Best Chipotle i've been to in the Tri-state area! I will go out of my way to come to this location (outside of busy periods) They load up the bowl and the ingredients are always available and fresh (which is more than i can say about other places. If you're in the mood for chipotle come to this one and thank me! read more

I've been to this location three times, and every time I've received about one-third of a scoop of chicken. I don't like asking for more because I don't want to be that customer, but I also expect to receive the portion I'm paying for. I hope the serving sizes become more consistent. read more

People inside hate their job. Mobile ordering will be a much smaller portion and they WILL miss something. Chipotle customers service is bad enough for me to download yelp to leave this review. read more

Another disappointment. Chipotle has declined. The chips were stale & overcooked with no salt. The chicken bowl was so bad I had to pitch 3 quarters of it. No taste. And the sour cream has changed. This location is the worse. read more

It's better than the Alexandria location. That one is dry, their chips have no salt and lime favor. And the workers seemed pissed off to see you. read more

Today was the first time that I have eaten at Chipotle's. Their burrito was very delicious. The portions seem reasonable. The price seems reasonable: but may seem to be a little high to some people because all fast food restaurants have to charge similar prices because of the strong bout of inflation during the Biden administration due to overstimulation and handing out too much free money during COVID. There was a good choice of ingredients and everything was very fresh. The staff were very polite and courteous. I will go back there and eat again because the place was very clean and the food was of good quality. read more

Food was great as always. As a regular customer I would like to see the hot honey chicken come back but always happy with the food and service read more

This chipotle is usually pretty good, sometimes it's busy at lunch because of the Northern crowd but other than that it's good. Let's be real here, chipotle is always good so the food is good regardless. Carnitas is my favorite, I don't know why I ever wasted my time with chicken :) thanks for the suggestion my handsome man :) read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Veggie bowl - Mexican Near Me - Highland Heights, Kentucky

This location is not well equipped enough to handle the volume it gets. The tables don't get wiped down, the garbage overflows, the silverware doesn't get refilled, etc. However, it's food quality is fresh and tasty so I'd say just take your order to go. read more

This place sucks butt. I got there at 10:50am and the carnitas was so dry it had to of been from the day before. Disgusted. Don't eat here

So I always go to this Chipotle but with growing pains -opening a new one in Alexandria Ky the new employee at this location I assume new giving the benefit of doubt is not properly trained in food handling. I ordered a salad and before doing so she grabbed some trash off the the floor then pushed it down in the trash can. With the same gloves on she proceeded to start grabbing salad out of the container with the gloves that touched the floor and trash can. I brought that to her attention and could see her complaining to another employee about it. Need to do some serious training Chipotle!!! Not happy at all. This happened at 6:25sh on 9/30/20 Wednesday evening. read more

Shrinkflation, uncooked tortilla, scant amount of meat, couldn't care less staff (complete with a tip jar-lol), up charge for a teaspoon of queso. Typical post plandemic crap. No one cares anymore. It's everywhere. I miss the old Chipotle. read more

They messed up my order. When I called to let them know, (called four times over two days), they never answered the phone. Pathetic!!!

This Chipotle fr has their act together. As a former chipotle employee of one of the best stores in my home city, I'm particularly hard on stores when I go in, and I'll look out for what isn't being done right and what can improve. This place isn't perfect (no chipotle is) but damn do they do an incredible job. I moved to Cincinnati almost a year ago, and due to the nature of my job I've been to a ton of chipotles up and down the Cincinnati/northern ky area and I gotta say this has got to be the best one. I've been to this location a few times in the last couple weeks, always at lunch time during the weekdays and their lunch crew are rockstars. All of them are smiling, super friendly, very helpful and so. So. Fast. But they're not fast because they're rushing through and skip out on portion sizes, it's bc they actually know what they're doing and know exactly how much they need to scoop, what questions need to be asked, etc. the whole place is relatively clean (even during and after the lunch rush, when it's most difficult to make sure tables are wiped down and the drink area is stocked and in order). And the food is fresh and well prepared. Talked to the manager today to reassure her that things were going really well, she shared that they were kind of a mess that morning but she must have really picked up the slack bc it didn't show at all. Very impressed, 10/10. Will be frequenting this chipotle often. read more

