Eating here was difficult. If you want a quesadilla you have to order it online because they won't let you order it at the counter, but you can order kid quesadillas at the counter? I ordered the quesadilla to go with a side of their vinaigrette however they did not include it. I ordered a bowl to stay and it was delicious! Staff members were fooling around in the kitchen. The dining area is nice and kept pretty clean. Overall we did not have a good experience at this location and will go to the one down the road next time. read more

What a horrible experience. The man making my food was mumbled his words to me and was distracted by one of the females next to him. He didn't listen to me very good. I ordered three tacos and he missed putting them together completely. He ended up putting an the toppings between the three shells. The meat was dry, on the cooler side and no flavor! The shells were stale! To top it off the chips were old and stale and I only got 1/2 a bag! I asked for a receipt but none was given. Customer service is horrible! Ok I don't do a lot of chain Mexican restaurants that often because I regularly eat at real Mexican restaurants all the time but I thought that I would stop by for dinner to go. The place looked clean and the staff was very friendly I noticed. The place is the subway model where all the ingredients are in front of you and your food goes down the line and you pick your topping/fillings and I would do the burrito today. I chose carnitas as my protein with white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, red chili salsa, lettuce and cheese. Your food is ready pretty fast and I was off with my burrito in no time. I tasted the carnitas by itself and it had a nice citrus flavor to them but not the best that I have had. The carnitas burrito was tasty with all the fresh ingredients even though it's not authentic Mexican tasting but it was good in its own way. This place will not replace my sit down Mexican dining restaurants in any way but for speed and convenience for take out I will probably stop back. read more

This visit to chipotle was not a good experience!! I went to the counter and ordered a steak quesadilla kids meal. I asked politely if I could have the steak on the side, since I have texture issues. The worker happily agreed. As I went down the line, the 2nd worked scooped steak on to the plate. However, after he scooped it, he explained that it would be an extra charge for it to be on the side. What???? Why would you tell me this now AFTER you scooped it! I was on a budget and I wouldn't have ordered it if i knew it was gonna cost extra! I also have ordered this MULTIPLE times from multiple locations including this location and have never been charged extra!! I understand if it does charge extra, but I should be told before they scoop it! They should also keep their prices consistent, as I have never been charged extra!!!!! I expressed my concerns to the worker and he rudely told me that he didn't know why I've never been charged extra. He then sassily explained that if I got a "build your own" kids meal I could have gotten it on the side free of charge. What even is a build your own??? Had a large catering order and it was delivered with no serving utensils and no plates, napkins etc, There is no way to call restaurant so they can fix. I placed two orders on the app for delivery. Both of them had the wrong food. I tried calling about it but you can't talk to a human. I went through their automated help "pepper" . The only thing I achieved by doing that was they were going to give me a free soda on the app for next time they never even offered to give me my money back I had to jump through hoops in the app just to get them to refund my money. I was at Chipoltes recently. Three steak tacos no sides $13 and they were cold, not that good, food all over the floor, lousy customer service. When I told the employee my tacos were cold she replied its the sour cream. The tacos I make are not so cold, the meat was cold and I puit sour cream on them. I told the employee the floor is filthy I am helping the restaurant overall. She should have said thanks for telling me we will clean it up. She just said oh. Won't go back. When I make tacos at home the taco is warm even with cold toppings. Won't go back. read more

Honestly bummed because this is the closest chipotle, but my gf and I got double steak bowls. About 1/3 of the steak was almost entirely fat and fatty pieces. We've been there multiple times and they've put the wrong stuff on our burrito, stuff that we didn't ask for. Definitely gonna be going to a new chipotle. This particular Chipotle gets 5 stars in my book. For those that don't know, Chipotle is a taqueria style, "fast-food" mexican place where they serve Tacos and Burritos. The food is always great and fresh. However, five stars goes for the service here. They are always insanely friendly... the staff will walk around and make sure you have everything you need (how often does THAT happen in the fast-food industry??). Additionally, this place has a drawing (every week?) for a free meal for ten. Four different friends have won this drawing and Chipotle always provides us with fantastic service when we come in for our free meals. And this location is certainly more customer-friendly than any Qdoba I've been to in the area. The parking isn't great here since there is a Starbucks and Noodles next door so it gets pretty packed around lunch. However, there is plenty of parking behind the building in the Pick-N-Save parking lot. Enjoy :) read more

It was like any other Chipotle. Food was good and it was a quiet setting for my family and I to enjoy our burritos. Until we saw the blonde girl who made our food whip out her phone. Being realistic here and saying we all text at work. BUT PLEASE step away from the food (as in step into the office), CHANGE YOUR GLOVES (we don't know where your hands have been), and freshen up on your Food Safety class. My friend has never been to Chipotle and they helped him pick what to order while I was busy creating my food masterpiece. Great service, great food, the workers are polite, they take care of customers right away (ex: they are not texting or sitting and looking at their phones like a lot of food service employees do), and overall provide a great experience. The only negative is that sometimes they try to go too fast, which is needed at a lunch rush but they maintain that same speed when it is not as crowded. That is not a major issue, though, and the manager should be commended for operating such a great establishment. read more

So we got there about 25 minutes before they close...that's when we should have walked out. Shouldn't using glass cleaner on the display glass while the food is in place be against the law? I got a steak burrito. It must have been in the heater half the night because it was like rubber. We made the mistake of getting chips. You guessed it, they were stale. And then to add insult to injury, because it was close to closing time, the employees were screaming at each other and throwing things at each other while the manager ignored them. Some other customers came in after us and sat down to eat their food but did that keep the "obviously not a library card holder" from shutting down the soda machine at 10 pm on the dot...what do you think? Look for this chain to disappear very quickly. Taco Bell is cheaper, tastes about the same (even fresher), service is better and they seem to still realize that the only way that you make money is to keep customers happy and coming back (Novel idea, isn't it!) First, a male employee dropped a tray on the floor and he just wiped it with a napkin. Second, a couple of female employees were on break in the dining area and were extremely loud and vulgar to the point that we left because of it. Third, the most disgusting of them all. The same male employee from earlier sat with the loud obnoxious female employees and began to scratch his feet while digging in his shoe. When more customers arrived he proceeded to handle food items without washing his hands or using gloves. This will be the last time we go to that restaurant. Qdoba is looking more appetizing now. My family and I eat here at least once per week. We are gluten free and dairy free and so LOVE this food. As we avoid processed food at home, there are few places to eat where we feel good after eating. My kids are teenagers (with large appetites) and are quite satisfied with a bowl without cheese. We request extra beans and this is always well accepted. This is sooo yummy. We do not tire of it! This is real food as all of us enjoy the meal!
