It's nice to have a Chipotle in this area.. but they are not consistent. I do not go here often, but when I do, the burritos are always made incorrectly. The bowls are good and pretty straight forward. But the burritos are never built right. They pile everything on and just wrap it up into this wide burrito. You're supposed to slide all ingredients across and then fold it over...by the time I am almost done with the burrito, I finally get to the meat layer. PLEASE train your employees on HOW to make a proper burrito, especially as expensive as this place is... it should be done right. Terrible location!! We placed a mobile order, and upon arrival, we were informed that someone else picked up our order that contained TWO bowls! They were adamant about remaking our order, but eventually did. However, they were then out of a bunch of ingredients, which was even more unfortunate. They were also all out of forks! We filed a complaint on the app and they credited us 2 free bowls. We placed another mobile order a week later to redeem the bowls and this time, our food was packed in bags. However, my bowl was supposed to have steak, no beans, veggies, and brown rice. They completely packed the WRONG bowl for me and gave me a chicken bowl with beans, white rice, and no veggies! They didn't even chop the lettuce up, which made me toss out most of it.. Absolutely awful. This location has been sliding for monthssss. The soda machine has stayed broken through several visits, the prep line always looks chaotic, and the sour cream has been watered down to the point where it barely coats anything, it's just white water at this point. Portions come up short compared to other Chipotle locations. The staff seems checked out, and it's hard to blame them when this is the environment they're stuck working in. I come here often and the service and cleanliness has gone down hill. The store is spacious and has tons of seats but most of the time, its very dirty. It doesn't seem like anyone is cleaning the tables often enough. A few times, I went the staff was nowhere to be found and the store itself was empty. Many times the food ran out and they didn't have an estimate when more of the item was going to be available. For the cleanliness, I seen people mop and use the same gloves to serve food with. One time, someone dropped a knife and stepped on it by accident when trying to pick up and then eventually picked it up and used that same knife to chop the peppers. When they dropped an ingredient, they would just scoop it back into the serving container. Please do better. Also, they don't have water cups here, tortillas are almost a $1 now, and they charge for "sides". For example, if you want cheese on the side, its now a $1.85 for a tiny cup. And then they have an audacity to give half scoops of everything while raising the prices. read more

Went in to get some take out. I didn't order in advance as I wanted to get quick service. Normally at this location they get bombarded with app requests and delivery requests. Up on entering it wasn't very crowded. There was no line but a bit of a wait as there was no person at the station. Once being assisted it went smoothly and quickly. The person was able to assist in using the code on the app for free guac as the matching wasn't working correctly. Overall my current visit today was a solid 5/5 read more

Pretty much your typical local Chipotle. Your menu here is no different than other Chipotle. I've been coming here since pre-COVID and still drop by during the COVID pandemic and I haven't had much to complain about. However, during the pandemic, they were initially allowing in-restaurant orders, but have since changed to a mobile order format. On my most recent visit last weekend, the employees blocked access to the ordering counter and cash register with some chairs. If you're curious about the food serving size, it's been pretty consistent throughout my experiences eating from here. The serving sizes have mostly been huge. I've only experienced a lackluster serving once here, maybe. For anyone thinking about driving to this location, Kings Highway is a tough area to find parking, especially during weekend afternoons, so beware that it might take some circling and, even then, you might not find a close spot. If you're lucky enough to find a parking spot within 2-3 blocks, take it! read more