The tables need to be cleaned/wiped down more often than normally fine here, but this Chipotle is WAAAAY more cleaner than the one in Newport!!! The staff here make it clear that they're happy that you're in the restaurant to buy food from them here, (which is a great thing). The staff are good about getting people through the line as quickly as possible -- which is great. I like how the staff doesn't like it's an inconvience for special requests on the food either. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - My hubby eating his bowl at Chipotle. - Mexican Near Me - Highland Heights, Kentucky

My favorite Chipotle by far. The food is always spot on, and the people that work here are awesome. They follow all the COVID guidelines, and will get you through the line quickly no matter how long it is. Keep up the good work! read more

Trash. Here now, for $9 almost $10 I purchased three soft shell carne asada steak tacos. No drink, guy puts 4 tiny pieces of steak on each of my tacos, that automatically kinda made me aggravated. I pay, I sit down, every piece of the four pieces of steak are chewy and cold, disgusting. I spit it out, wasted 10$ and leaving hungry. Highly unsatisfying and I won't go to chipotle again. read more

Food tastes good but service was border line awkward to talk to. The person who made our burritos was aggressive and impersonal. We were not greeted, were not asked what we wanted on the burritos, and after each serving the employee threw the serving spoon down into the container violently. The cashier was the first person to acknowledge us. read more

This is the best chipotle around. I live closer to the two chipotles on beechmont avenue and I actually drive over the river to this one. The others are ALWAYS out of multiple menu items and this place never is. They always have things in stock, stuff is fresh, it's quick, clean, and everyone is nice. This is the best chipotle around. read more

I've never written a review for anything. I literally created this yelp account because I feel so compelled to tell the world about the experience I had at this Chipotle location yesterday. I usually dread walking into Chipotle because it's loud af, the workers can't understand what i'm saying, it's stressful when I get to the end of the line and ask for a side of corn, etc etc. But no. Not this time. Not on Wilson Rd. I tiptoed apprehensively into this location, which I frequent only in the event of an emergency, to order my burrito bowl. I swear to god I was in and out in 2 minutes. It was almost like me and the girl with the sparkly gauges were on the same wavelength when it came to assembling my bowl- she knew exactly what to scoop for me in my time of need. I swear to you, she reached for the black bean serving spoon before I even made my choice between black or pinto. Idk if I just had the A team or what. But I want to get married in this Chipotle now. Amazing service. read more

Great staff and delicious food, one of my favorite Chipotle locations for sure. Always clean and employees are fast! Definitely the best bang for your buck as far as food around NKU. 7 bucks for a bowl I can make 2 meals out of is hard to beat, especially with how could the food is. read more

We always have an issue with this HH location. A preorder for certain time is never ready, they are out of steak, not enough people working.. Its worth it to go to the Mayfield location. We've had an issue of some sort every time since they opened. read more

This is a wonderful place to eat. Even when my wife and I came in late at night within an hour of closing time, we were not rushed through our meal. This location is much cleaner than the Newport location. The hard-working team playing staff here makes short work of the long lines that generally spring up here. My only wish they were open much later at night. I'm sure this would greatly satisfy the NKU crowd which seems to dominate the grocery and food market in this area. read more

Wrap or bowl - that's it. If all you want is fresh mexcian-like food either in a soft tortilla wrap or in a bowl, then this is the place for you. AND if you like a place with high ceilings that makes not only the muzak louder then needed but also amplifies the many conversations of the patrons who choose to dine-in. and this is on top of the clatter & chatter of the cooks & servers. so, to summarize . . . DO NOT go here if you like a varied menu DO NOT go here if you want someplace without a lot of noise, i said "A LOT OF NOISE!"(in case you couldn't hear me) DO go here if you just want fresh mexican-like food in a wrap or bowl. DO go here to get carry-out read more

