Food was good, Got enough on my bowl. Only two issues here : the first was I ordered chips on the side and they were stale and salty. The second issue is I asked for sour cream, usually they just give a scoop and I'm ok with that but this guy over did it to the point where there was sour cream puddle on my bowl. read more

They have become ridiculously stingy. Do yourself a favor and get a snack wrap at McDonald's!! More food and way cheaper! About every month I order one more time from the phone app because I love Chipotle just refuse to pay for an empty bowl. Tried again today and when I opened my bowl I could literally see half of the bowl empty. Though maybe it just all slid to one side but when u straightened it out there was barely enough rice to see, very little onions and peppers and I counted 5 small pieces of chicken. Sorry to say but this place is a mess. You would think after all the lawsuits for giving people food poisoning they would learn. I let them know that I had an allergy to corn ( yes it's a thing) I see that corn is literally all over the counter and mixed in the sauces. I asked for fresh sauce and they said they don't have any. Stopped in for some lunch with the family. For 23.00 we got 2 chicken burritos, 3 soft tacos and a bag of chips. Overall the good was just a little below Chipotle normal. The restroom was clean and the temperature inside the store was great compared to the outside. Good food read more

I would usually give Chipotle five stars, but rudeness from staff always renders one. The salad dressing cup had about half of what is normal for Chipotle. When I asked for another I was gruffly told, '2oz. is all you get, thanks.' Female staff member who checked us out at 7:30pm, 8/6/2020. I'm not sure what happened but the last several times we've been there, they are out of something. Anything from chips to guacamole. Really?! And tonight person preparing our food was extremely rude. He acted like we were inconveniencing him by coming in to the store. I love the extra touch some of the employees take by draining the beans or the salsa.....he did neither! Let's be real, you can't really go wrong with chipotle. The food is always fresh and delicious. I've never been disappointed. The only downside I can see, is maybe the price, but the food is definitely worth it. I love their chips and salsa!! But anything you order is going to be great. Ugh! Got a burrito and a bowl and the server behind the counter refused to listen to me when I tried to place my order. I keep trying to tell her what I wanted on each and she kept putting the wrong items on each. It's a shame. This Chipotle used to operate pretty efficiently 6 or 7 months ago. However, since then, many of their good employees have moved on and been replaced by noticeably unhappy employees who have screwed up my order two times in a row. Normally we would be able to catch this mistake during the assembly line process, but due to long waits for meats to come up on line they have rushed us to checkout where we can not see our food being assembled, therefore we do not realize their errors until the food gets home. read more

Great concern about cross contamination of a Chipotle employee not wearing gloves and washing his hands. He was working the grille frying some onions. No gloves, and wiping his nose. he was also peeling onions and handling the trash can. I noticed he reached into the rear of his britches to pull up his underwear then his pants and went back to cooking. I brought this his attention and asked him if he would please wash his hands and put on gloves like everyone else he began to argue with me. I am not required because I am not handling food! I said I just saw you! No you didn't was his reply! Rather than argue I asked for the manager. The employee then went in the back to tell his side first and 5 minutes later she emerged to help me. To avoid a scene and pulled her aside to discuss this in private. She dismissed me like I was crazy and defended him by saying the onions will be washed anyway? I have avoided Cipotle in the past as I am already leery of the Salmonella problem you have tried desperately to resolve to fix your reputation. I mentioned this to the manager in private that the employee he had his hands in the rear of his pants, wiping his nose with his hands ! I objected to her dismissal of the issue citing the bad press from the prior issues. Her response was her store was not affected business wise by the last outbreak. Again dismissive?!, I asked for her name (***) and the corporate number. She gave me the GM's name (***) and the store number. I asked for the employee's first name and she refused citing it was confidential. I will never go back to Chipotle in Findlay Ohio. It was a very disgusting experience to say the least. read more

Very upset with the Findlay Chipotle. Had a few terrible experiences myself, and now I hear one of their employees mocked my friends stuttering while he ordered, and other employees laughed. Their steak is fatty and full of grissel, their portions have gotten a lot smaller for the price, and their employees are lazy (didn't open once due to too many not showing up to work) I know because i placed an online order, and when i went to pick it up at tue scheduled time they were closed. I called and the manger said all his employees called off. Today was the final straw. I'll not be back for sub-par food and terrible service knowing they treat customers like they did my friend today. Hot Heads Burrito's just earned a new customer today! Screw you Chipotle. Keep it up and you'll be out of business soon. read more

First let me say that I love chipotle. My wife doesn't care for it too much so I went there while she was out of town and I was extremely disappointed by this location. When I walked in, there was no line but I stood at the place to order without even having a word said to me for a minute or two. I got my normal steak bowl like usual. I barely got any rice even after asking for more. They were extremely stingy with the beans and veggies and to top it off, over half of the steak pieces I got were inedible pieces of gristle. Chipotle has gone down hill. I will be taking my business to hot head burritos or go to a different location. I won't be returning to the Findlay chipotle. Not worth your money. read more

Chipotle has excellent food, but this particular restaurant has an incredibly rude/arrogant manager. I don't know if it was a bad day or what, but he never acknowledged customers, and was throwing stuff around when making food on the line. I think his muscle shirt was on a little tight that day, as he had his sleeves rolled up and was just acting like he was the best thing since sliced bread. I reccomend Chipotle, but NOT this one until that manager is gone. read more
