I don't even know how to start this, I've never had an experience like that in my life.... I'm still kind of shocked. I just had an employee help me without saying a single word to me! She just walked up to the makeline and gave me a death stare and I said "hi, how you doing, I'm gonna take it to go" and every time we moved over this woman just gave me a death stare. We move over to the meat and she's just silent, she's staring at me. I go ahead and tell her what I want. Now that I think about it I should've just left, but damn I really wanted chipotle! We move over to the veggies and sauces and she gives me another death stare, I tell her what I want again. And at the end of it all she slides my food to the cashier and says "chicken" then moves back to the beginning of the makeline and gives a death stare to the next customer. What the hell was all that about, chipotle? read more

Walked into open Chipotle at 10:35 this morning, greeted large Latino man behind the counter with a friendly "good morning, how are you doing?" And received a grunt. All the food was prepared and ready to serve so I proceeded to ask if I could get an item. He said "No, we're not open". I said "Well, everything is ready, can you fix my burrito and I'll wait the ten minutes to pay?", he replied "No"! I turned around and left and went somewhere else to eat! I refuse to patronize RUDE, IGNORANT, SPITEFUL SLUGS WHO DON'T WANT TO DO THEIR JOB! read more

Wow, they had it all! The servers were nice enough but not sure they knew what they were doing. The work space was so littered with food. One lady was testing the temperature of the food and had to lean over the mess. Lady in front of me was over charged so we all had to wait until 3 people tried to fix it. So line was long and my food was getting cold. Husbands first and last time there. read more

I'll be real. I don't know why a lot of these reviews are so wild, as my limited takeout experiences have been overall positive. There was a singular experience where there was a missed bag of chips, but that was remedied quickly by staff no problem. The portion size has also never been an issue and I think the new chicken flavor is honestly so good. This Chipotle location is perfectly standard in my book. read more

if I could give this place a 0 I would Kristy Hummel the manger was truly rudest person I ever ran into I ask her for lightly steak and she went on to put extra she charger for me 20 dollars for a bowl and I ask why is it that much she said you got extra I told her nicely that isn't what I order and she gave me a tune which wasn't nice I told her I don't even want it I will take my business elsewhere and she said " ok yea bye" I would recommend going to the chipotle in Wilmington read more

Filthy dirty, the drink area has trash all over it, the trash cans are over flowing. They NEVER have chips available but will still allow you to buy them online- then won't refund you when they're missing from your order. management is rude, dismissive and lazy. This location deserves every negative review it has. read more

Out of a bunch of stuff, and put the absolute smallest amount of meat possible on. Service was regular, the eating area dirty as always

Quite literally the worst service I've ever experienced. The girl who prepped my food couldn't be bothered to even talk to me and walked away when I asked for a bag. The portions are ridiculously small and the people who work there could not care less about anything or anyone. read more

Absolutely disgusting! The prep counter was full of food scraps, the station where you pick up food was littered with vegetables all the way to the floor where the customers stand. The tables were not clean. There was stuff all over the floor. Are there no corporate quality standards? I've owed several restaurants and was totally turned off by their lack of cleanliness. It's a good thing for them that I wasn't a health inspector! There is obviously a culture and management issue with this company. read more

I go to this chipotle very very often and when i went today the customer service was absolutely abhorrent. as we walked in, they were relatively busy so i am sure my made my burrito tiny by accident. i thought it was a little weird so i compared it to my friends burrito and it was genuinely like half the size of hers. i could tell they were busy, so i waited till the line died down and asked them why my burrito was significantly smaller than a normal chipotle burrito. although i was nothing but polite, the manager dismissed the fact that my burrito was extremely small and claimed that they gave me the correct portion size. it wasn't even the manager that made my burrito, it was another girl and i saw her give me the SMALLEST portions of rice, chicken, beans, etc. like buddy, ya im the one in the wrong here . instead of accepting the fact that they made a mistake, they were lowkey just gaslighting me into thinking their tiny ass burrito is normal. also the manager was mean asf. the one guy at the register was nice but that manager a bih ngl. when i tell you, i am at this chipotle at least once a week, and i have NEVER had an experience this bad before. i get burritos and bowls from chipotle literally every other day so believe me, i know ball. ts in not normal and i have never had a burrito this small before. cordially, I would like to request half of my burrito refunded in response to the half of a burrito that was given to me. read more