I'm a pretty regular customer here, and its always fantastic. The people I was with wanted their steak more done, so they gladly put it back on the grill- then gave them free drinks for waiting! I ordered a corona, and naturally wished to compliment it with a lime, but they said they had to be cut, so I wasn't worried about it and said nevermind. A few minutes later a bowl of limes was brought to me! Its definitely the little things that count. Keep it up chi-pottle! read more

Terrible location. We went there as a study break and left more stressed and hungry. They give you literally a teaspoon of meat. They threw my friend's quesadilla in the bag & it separated. Her quesadilla was basically cheese and dough because they are being so stingy with the toppings. I'll go to Qdoba next time, better taste and better portions. read more

I usually try to avoid CMG around lunch time because the line gets to be so long with everyone wanting the deliciousness at the same time. Tuesday I needed my fix so I picked up a chicken bowl. I mean it is Chipotle .. the food is awesome. I would give this chain 6 stars if it was possible. The only thing that could ruin a Chipotle run would be poor customer service and today it was fine. read more

I order three soft chicken tacos on line and I picked them up a few minutes later. When I got there they were finishing the tacos. I was starving!! I was ready to eat those tacos when I realized they didn't put the chicken!!!!!! I called Chipotle, send a message to customer service and got no answer. I had to go again to the restaurant in the cold weather! At Chipotle the cashier ask me if I want the chicken on the side???? What?? My food was already cool and I deserved as a customer what I really ordered. I was very disappointed but I ask them to make them again, so they did. Next day someone from Chipotle Customer Service contact me by email to apologize for the inconvenient. read more

I have been enjoying Chipotle for a long time. However, this particular meal left a lot to be desired. First, the meats, except for the chicken, were dry. So much so that my husband was told to wait at the back of the line hoping that the current batch would be purchased. We ordered the Queso and chips. Honestly, the queso did not taste at all like cheese...and the chips were stale. We exchanged chips but the 2nd batch was also stale. We did get a refund on the chips and queso. Tables were dirty and the floors too. This was my last time at this store. You only get 1 bad meal with me. No excuses... read more

I'm so glad they built this one so convenient to my office. I use web orders all the time, and for the most part my food is made correctly and promptly. The only minus - and this goes for a lot of other Chipotle locations - is the relative lack of parking during peak times. It would be more understandable if this place hadn't just been carved out of a fairly decent-sized empty lot. You couldn't have made room for a few more parking spots? read more

Yes, this is a chain restaurant, we all know. So you know what to expect. The food is consistent. They seem to be pretty fast on the service compared to other Chipotle locations I have been to. The place is packed for lunch everyday with college students from NKY. I'm sure 75% of them can't afford a $7 to $8 dollar burrito. But that's fine, chalk it on to the old student loan. read more

The food and portions are good at Chipotle. I have a problem with the room the atmosphere. Concrete floors, stark metal walls and support beams. Very cold and unwelcoming. Isn't part of the restaurant experience supposed to be presentation? Food good dining room horrible. I'll still go back maybe when it warms up (outside). read more

I love Chipotle but this location is disappointing. My burrito was sloppy and falling apart. The employee did not listen to my topping request and messed up my order including the individual behind me. The food prep counters were filthy (around 4pm). The rest of the restaurant was in desperate need of cleaning (food and napkins all over the floor). I will not return to this location. read more

Chipotles are by in large fairly consistent from location to location and this one is no exception. Fast, friendly service and tasty burritos. I did notice the last time I was here that they offered the option of brown rice, which I liked, but that might be a chain-wide thing. There's never been a long line when I've been (more for dinner than lunch) and always plenty of available parking and seating. read more

No different than any other chipotle out there. Friendly staff that loaded my bowl so full I couldn't finish it! They were out if the fajita veggies but were cooking more.
