This Chipotle had good service, the workers were nice, and everything was stocked fine. I was worried about the bad reviews, but the food, service, and overall restaurant were just like any other Chipotle we've been to. The only difference would be that the service was a little bit slower, but not much honestly. They also gave me a good sized portion of food! read more

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION ONLINE! Both me and my buddy ordered bowls with double chicken and both got what was clearly slightly less than a SINGLE serving of chicken... we called them to try to talk about it and nobody would answer. This is not the first time they have gone cheap with their portions... be there in person to correct them. read more

Update**** Happy Monday! I actually went back again today and the food was excellent! I earned a free queso thru points and I feel like the company has made it right with me. No need to do anything else. Thank you for reaching out it makes me feel like a valued customer. read more

their server just trying to give you a dab of their barbacoa and chicken. was trying to give this place a chance but still it will mostly dissapoint you everytime. read more

Sometimes they're great, but most of the time they're just good, but they've stayed consistent here with my food way longer than most other fast food restaurants in the area, and because of that I recommend eating here 4.5/5 read more

New manager came and store went extremely downhill. Very active initially and haven't seen him since. Protein serving sizes are pitiful. Has been closed on multiple random occasions early. Consistently out of different toppings. Customer service is terrible (Told me they were out of red salsa as i'm literally looking at it in the online order section, but too lazy to walk over there to get it.). Special drinks are always empty. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE TO BE THIS BAD. Better off going to Bonfires! read more

I arrived and they proceeded to make my bowl. the service was extremely slow and when i got to the main topping station, i asked for lettuce and they proceeded to give me 3 leaves of lettuce and barely any corn. the cashier was also very rude. i wanted my receipt so i could get my points and she threw it away before i even had the chance to say anything read more

I honestly don't understand the bad reviews. Been going here for years and always been good. Still feels like "old Chipotle". Good portions, no arguments, and nice staff. Some Chipotle's can be sub par, this one has always been consistent to me. Power went out today while in line, and the manager STILL took care of me. Disregard the food review experts. Still a great location and good food. Note - I always go in person and refuse to use a delivery service. read more

Every review is gonna talk about supply shortages and it's mostly true, I've only ever seen shortages on things that are less significant to me though, like chips and lettuce maybe. The food is good quality, but good lord do they struggle with portions. My burrito is half the size it should be, it has like a few pieces of chicken, no cheese in sight, then 80% rice, then just a giant glob of guac at the very end with nothing else. It's already incredibly overpriced, you'd think the least they can do is add a proper amount of meat, mix the guac/queso/salsa around, and make a real "chipotle sized" burrito. It's also dirty in there usually. read more

This place sucks. How can they always have supply issues. No queso, black beans or fajitas today. Really? How do you stay in business? read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Outdoor dining - Fast Food Near Me - Goldsboro, North Carolina

the food was fine but the place was nasty. not a single table was clean. trash all over. it was disgusting.

It always something with this trash ass place! The drink section always dirty asf! I'm surprised I got a spoon today but anyways No beans, no rice, no chicken -- not even in the to-go section. Worker kept telling us "15 more minutes," then another "15 more minutes" after that. The manager never even addressed us, just stayed on their phone (while hovering over the food) while the place ran out of the basics. Looks like food and leadership were missing. read more

They never have the food ready in time when you order online. They are consistently rude and dismissive. The restaurant is usually not very clean. It started out great but this place has significantly gone down hill since it opened. read more

DO NOT APPLY, they will lie to your face, I had an interview, mid intervie, it was interrupted by someone else(assuming some manager, he pulled the interviewer away), then got told to come back two days later(i did) and was told the positions had already been taken, well heres the thing, they still have the same positions up, my fiancee for shits and giggles applied and got message for an interview to be bet up(same positon) she didn't take it, but proved they lied to me and it was a long drive for me, terrible terrible service read more

