Only come to this location if you want to be robbed. They will only serve you half servings and then give you attitude or make you pay an additional cost to get a full serving. I literally never leave reviews but I am so furious right now. I ordered chips and queso. They gave me an EMPTY BAG all rolled up like it was full. I have actually never been so angry at a restaurant. They KNEW the bag was empty and SCAMMED me. I tried to call and got a robot. I'm unbelievably angry about this. They obviously knew what they were doing and did it to trick the driver into thinking the bag was full. I am so upset. I've tried all of the Chipotle's in the Durham area and this is by far the best one. The food is fresh and offers fantastic service -- with smiles. I was early enough to see the manager testing the temperature of all of the items. That's a big thumbs up for me. There isn't much seating but it looks like most people are doing takeout orders. I did notice that there's a $0.30 for tortillas on the side when ordering a bowl. Overall, I'll drive a little bit further to fulfill my Chipotle fix. read more

The service here is absolutely awful, but they still get four stars. Because if you go to fast food, come on, you are not going for the service. You want good food and then to get out of there as fast as possible. The good thing about the service here is that this is the most consistent chipotle that I have ever been to. I go to chipotle a lot and they always seem to give me a different size bowl every time. This chipotle gets four stars because THEY ACTUALLY GIVE FOOD. In my tenish experiences here I have had a full bowl. The service has always been employees not caring about you but hey they give you a good amount of food. This location does only accept card right now due to covid. I do not know how long that will be but keep that in mind if you go! They were out of chips one day because the cooker broke but no need to worry, its fixed. I recommend the steak for sure here. It has the best flavor and is way better than Moe's steak. The chicken is okay, nothing bad but nothing special either. They do have fantastic queso! The location is very clean which is a great touch for fast food. The only BAD Chipotle I've ever had and it is AWFUL. I'm normally a very high and friendly grader on yelp but this place is that bad. Don't believe me, check the other reviews on here and don't be surprised when that matches your experience... The manager should fire all employees here, including themselves! Nasty old food on the tabletops and chairs. Workers were rude and very unfriendly. The food portions were small and tasted old and stale. They keep the chips in bags on a shelf behind the cash register and they were so bad they seemed like they were cooked days ago, when I told a worker (female with glasses and wearing small gold chains), she could care less. These chips were so stale, I'd recommend you just open the bag and take a dump it in. That steamer would at least be fresh... Bottom line, DO NOT EAT HERE. read more

I am an avid Chipotle goer. I visited this location on 6/1 getting my normal order half chicken half steak. The bowl was made poorly and the serving size was like getting one meat ,but this location tried to charge me for double meat. From my experience you just get charged for the higher meat, I tried to explain the issue and they still tried to charge me double. I gladly left the bowl there but I will not be back. read more

One time I came to this Chipotle and I asked for a sour cream on the side. The lady reached for the big side cup and before she put the sour cream in, I told her no I want the small side cup. This lady looked me in my eyes with a scowl, put all that sour cream in the big cup and then charged me the price of the big cup that I didn't want. I haven't been back since. They don't take cash! I popped into this chipotle location last week and placed my order. The cashier told me what my total was and when I presented him with cash and he said we don't take cash. Always a fan of Chipotle. This one meets all expectation of Chipotles, great food, quick service, and great location close to home. My one complaint is that for the first time, it was tricky to get over there, as we circled the plaza adjacent to it (with other restaurants and hotels), only to find it's up it's own street. Good parking, tons of outdoor and indoor seating. Bathrooms were clean, and the restaurant was well-kept and well-stocked. Definitely plan to come back here frequently! read more

I used to come to this location when I needed a burrito bowl fix. NOT ANYMORE! My friend and I ordered online, and we were pissed when we got home. The rice in my bowl was crunchier than the cashier's hair. My friend's burrito bowl had about half the amount of food as mine did. Y'all need to get your portions under control. It shouldn't vary wildly between bowls. We asked for cheese and there were about 3 total pieces of shredded cheese in our bowls. WTF?! And the chips had barely any salt on them. This was the strangest chipotle experience I have ever had in my life. First of all, quesadillas were not available for purchase. However, they had tortillas, and cheese- not sure about this one. The only thing that annoyed me about this Chipotle was when I ordered, I kept having to say "Veggie Burrito Bowl" and yet, I think was asked at least 3 times, "Which meat?" NO. My favorite Chilpolte in the area. Super nice staff (Juanita my favorite ) and the place is immaculate. When I order a salad they always ask right away if I want dressing. Most places forget. There's always freshly cooked chicken. Tables are kept clean. Never a grumpy staff person. Super kind to my autistic friend as well.
