I understand all the one-star reviews. Don't use the Chipotlane after 12p, for sure. Especially if you get behind someone whose order wasn't ready. In previous visits, I was told to go back around or wait to get back in line when my food is ready. Today, I was behind five or six cars with the first four getting their orders fairly quickly. Of course, the car directly in front of me took about 10-15 minutes to receive their order, meaning it wasn't ready, which made my order, already on the shelf when I got to the front, and others on the shelf cold. I get it's the lunch rush, but there has to be a better and efficient way to receive your order at its freshest. Would have loved them to tell the car in front of me to go back around or move up to receive their order. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have gone in and talked to the manager about the situation since the phone number is automated and won't send you to a human representative. If it wasn't for everyone in my party being satisfied with their order, I would have given this a one-star rating. Please do better, Aurora Chipotle, since the Solon one skimps on their food, or Twinsburg will be the only one left in the area. read more

I feel like I'm piling on, but this location needs a complete overhaul of the entire staff. As Aurora residents, we were excited that there was going to be a location close to us. It opened to endless problems with staff, portions, products and more...So, we thought we'd give it some time to get better. Honestly, I think it has gotten worse. Visited with my son last week around7:00 and there were a few people in line, but they weren't busy at all (mostly because locals have more or less given up on the place). We both order white rice with no cilantro and the guy waiting on me goes and gets some white rice with no cilantro and puts it in a bowl...no big deal. I move down the line a little and my son again orders white rice with no cilantro and a different employee snaps at him that they don't have it. I'm in the middle of asking for my cheese and sour cream so I miss the exchange. My son moves down the line and tells me what happened. I respectfully said that I got mine without cilantro and the employee turns to the rest of the crew working and yells, "We don't have white rice with no cilantro...stop f@cking giving it to people". No idea what type of day that guy was having, but yelling and swearing at co-workers wasn't going to make it any better. (I'll skip the part about my bowl having plenty of rice, beans, chicken, corn salsa, cheese and sour cream....while my sons portions were lees than half of mine!) I think from now on we will drive the extra 15 minutes to Streetsboro or Twinsburg. read more

Waited drive through line for 30 min after my order was supposed to be done. Bad customer service

Waited 10 mins for steak - 15 mins goes by and the steak wasn't even put on the grill. Was told it wouldn't be ready for 30 more mins.

Come here all the time dispite how bad it is, just convenient. Today I had an employee who must be new a young light skinned lady, who was EXTREMELY, rude for no reason. Since the moment she served me instant attitude to the point where she's asking for my sides and I tell her some waiting for her to get done adding it, so I hop on my phone for a sec and look up and she wrapped my burrito, so I kindly say"I wanted lettuce in my burrito as well" in which she refuse to put the lettuce in my burrito(I was on a 15 min break from work next door to where I didn't want to rewrap my burrito and I also don't know how!) so when I express that she stares me down ! For 30 secs to the point where now this which is ridiculous. Moral of the story horrible service there the food honestly sucks maybe 1/10 times I've gon the food is actually food and they always have stuff missing, just go to Solon or make it urself they need to redo their manager and employees! read more

Think they thought I wanted to pay double for 1/2 of what is normal. Nice. My coworkers bowl was the same. So light, I thought it was the wrong order! Sad. I would give this a less than one star review. Once again we tried to order for this chipotle and again we were let down. Never order from this chipotle you will be unsatisfied every time. They do not care at all about the consumer. Spent over $75 for the family meal that's supposed to feed 4-6 people. Not even close!!!!! The rice was enough for one regular bowl. Unreal! Very hesitant to visit this location based on Yelp and Google reviews. I got there about 15 minutes after they opened and everything was stocked and looked nice. My go-to favorite take-out food is Chipotle. Lucky me - there is a Chipotle around the block from my house! However I will never visit this Chipotle again. It is so poorly managed, they need to do a re-hire. They are always out of critical ingredients for the dinner rush. I've finally given up on this location. In general I love Chipotle and the app ordering and drive thru window here make this an appealing proposition. However, these guys consistently get my orders wrong. The app folks are nice enough to give me refunds or coupons for each mistake, but this has happened five or six times now, and even though I have spoken to chat many times and there is ton of employee turnover, the location remains terrible. Mistakes range from minor- forgetting silverware and napkins for salads (this happens nearly every time)- to major- forgetting chicken in a chicken salad, charging for guacamole and not including it, etc. The food at chipotles nationwide is consistently decent, usually four star worthy, but this location is such a consistent disappointment. This is a tough one. I like Chipotle's menu- when it's done right. The problem at this specific location is inconsistency. With the food, with the service, with the accuracy of filling the orders... I actually live closer to the Solon location but gave up on them completely. Not going back. Ever. I've been to the Aurora location exactly four times since it opened. I used their app for all of the orders. The first order was perfect- I used the Chipotlane, pickups moved through quickly and the food was correct. Next time through, they forgot my chips and guac- I flagged them on Twitter and my account was credited. No worries. At that point the Chipotlane option seemed like it would be my go-to from then on. And then it wasn't. Third order. I was in the lane right on time and it didn't move. I was picking up food for a group of people so I felt trapped. Thirty five minutes later they handed my food through the window. This time I knew to check before pulling away. Forgot the chips and guac (again). For some odd reason it was five more minutes before I got them. And of course the food was horrible. Four of us ordered bowls and every one of them was missing something. The chicken wasn't seasoned normally- completely bland. A complete failure. Two months later I figured I would try again. This time I used the counter pickup. When I got there my order wasn't on the shelf but someone saw me waiting there and grabbed it for me. This time the food was great- back to what I am used to. So I guess the jury is still out on this location. Seems like maybe things are starting to settle down so I'll try them again some time. read more
