The food was great, standard Chipotle fare. I order a chicken burrito bowl with lettuce on the bottom. Seating area was not cleaned routinely, and the tables were messy. One ding on the food was the guacamole was turning dark, and had some large dark chunks in it of hard avocado. Not top notch guacamole. And no beers. I like a beer with Mexican food. read more

The Canfield Chipotle is okay. Nice environment, good food, but a lot of inconsistency. I love the layout of the Canfield Chipotle. It seems to allow people to flow through the restaurant more easily to prevent a huge line from crowding the place. The environment has always been kept clean. The workers were alright, but not that friendly and didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there and doing their job. My biggest problem with Chipotle is the level of inconsistency. It seems like every time I go there I receive highly varying amounts of ingredients in my bowl, and well as a different amount of seasoning on the chicken and steak. Some days, there is not much seasoning, and some days the meat is so spicy I cannot even eat it. Overall, this place is an alright experience for fast-casual dining. One thing that is super important to me personally is consistency, and they just don't meet this expectation for me. If you're looking for something quick offering some healthy options and don't mind if it's consistent from time to time, this place is a decent choice. read more

This was the worse one yet. Empty only I was in the restaurant and it took them 5 minutes to wait on me. The guy who was cooking went to wait on me and the girl finally finish her conversation up and rushed over. As I order my steak bowls she was very messy and nasty. She toss the food in very sloppy than swipe all the food back in the container . As I go for my toppings another girl who was friendly ask me what I wanted and the girl before pushed her out the way and snatched my bowl from her which my meat fell out the bowls. She proceeds to pick the meat up and place it back in my bowl. (the girl was short and chubby with short hair) she just wasn't a mess. As she fight for my bowl people are coming into the store since it's dinner hour and she makes them wait even longer. The food wasn't good. Veggies taste like water I mean when you bite into the veggies water squirted in your mouth and no grill flavor. The m at was decent of you don't like spicy. Normally it's a little kick from the but here it was just grilled meats. You won't get your money worth either. My bowl wasn't even full like it normal is from other places. The meat is cut up very very small so biting into the food you will miss the meat when you eat it all together or have a sauce in your food. Make sure to read all signs posted out front carefully! unfortunately this location is not very good at posting signs as to what their policy is for ordering online/in person. They have a large sign on the main door that says "open for dine-in" but upon entering they were very rude and stated that it was online order only. I understand that due to Covid things can be tough for businesses, especially when deciding how to go about allowing people to order. it's surprising because another location in the Canfield-Boardman area handles this quite well, and i am unsure as to what the problem is at this specific location. This specific Chipotle offers one of the most consistent experiences. It's very clean, friendly, and they have very vibrant tasting food! It's evident that the workers at this location take pride in their food taste, as I frequently see both crew and managers tasting and talking about the flavor with each other in a fun but critical manner. The people here also seem to focus on their own appearance; never before have I gone to eat regularly at a fast food establishment where almost all of the employees looked as crisp as the ones at the Canfield Chipotle. What's even better, is every time I eat here they offer me a chance to give them feedback by filling out a survey. I sometimes forget to keep my receipt, but knowing that they love to hear back from me makes me feel even more of a part of Chipotle (plus the fact I'm there 4+ times a week). For the most fun experience, I recommend visiting during lunch time or dinner time. This is when the whole team is up and ready for action, and you get to interact with the majority of them! I definitely recommend this Chipotle to anyone looking for an above average eating experience. The only thing that would make this Chipotle better is if it were in Glendale, California. read more
