Came by this location today and enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. I like how many windows it has and the openness of the dining room - lots of seating options! I will say that, as someone who LOVES Chipotle and is used to their typical generous portions for the price, I was a little disappointed by the food portions at this location. This Chipotle is in a convenient location and I really appreciate that it's open until 11 PM! The interior was clean and the service was quick and easy. However, they did not give their usual portions and I felt I got less food than normal. For this reason, I probably wouldn't come back to this location but this was the only con about my experience! read more

The food was amazing but the chips salty. It's like you can mix the entire bowl and then it's ALL salty! The service is fine workers are pretty stingy with portions and making me overpay. Should of listened to the recent reviews!! What a dumpster fire. First of all, trying to check out & the credit card machine bombs out. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. Finally it is working so I sit down to eat and the place is a giant mess. Tables are filthy, trash cans are spilling over & all napkins, forks, etc...are neatly emptied or destroyed. Find a fork, go to eat and the $5.30 extra steak I ordered was 90% fat & gristle. $2.80 for guac is highway robbery but at least it was decent. $18.50 for just a bowl is insane when I could of had a bad A burger & fries anywhere or a early bird steak & potato. Horrible service! Came here at 2 in the afternoon, and ordered the salad to go. Of course I got 1 lb of sour cream to 1/4 cup of chicken! I was handed the dish, without a lid, without putting it in a bag, no lid, no utensils, napkins or telling me to get these items. I asked for the vinaigrette twice, only to be told that had not made it yet for the day......it is 2 pm, what are you waiting for? The cashier rolled his eyes at me, yes, he rolled his eyes like I was putting him out, for asking for a lid and bag to go. Came here before a little after 12 noon, they had no vinaigrette. Came again at 5 different day, same thing no vinaigrette. How are yall always out? I don't understand. What an absolute disgrace this place was!! Garbage on every table, garbage cans by the front door overflowing with trash while the workers are sitting on their phones. I love Chipotle, but the staff here ruined the experience. I ordered my food online to grab and go 15 minutes before I got there. Nobody had started my order and they continued to make the people in line's food before starting mine. While I understand that those people are physically there and may take priority, I think not starting an online order when it comes in defeats the purpose of me having ordered online for speed and convenience. I think I gave them plenty of time to put the order together before coming in, and then still waited about 10 minutes for my food to be made after I got there. The employees saw me sitting and waiting for my to go order and continued to chat very loudly about how they hate when people come in right before closing time. One girl even mentioned that it was unusual for people to be eating so late at night while I was sitting right there! It felt very rude considering it was 9:30, they close at 10, I ordered at 9:05, and I was grabbing my food and leaving. On top of all of this, my chips were stale and my food was not of the best quality. Stood there waiting to pick up my order for 5 minutes before someone even looked at me, and then when the worker did look at me she said "well what do you want?" well, my food is in a bag behind the counter and not on the mobile pickup counter. This was absolutely the most filthy, unorganized, and trashed Chipotle I have ever been to in my life. The managers and owner of this store should absolutely be ashamed of themselves. They were out of black beans, half the proteins, salad mix, almost all salsa, and all the cheese. Every single table in the dining area was covered in food. You couldn't throw any trash away as it was overflowing and falling into the floor in every trash can. The drink machine had ice piled up so high you had to push it out of the way to get a drink. The counter was filthy - dirty napkins and straw wrappers everywhere. The guy making the food rubbed his gloved hands all over his shirt and pants after every customer and never changed his gloves once (I wanted a salad but didn't want to chance him grabbing the raw greens out of the pan with his dirty gloves). After paying $20 for nothing but two bowls with only half the ingredients, I will go across the street to Qdoba anyday. This has to be one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to in Bowling Green. read more

I've never been a fan of chipotle. But this one was the absolute worst. People behind I am we're just on friendly to start. And then $1.50 up charge for queso? That's just ridiculous. It's Chipotle it's always good when they have what you want. I've been stopping at this Chipotle twice a week for the last 3 months. 1. Never have toothpicks NEVER!! 2. Cilantro is something they have a tough time keeping as well. 3. Cheese today is the 3rd time no cheese. 4. Green sauce. 5. Sour cream. Those 5 are things they are commonly out of or don't have ever have (toothpicks). I would think those are staples at a Chipotle. I understand running out of a certain meat here and there waiting on it to cook. But to be out of the other consistently is ridiculous. Seems to me this location needs a new manager. Just my opinion. Now for the employees they are great and have never had a issue with any of them. They do great with what they have to work with. So the manager is good at training or someone else is doing the training of them. Not sure how you can consistently not order enough staple supplies for your restaurant. I made a delivery order from this local store, and it is extremely frustrating when they already charge you extra for things like guacamole and queso and very telling when they don't prepare what you paid for! Correctly!I wasn't even given an apology and they expected me to go to the store when it was a delivery order to get the missing item.Ive noticed incompetence every time I order delivery or takeout in this town for some reason. The brown rice is cooked nicely. They have a nice selection of proteins and vegetables. We had the chicken and the tofu in our bowls. They were both cooked properly and still warm. The seasoning complements the food properly. The dining room is full of light due to all the windows which made me happy. :-) The employees were positive and helpful but low key which is a positive for me.