This is my first time EVER writing a review and I must say, this Chipotle is the absolute worst in every aspect. I normally order online for pick up and the order is NEVER ready at the time you want it to be. Today I even waited 20 minutes for my order to be ready, expecting it as soon as I walked in. It was certainly not ready. When I got handed my bag, a worker was looking inside of it, acting as if he had the order details to make sure everything was inside. I actually had to look inside to double check and they were missing 3 items. I got 2 of the items because I asked for them. Not only was I missing things, the food in the bag was organized so bad that when I walked out of the store, the bag broke and I had salsa juice all over me. Not fun. Also this location is FILTHY! Nothing is ever clean, everything feels and looks disgusting. I'm not sure if there's any saving for this store... Thank you Chipotle for being atrocious as ever. (My food was cold as well). read more

The store in Goldsboro, NC is horrible. Every time I go there is some food item they are missing. Tonight it was no queso, no black beans, no tea and the soda machines were not working. This is not an isolated issue - it is literally every time I go. The management in this store needs to be fired or taught how properly order food for the store. read more

This is like many Chipotle with the regular options. I normally order a chicken burrito but tried the pulled beef for the first time and it was good. The young woman fixing my burrito was friendly and helpful. However she had two other coworkers standing around the register chitchatting. She asked one to hand her a fork and it took a bit for them to pay attention and help. The restaurant was quite busy so maybe they needed a breather. read more

If there were a way to rate this zero stars I would. I went into this location to order three tacos and a bag of chips to take home. There were only 2 meats available at the time... But I went ahead and did chicken and Barbacoa. When I got to the toppings, everything was covered with sour cream, including the counter. I skipped all of those and just wanted a little bit of cheese, lettuce, and guacamole. Both of the guacamole and lettuce were brown, and the lettuce was sitting in brown water and... I asked them if they could use a new lettuce and guacamole on my order please... They went and took out a new one and then scraped all the disgusting old brown guacamole, right into the new one, and left it right on top... sadly, the owner was there the entire time and took no pride whatsoever and that dirty establishment. I literally paid for my order and walked to my car, opened up a taco to eat for my drive home and everything was Stone cold. I mean to the point that I'm not sure that I have been heated up at all ever. I got out of my car and walked the bag back inside and threw it in their trashcan. If the place is not been such a shit show, I would've gone back up to the front and requested a refund but they had so many customers waiting because they had one girl with a really bad attitude behind the counter doing a very half assed joball and all this was the worst chipotle I've ever been to, and I left without being able to even so much as to eat one taco. I hope the owner reads this because you should realize how terrible that looks. I watched you just walk around that filth and barely pick up a broom to sweep some of the stuff off the floor so maybe you won't trip. I actually sell franchises and the Director of a large company and if I walked into any of my franchisees establishments and saw that we would be having a serious conversation. In my world that is a direct violation of your franchise agreement, representing the brand and such a horrible manner, and I'm positive there were hygiene, and sanitation violations involved. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Thumbs down to the terrible food and service - Fast Food Near Me - Goldsboro, North Carolina

I absolutely love this chipotle, They always give the best chipotle bowls. If you get a chipotle item with mold or something everyone makes mistakes sometimes. Listen it's not like you could train for 1- 2 days just to get yelled at?. Chill out everybody it's just food, YELP IF YOU SEE THIS DELETE ALL THE FALSE REVIEWS CAUSE THIS CHIPOTLE IS GOOD. read more

This location is experiencing supply issues again. When we arrived, a sign stated they were only taking online orders due to supply shortages. How does that make any sense? The lobby remains open, but if you're only accepting online orders, wouldn't it make more sense to close the lobby? To make matters worse, when I tried to place an order online, the website wasn't even working! Nothing about this location's operations adds up. read more

Paid $12 for a bowl of rice, pintos and cheese (with spinach and lettuce I didn't want in it) and my mom got a 1/2 a salad that was $12. Love chipotle it will not be returning to this location read more

