Despite giving this location several tries, the experience is always the same. The prep counters are always filthy, the staff is always rude, the chips are always stale, and every table is always too dirty to sit down to eat. My most recent trip this week, I went back to the counter to let them know that the chips I got were super stale. The girl looked at me and said "they're all like that. I can give you another bag, but they'll taste the same." She handed me a new bag from the counter, and sure enough, they were stale also. Another guy walked in right behind me complained about the same stale chips and demanded different bag. She told him the same thing, but he wanted fresh chips and demanded they make more. She went into the back and came back seconds later with a fresh bag. He tried one and said they were great, then left. I don't understand why they'd continue to knowingly charge people for bad product, rather than serving new product that was clearly ready to serve in the back. And then tell customers " they're all like that", as if that's a justifiable explanation, when people complain. This location needs a solid re-evaluation of management and service. 4/22/22: Why didn't we pay attn to the reviews?? My son just HAD TO have a kids meal from here tonight, huh? What a mistake. We got here around 9:20 pm. They close at 10 pm. The young kids behind the counter were physically fighting (slapping/hitting each other) next to the food and in front of customers. They were cursing & had very little respect for each other and the customers. It was hard to figure out who the manager would be. They were ALL unprofessional. 2 people wore gloves and the others who were also touching utensils and serving food didn't wear any. Yuck! They had a sign on the door stating that they were just about out of everything. My son's kid's meal consisted of COLD chicken, bland cilantro lime rice (minus the cilantro AND lime), & cheese. THAT IS IT!! They had no lettuce, guacamole, queso, etc. It was crazy in there. My friend also got 2 soft tacos with the same ingredients as my son's tiny kids meal. He couldn't get through even 1 of his tacos. It was just so bland and nasty. He wanted to give them a 1 star. My son gave his 3 stars (he's a kid...he will almost eat anything). I've decided to never order (via phone/app) with this particular spot. Every single time that I've done an online order, it's been incorrect. I understand this place gets busy, but when you're spending money on food .. you want it to be correct. It's a hit or miss spot. The last few times that I've decided to come here, it's been in-person. However, being in-person still doesn't get you top notch food and customer service. Today when I came, they were out of lettuce. There were no signs mentioning this, so by the time you already ordered everything on your bowl or burrito you just kinda sucked it up and went to the register. The last time I came, a few weeks ago, they were out of lettuce, sour cream and many more items. Under staffed. Have been in a many chipoltle, and the lines are always to the back of the store, but this one takes the cake for slowest I've ever been to. Literally 30 minutes in line. Lettuce was brown. And I was irritated they had no fajita mix, and when I asked how long they'd be the girl looked at me like I was a moron. I'd have waited, I'd been there 30 min by this point so what's another five mins. Apparently I'm not allowed to do that.. She said "hold on" I said okay.. continued waiting and I was like my order is right there. And she said "you won't get anything", because apparently I had an "attitude" My husband had to go in and get the order off the counter bc your employees can't seem to do their jobs. First I want to say I really enjoy chipotle. However today while out of town visiting relatives I visited your location in Colonial Heights. To say I am disappointed is an UNDERSTATEMENT!! Neither of my bowls had fajitas included even though it was ordered. (If by chance they ran out then I should have been called) further there was barely any meat in my bowl and I really wanted to try the new brisket. The rice tastes like plain white rice and there is absolutely no lime or cilantro in this bowl at all. We tried to call the store and no one was answering the phone. This is the worst meal I have ever had from chipotle almost enough to make me never patronize your establishment again in any location. read more

There is something about Chipotle. When you find a good one it's fantastic, but when you find a bad one, it's an abortion. Qualify this as a double abortion. When you 1st walk in there is a sign that says you cannot enter the location without a mask on. So right in front of me, 3 young dudes with their pants basically around their ankles walked in without masks on and nothing was said to them. So much for that rule being enforced. Also there was some water in two different spots on the ground but nothing was being done about that period I got a steak bowl with guacamole. This was the first time I had ever seen their Chipotle turn out mostly greasy, I think it was the liquid that sits in the bin with a steak that got scooped in. Thankfully the guacamole was excellent as usual and that basically saved the bowl. But I had to ask the lady 3 times for vegetables, it's as if she didn't hear me. And the check out guys seemed completely lost I had to ask him 3 times for my beverage cup. Oh and there were no straws or lids around. I filled up with lemonade, even though I wanted iced tea, but they only had unsweetened tea and there was no sugar to be found. No Tabasco sauces either, probably due to the shutdown. *this review is for the South Park location only- based on several different orders over a year and a half** There has NEVER been a time where I put in my order for pickup or delivery and it was correct. EVERY TIME I order from the southpark location something is always missing, like a whole entree item, the chips, or the guac you pay extra for is omitted. But it's not just missing items, it's the quality of the food. 1/5/2022 my order of course was missing items but the side of guac I did get was so salty that it was inedible, at least it wasn't hard dry rice this time. I used to really like Chipotle but the quality overall is slipping and this location specifically has tainted me on Chipotle. If you can, avoid this location altogether. read more

Chipotle located at 1901 Southpark Blvd has a terribly service on their night shifts. They are out of most menu items and have a long line to the door with only one employee at the line while the cashier is leaning against the counter with a bored face instead helping move the line faster. The store was pretty busy and I work in retail so I understand not everything will always be perfect. I placed a mobile order at 7pm for 7:20 but my order wasn't ready until 7:40. Then, I was missing my cup in my bag but I asked a worker and he gave me one no problem. I then accidentally spilled my whole drink on the floor and felt horrible considering how busy they were. The worker gave me another cup, said he would clean it up when he got the chance, and didn't give me a hard time about it. So thankful because I was nervous coming in because I have been struggling with social anxiety so I had to talk myself up in the first place. Once I got home, I started to eat my burrito and realized there was no cilantro in the rice so it was more bland than expected but overall I'm satisfied. read more
