a single sa which covered top to bottom with tartar sauce. I then proceeded to let them know that my order was wrong and he instantly caught an attitude and asked well what do you want. I wanted what I ordered a double deluxe, and proceeded to try to tell him what I just ordered again. He then cut me off saying "well hurry up because you're holding up my line!" I've just paid my money and I had the right to have my order correct that I paid for. he told me to go up front and he'll bring out the cirrrct order. Before I drove off I immediately took down the number for corporate from the window. As I got to the front I failed the number and when he came back with the sandwich I told him also that my fries weren't fresh. He then proceeded to say his employees say that I always come complaining about my orders. I have NEVER complained about my order here not have I called until this very day. So now he's racially profiling me based on what ever other black woman has come and complained because it certainly wasn't me. Note, again, he has never seen or heard from me not I, him. So with that being said, he has a track record of wrong orders or rude service and has been complained to before. Training will not help, he needs to be fired/released. I'm having the late night munchies.I hardly ever stop at Jack n the box but they are open 24/7 and to make matters worse i've just seen the new commercial on an empty stomach.Jack n the box is advertising three sandwiches inspired by food trucks:porkbelly blt,prime ribeye cheese steak,and the Asian fried chicken sandwich.I'm starving so i ordered all three sandwiches priced 4.99 each.So i tried all three sandwiches and i would have to say the porkbelly blt was my favorite of the three.The bacon was super crispy and flavorful paired with crisp lettuce and seasoned tomatoes was dead on.My least favorite of the three was the Asian fried chicken sandwich.The sandwich is composed of two chicken strips which im not a fan of placed on a baguette with slaw and cucumbers.The chicken was flavorless and very dry.The slaw and cucumbers mostly composed the sandwich i do like.The philly cheese steak was very tasteful hitting on the flavors of typical philly.The only complaint was the sandwich was extremely small.The overall rating for the restaurant would be 2.5 stars. read more

Faster, friendlier, and more accurate, at least at the counter, than some of their chain locations. Always clean when I visit. Oddly seems not as busy as some, might be because it can really only be entered from Kroger or 146 feeder, not Fairmont. Readily accepts their coupons. read more

I'm giving this restaurant 1 star for there very poor customer service! I was there with my husband and daughter just going to order some food. When a lady in front of me ordered and the cashier rung it up as $3.24 the lady gave her a $5 bill and a quarter but the cashier had already rung her up instead of handling the situation properly as you are supposed to at your job the cashier barges towards the back of the restaurant and said out loud to her co workers and management " ooh she just pissed me off" making the statement loud so the customer would hear. As the customer heard that she went back up to the counter and said mam I don't appreciate that, and at that moment I took my daughter and said lets go for lunch else where. And never did the customer raise her voice or had any type of argument with the cashier. Guess she just had a very bad day. Hope the customer calls corporate and they teach the employees how to properly handle situations like so. read more

We do not complain or write reviews for much. But this deserved some notice. We have visited this location on numerous occasions. Each time, the wait was 45+min. Last visit: after 30+ minutes in line, it was our turn at the ordering box. After several minutes no response/greeting when it was our turn to order, we simply said "Hello?" And the response was, and I quote, "Do you want to come make the food yourself?!" from a female voice. Not a "just one moment", or "I'll be with you in a minute", or "Please hold", it was "DO YOU WANT TO COME MAKE THE FOOD YOURSELF". So we pulled to the window without ordering. The female stood in front of the window and ignored us. The manager (a male) opens the window after several minutes. We asked if he heard what just happened. The female standing behind him was yelling "I'm not going to wait on them, they can come inside and order", "I'm not doing this", and continued to yell very ugly things over the manager and us. The manager finally turned around and yelled "ENOUGH!" to the employee. We asked for names and politely drove off. Seriously? We are quiet, polite people with children. And after over 45 minutes and nothing but a VERY polite "hello" we are yelled at??? We have submitted complaints, but also know we have a choice. We will not be back to this location. read more