Coming in to also say I don't understand the bad reviews. Best chipotle I've ever been to and I used to work at one in high school. I usually go after work for dinner and we are in and out in less than 5 minutes. read more

I have decided not to eat at this chain again. The last time I was there, the place was a mess. As a vegan, I don't want cheese in my guacamole, the tofu shouldn't have mysterious contaminants in it. The portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller. I just cannot eat at this place anymore. I hope you take this feedback and make some necessary changes. read more

disconcerting my service was terrible, my service was so bad. I waited 30 minutes for my food for a fast food restaurant it was not fast at all and not to mention i did even get my order i got another persons bowl. They charged me for guacamole even though they literally put so little because they scraped it off and for the next person they replaced the container. The counter was dirty and disgusting like literally they didn't clean anything so that was gross. Overall don't spend your money on this trash of a place. read more

I don't know why the reviews here are so bad. I had a great experience. Bowl was filled to the brim (I ordered pick up), people were nice, and they were efficient. read more

I ordered a bowl today online and to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I've had great experiences in the past, however this bowl barely fills the bottom of the container, and is missing guacamole (which I ordered, and was charged for). I have a hard time justifying paying $14 for this bowl that is not only lacking substance, but also an additional ingredient that I was charged extra for. I understand that there may be rules and guidelines for employees when making bowls and burritos, however it's not realistic to give paying customers this amount of food for the price it's being sold for. All things aside, I've had pretty good experiences with this store and would recommend it as long as you're able to order in-store, not online. read more

I want to say that I just moved into the area and was so happy to know there is a Chipotle nearby. However, after reading these reviews, especially the one where there was a bite out of the burrito, I've decided I will never go to this location. I'm giving three stars because it's kinda in the middle and I have not experienced it yet, but I won't either. read more

STAY THE F AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! It's clear that most employees are pissed that they are hired to have to work to serve customers here. It has now been 3 times in the last 2 weeks that I have seen the saddest attempt at serving overpriced food. It looks like slop served in prison. The employee attitude is terrible. They lie and tell you they've run out of things because they are too lazy to make more (eg, fajita veggies). The tables are seldomly cleaned up. It's a dumpster fire. A really bad reflection on the regional Management. Fire everyone starting with store management and start again from scratch. read more

Unfortunately, every time I go to this location I am disappointed. They constantly don't have half the items on the menu.

I go to chipotle 2-3x per week. I hate coming here, but still do because I am addicted to chipotle. Every chipotle is like a 5 star experience for me except this one location is a one star for me. No matter the day of the week or time of the day, the workers are rude and have a negative attitude. I try extra hard to be nice to the workers and engage them and ask them how their day is going. They always remain upset, and act rudely. They act like the food costs come directly from their wage, rationing the food and refusing to give more if you ask for more of something. I love chipotle, but this one location, I understand why it has negative reviews. Additionally, they mischarge me every other time I come. They'll charge me extra protein, or vinaigrette or something else that I did not even order. I'll notice on the receipt and then ask them to at least give me what they charged me for and they act as if they are newly employed and didn't realize what they did. read more

First off, I'm a big chipotle junkie. Like can eat it 5days a week. Ate at this location 5 times this week...expecting a different result. I kept of giving this place the benefit of the doubt because of my chipotle obsession and location...but now will drive to Delaware to get chipotle. First off...every day this week they were "out of fajitas" I tried dining at 5pm...6pm..noon...always out of fajitas!! They simply are too lazy to make it and no one from corporate can enforce it. The chicken is burnt...like inedible. The cooks are highschool kids that leave on the grill too long and will still serve it to you. Third, the service is extremely rude. So bad! Teenagers that can barely mumble a hello, act like you're putting them out for doing their job. I waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the prep station. The big heavy overweight guy came over to wash his hands, then pulled his underwear from his butt up then served the food. I'm sorry...what?!?! Fourth, the people at the cash register made us weight an additional 5 minutes because someone didn't sign out of the register and they had to find some key card to sign the register out before being able to ring us up. The worst service and somewhat traumatic chipotle experiences. read more