I'm not sure what is going on with all the negative reviews. This was by far my best Chipotle experience EVER! The food was very flavorful and fresh-tasting. The service was efficient and accurate. When fixing one of my kids' plates a tortilla shell broke. It was immediately thrown away and replaced with a new one. All items were fully stocked including plenty of bags of chips. It sounds small but those things make a difference. Kudos to management.....this restaurant is well-run! I will definitely plan to return to this location when I am in the area again. read more

Awful! Waited in line for 15 minutes just for them to tell us they were out of chicken, grilled veggies, mild salsa, and lettuce, so we walked out. Trash can is overflowing outside too. This place is garbage! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I just went in tonight to get a bowl with salsa and queso and asked for chips because I see at least 40 bags of chips in the back, after the cashier gets off her phone. I asked for some chips and she says they are all out for walk in customers the rest are for online orders. This is a horrible way to do business you would think That the people walking into your restaurant have priority over freaking chips. This place is horrible. read more

I am officially breaking up with Chipotle - at least, this location. Every time I go in, they are out of this, out of that, or discontinued something or other. It's a sign of terrible management, and I am over it. Get your mess together. I was craving Chipotle all day, and again they just ripped out my heart. Adios. read more

Service was terrible, bitchy attitude a salad that was $12 and they couldn't even give me enough steak like I ask her to, no guacamole she claim but I had seen a container right behind her. Just terrible service and food overall was dry asf. Also my Husband had a finger nail on his bowl. read more

Got a DoorDash order asked for extra meat in bowl... whoever put the meat up there must have thought it was coming out of there paycheck. The queso was not even average it tasted very chalky. Chipotle Mexican Grill - a sign in a window - Fast Food Near Me - Goldsboro, North Carolina

The food is good and reasonably priced. Their customer service is what lacks. I'm currently standing in one (that reaches the door) and only one single employee is working the line making food. There are, however, 2 employees laughing and playing around off to the side, though. Speed is not a priority here so count on it taking a while. Additionally, at this time they've been open for just under 3 hours but the place looks like they it got slammed with dinner rush or something. Trash all over the floor, the area with forks and napkins is a wreck, trash all over that counter too. I actually love chipotle food but I avoid coming because they're so slow and the place is dirty. read more

I received old and black corn , the food smelled so bad and I had a very bad stomach ache . The customer service was very terrible and the crew was very racist and I have been telling everyone not to go to Chipotle. The workers have terrible customer service. I will not be ordering ever again. Nastiest food I've had. The food smelled so bad and it tasted worse than it smelled. read more

Ordered a burrito online for pickup. Arrive at the store with a sign stating they are out of mild salsa, cheese, and tortillas. How is this location out of basics all the time? My experience at the Goldsboro NC store includes numerous out of product notices, refusal to sell me chips in-store because I didn't order online, and most recently a to-go order that wasn't even started until I arrived at designated pick-up time, and when I got home discovered it wasn't prepared as ordered. Of course I ignored all the bad reviews. It's Chipotle right? I've never had a bad experience at Chipotle. I come to Goldsboro from time to time on business. I placed my order online and picking it up was as easy as always. I ordered my usual chicken burrito with brown rice and fajita veggies. Half of the veggies were burnt to a crisp while the other half were under fried. This left the burrito having an odd taste than normal...I could not finish it. I guess all Chipotle's were not created equal.. read more

Chips are always either stale or undercooked and bendy. They have trouble keeping the line stocked, and customers have to wait for rice, beans, or meat. I've been a long fan of Chipotle but after these past 2 visits I'll have to skip going to this particular Chipotle location. I went last night around 8:30 and got a salad bowl. When I sat down after waiting almost 15 minutes in line (it wasn't even busy), I realized the salsa and the corn mix were both frozen, as it still had ice crystals on it from the freezer and the meat? Cold. Think I'll skip next time and just go to Bonfire's. Do yourself a favor and do the same. read more