This place is absolutely awful. I stopped ordering from this place. I did a pickup order for 2 bowls and when I arrived to pick it up, they somehow messed up and I ended up waiting another half hour outside in the cold since there was no indoor seating or waiting inside. Ok, fine whatever. I had to go outside and ask if my order was ready multiple times and when it was, no one said anything to me or updated my order status. I couldn't check my food conveniently due to COVID-19 safety issues so I took it home, not thinking anything would go wrong. I opened both the bowls and they were so disgusting (and cold), I actually called corporate Chipotle to complain but they only refunded me for one bowl. Bowl #1had no rice, had guac that was never requested and they just threw some old meat, a crapload of guac and a handful of cheese. Not what I ordered at all. Almost all the ingredients were missing. Bowl #2 was supposed to be cauliflower rice but when opened, it was half empty with no guac when it was supposed to have it, and no other ingredients plus the cauliflower flower rice was burnt to death and tasted sour. Both dishes were so gross, I threw them out because I wouldn't even feed them to my pets! After that awful last experience, I tried to give them a second chance, so I went in to order two bowls again and the moment they added the rice and meat, the worker failed to tell me that almost all the toppings were out so I had nothing to pick from. I was so embarrassed to have to tell him I didn't want the order anymore and walked out. Overall, the service at this Chipotle sucks and the food quality has went down drastically. This review is about the service. I came to chipotle twice after running errands. Must I say, THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! The first time I came here, the restaurant didn't have any ingredients. They only had chicken, rice, and beans. I left without ordering anything. The second time I came here I wish I did not. On July 1st at 5:15 PM, I came in thinking I'll get my food and leave satisfied but NOPE. The lady that was serving (making the bowls/burritos) gave me a huge attitude. I've never met someone working in the field of customer service with such horrible service. I ordered two bowls and while choosing my ingredients all she did was give an attitude of what I was adding to my bowl. When I was adding cheese to my bowl, I requested cheese on the bowl with the beans only. After the request, didn't even move, she just stared back at me until I said, "the left bowl was the one with the beans". She was not going to put in the extra work to identify which bowl had the beans. When I was at the cashier, the cashier asked the server, " what meat?" The server rolled her eyes and said, "ask her yourself". Then next thing you know we both see a container of guacamole come flying towards us. We were both shocked. Despite my apprehension to give any restaurant a bad review during a pandemic, this Chipotle earned it. I'm sure the food tastes great but I wouldn't know! Cause after an hour of waiting (at 9pm) they were still serving people from 7pm. THAT'S RIGHT! NOT AN EXAGGERATION! JUST AN INEPTITUDE IN SERVICE! I'm genuinely proud nobody started a riot. I'm sure there were factors out of their control but let's discuss what was observed. The overwhelming majority of orders were online and the frustrated crowd of people hovering over the cashier were patrons waiting even longer than me. After a print out of all the orders, it was a fucking stack bigger than a pringles box. AND EVEN THOUGH they had printed all the orders out, so the burrito artists can start making them, there was this one lady asking an employee for her order paper AND HE COULDN'T FIND IT! They had to restart that order right then and there. So, who knows if mine or anyone else's order even registered. So we're all there (a crowd of 20 people) waiting patiently for our food like fools and there's one person in the front casually making burritos. Maybe she's overworked or taking her sweetass time, I dunno, where's my food? I say 1 but there really was 2 and this other guy, I shit you not, only ever laid the tortilla bread on the counter. He was getting me the most angry cause I thought at first "oh maybe he's a new hire and only knows how to put bread on a fucking table". Then I see his Joshua Weissman budget looking ass (popular youtuber), make a burrito intermittently. Are you kidding me? There are people waiting for hours and you're just there putting bread on the table? They were seriously cranking out a burrito per 5 minutes. This is totally unlike every other chipotle experience I've ever had where they rush the food. AND NOT ONLY were they going slow, they kept taking orders for people on the line AND PRIORITIZED THOSE. THERE ARE PEOPLE WAITING! WTF! STOP TAKING ORDERS AND GET TO THE ONES ALREADY IN! Then there was this tepid waste of a manager who when an order was finished, she would whisper the name because she's too cowardly to face the backlash of poor service. I couldn't believe it. It was truly an amazing spectacle. This woman, has no business being a manager. After an hour, I just cancelled my order. It's funny cause as I was writing this review, on the side is another review saying her order wasn't ready despite being put 2 hours in. It was around the same date too. I had to go through the trouble of calling Chipotle and then go through the trouble of picking up the missing food. We ordered food for 60, food for about 30 arrived. Save yourself the trouble and order from a local Mexican or Tex Mex place - this Chipotle's customer service is awful. It will ruin your night. When we went back to pick up our missing food, we had to wait another 30 minutes, even though they told us they'd be ready when we arrived. I ordered a Smoked Brisket bowl with no beans and what they gave me was a half smoked brisket + half carnitas bowl with beans and queso blanco sauce. I was looking forward to trying the new smoked brisket bowl and I was super upset to receive a messed up order. I've bought from this location many times and it was okay. But tonight's dinner was unacceptable. I ordered three chicken bowls with tortilla on the side. By the time I ate to the end/bottom of my bowl, I found a long black piece of unknown object in my bowl. I picked it out with my hand and it felt like burnt plastic or something like a piece of charcoal. It was one piece but when I pressed it a bit, it started falling apart and fell into pieces. It really felt and looked like charcoal, burnt objects after a barbecue or something. That is absolutely disgusting, knowing I almost ate that. But also ate everything that touched that in the bowl. I'm guessing something fell in when they cooked some of those ingredients and i just luckily got it picked into my bowl. I would not go back again. Honestly now-- This place fell out of love. Food is always rushed, they always give you small portions of rice, beans, guac, and meat. They even try to give you old food from the bottom of the silver tray before they put out a fresh new silver tray of food. For the 10$ bowl you get, I would atleast like some more food in my bowl! I always end up giving away more money now than the actual food I'm getting. Plus the employees there now also have some additude. I ordered 3 bowls, I asked the lady if the receipt coming out was mine and she said "BOY, that ain't even your receipt!" Sucking her teeth afterwards. Like damn, ok. Trust me, there are other better Chipotles you can go to than this one. This used to be my favorite chipotle place cause it was so close to where I lived. Never been to any Chipotle in Brooklyn; only went to the ones in the city. Yesterday, my family and I were craving Chipotle for our early dinner. Bummer no Chipotle nearby offers delivery to my house within the official website/app. But luckily it appeared on Grubhub! We ordered our food around 4pm-ish. My brother ordered a barbacoa burrito bowl, and my mom and I got the chicken salad bowl each. Delivery was spot on! It came on time, food wasn't messy or messed up! I can't review my mom and brother's food but in terms of my salad bowl, I usually always get the same order whenever I eat Chipotle. A salad bowl with chicken, fajita veggies, sour cream, guacamole, and honey chipotle vinaigrette. It was made just right; no missing ingredients and it was packaged neatly and tasted just right! Sorry, no pics to show. This place feels no different than any other Chipotle, but the service to me was quick (I came for lunch on a Thursday afternoon). They recently added a new protein, smoked brisket, and I thought it tasted pretty decent. It costed $10.50, which I believe is the most expensive meat option, but I think I would stick with the chicken or steak as I am pretty satisfied with either of those two options. It sucks that Chipotle in general no longer gives tortilla on the side, as now you are charged 50 cents I believe. The serving size in my bowl felt average to slightly above average for the Chipotle locations I've been to. It is also hard to find parking if you are driving, so be aware. Overall I am satisfied with this location. Feels as though the quality and quantity that they serve here are a slight cut above average. read more