I just had chipotle for the 3rd time in my life and I was even more disappointed than the first 2 times. This place sucks so much I don't understand how they are still in business. It's 15.50 for that small bowl and they have no topping options not even chipotle sauce which is the literal name of their restaurant. I genuinely would choose Taco Bell over chipotle 10/10 times im so disappointed in this place. Overhyped read more

Never been in a Chipotle like this place, it is dirty ( windows, floor and even the glass over the serving counter ) Food was cold, it seems like Corporate had giving up on this location. Shame read more

Horrible carry out order. Cold, missing items. Ordered fajita veggies on 3 burritos, got them on none.

It is so disappointing to share my experience at this location. I ordered $400+ catering for my husband's 40th birthday and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed. No call no attempt to notify OR remedy, AND they still charged me. They have yet to return any of my 15+phone calls and emails. Additionally they are sporadically open so I can't even go complain in person. Unbelievable that this doesn't warrant some level of customer service. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - This is what I was met with when I went to pick it up, an hour before our event. - Fast Food Near Me - Glen Mills, Pennsylvania

This is the worst chipotle I've been to. If you're paying upwards of $10 for a bowl, it should be filled. Every other chipotle I've been to the bowl is usually overflowing. The lady making my bowl seemed to be in a rush even with only one person behind me. She didn't even ask if I wanted half of the toppings I wanted, so I needed to interrupt her to tell her what I wanted. Here is a picture of a chicken bowl for reference. I wish you could see how little chicken was used. What a waste read more

I was pretty shocked to see that this Chipotle location had so many low reviews. I always order ahead on the app and pickup here and I've never had a problem. My bowl today was LOADED (see pic) and was absolutely delicious. Every now and then I get a skimpy bowl but they've never messed up my order and they're always on time! I went to this location to get a bowl and the portion sizes have gotten significantly smaller. The employee making my bowl barely put any rice and when I asked for more he did a fake scoop.‍ I'm very disappointed and will not be going to this location anymore. The employee also did this with the meat and paying the $14 for the bowl is ridiculous for what was given to me. Straight up scammed me. When I opened my bowl to check actually how much he gave me I found a hair in it. I threw it in the trash where it belonged just like that establishment. Customer service at this location is horrid. I picked up an online order but assumed it wasn't ready, it was, just on the wrong shelf because apparently W is between M and S in the alphabet. Drove home and needed to microwave our food, which is when I saw it was wrong. When I drove back with my completely wrong order of slop, the girl went into the back and gave me a phone number, telling me they don't give refunds. After 20 minutes on hold I got a refund to my card. read more

Legit the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Nothing is replenished, had to wait over 20 min for chicken. The ladies at the front were nice but the guys at the top go orders just stood there and didn't help anyone at all. I have continuously gone to this location where I have been met by disrespect, attitude, and a lack of empathy. I have extreme food allergies that bring life threatening risk into every meal I eat. I go to chipotle all the time. I get plain white rice, as I am allergic to cilantro, chicken, and lettuce. Nearly every time I walk in and ask for a glove change I am given stares and rude glances, and when I ask for rice, sometimes it's a nice response, but the last time I went in, the man said no without even checking. When I proceeded to say okay, that's fine I'm going to go somewhere else, there was no expression of apologies or accommodation. For a company who's management prides themselves on accommodation, this has become more and more disappointing. read more

Damn it... What happened to this place?!?! I have now walked out twice after being served slop. Just overtly messy and lazy food being served by people on the line. I was literally served a coffee cup worth (not exaggerating) of sour cream covering the entire side of a taco laying flat. This was after the saddest attempt to roll a burrito for which I got dirty looks after I said I didn't want it. Hint: stop selling burritos if your employees are not being trained to roll them! I'm sick of the attitude on the line, the employees bs'ing amongst themselves instead of serving customers and the poor quality of food preparation. Been going there for over 5 years (loyal customer). Hire better from the top down and have some pride in what you serve. It's a disgrace the cost you charge for a taco or burrito that looks like it came out of the garbage bin and place on a tray. Shameful! read more
