Tonight was the last straw as it's been an extremely stressful day and to make things just a tad easier I decided to order some food from here for the family on the way home. Upon arrival it took 10 minutes for me to get an employee to hand me my bag of food sitting behind the counter. This chipotle is horrible. This is my second time ordering online. Last time I ordered it was for 6:30 at night, they told me to wait in the car for an hour then come back because they were behind. This Chipotle clearly has some kind of management issue. These workers are so rude and I can never imagine that every worker is rude just because the person is rude. Then I come here and see the rest of the reviews and not surprised at all. I've gone to Chipotle very few times. I enjoy Moe's. This Chipotle is closer to my house. The Clark Chipotle Team has lost their way somehow. They were on point for awhile.... There have been times when my pickup order was incorrect and they corrected which was nice. And many times were the portion sizes were laughably small. As for my most recent visit I placed my order online about 30+ minutes in advance. Once I arrived, there were many patrons gathered around at the front waiting for their orders (Social distancing, lol) . I asked if my order was ready and was told it was still being prepared. While waiting for my order I noticed a a few walk-in orders get their order before many of the people that were waiting.... To clarify what this means...these patrons walked to the front and placed their order and had it made on the spot and left while most of us were standing around. It seems this location picks and chooses when to allow walkup orders verses online only. It will be a very very very long time before I visit this Chipotle again. read more

I ordered 2 burritos and 2 bags of chips. First, They left out a bag of chips! I cannot believe how bland and tasteless the burritos were. The rice tasted old. There was very little meat in both burritos (which is usual for this'll location). I also really hate how they glob ingredients (in this case sour cream) in one spot instead of spreading it throughout. Now I'm eating nothing but sour cream when I reach the bottom of my burrito, yet had absolutely none while eating the rest. I really wish there was a better chipotle near me! read more

Last time I ordered a kids meal quesadilla to go and they forgot to put them in the bag. Everytime I come here it's just a headache . The last time I was here was yesterday . I ordered a bowl, my boyfriend ordered a 3 soft shell tacos , to eat there . The lady at the end of the line wrapped them in foil . When we finally got to the front of the line , the two girls at the registered looked extremely confused as they fiddled with register for about 4 minutes . Never once said , hold on , give us a moment , we just stood there waiting . My boyfriend asked one of the girls at the registered if she could just unwrap the tacos because the foil makes hot food soggy , She said "No , I can't , she can" And she pushed the taco bowl to me . I get she handles money and it's not sanitary , But at least give it back to one of the people working the line . Once we sat down to eat , his tacos were pretty much inside one another . Something that couldve easily been avoided if they would've just prepared them to eat there , like we asked . I'll prob travel the extra 10 miles next time for another Chipotle . LOVE this location !!! I come here a lot and never really had any problems. Food is always great staff is even better !! Since this is in a shopping area, this location can tend to get crowded..however, the line moves pretty quick. I just came here today for chips and salsa..and although the line was long..I literally walked right up to the front and the person at the register took care of me. They recommend you order online, but if you do that and they're missing ingredients or part of your order (chips or drink), they are perfectly happy to give you that order at full cost without saying a word. I actually like this one the best compared to the other locations!!!. All chipotles are hit or miss but thats because you have to know when to enter in. Good times are when they open, before lunch time, and dont go before closing because it wont be good. I like this location. There are long lines at all of them but the line moves. This is probably the worst chipotle I've been to. Skimp on everything, had to ask them for more beans 3 times just to get a normal sized scoop. Then they were waiting on more chicken, but instead of asking me to wait, the girl scooped the 4 or 5 dry pieces from the bottom of the bin and said, "you just wanted regular chicken, right?" I ask for guacamole and got roughly half of what I get at other locations. The only reason I'm not giving 1 star is cause they kept it clean, and even a terrible execution of chipotle is good food. I've never had a good experience here. As someone that used to work at Chipotle (different location), it's a shame this place is so bad. The workers are never smiling and seem to just hate their job. They always give terrible portions and you constantly have to ask for extra. Then there is the cleanliness. There is rarely enough napkins and the tables are never wiped down. Ive never had a good experience here and have given up trying since I've been coming here for a year. My manager at my Chipotle would have never allowed all this to happen. Managers should set examples and others will follow, but sadly that doesnt seem to be the case at this location. read more

I ordered a bowl from here but quickly returned it after I saw a mouse run across the back counter. When I said something to the manager he quickly dismissed it like it Was a regular occurrence.
