This is our regular go to Chipotle when we need some bowls. Food is like all the other Chipotles, though sometimes when they scoop, it's not that much. Staff is normal. They're friendly and doing their job because there usually is a line Spacious and plenty of sitting inside with nice big windows so it gets plenty of sunlight. Will be back for next chipotle run! Just need to improve the portion sizes read more

This place is ran horribly. They're never ready when they open. One example the chipotle vinaigrette is never ready if you order by 10:30. The sour cream is just poured on one side. Instead of spreading out how you are trained to. They must of not had enough lettuce cut and prepared. My bowl only had like 5 pieces of lettuce. The tacos look like they were made by a child. read more

First it was a very long line they had a deal but still it was about 60 in front of me and when I get my food I was walking to my car and they didn't close my food good that when I was walking all my food was drop from the bottom so I went back and they said they can give a new one but I had to get back in line after I have been waiting for about a hour to wait more time. After they didn't do a good job on there first time so I really was upset. read more

Given the area this Chipotle is located in, I would expect the restaurant to be much cleaner and for staff to pay closer attention to orders before handing them to customers. I placed an order for pickup and noticed that there were no napkins or utensils included. Thankfully, I double-checked my order before leaving; otherwise, I would have left without a fork to eat my meal. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness of the beverage and utensil area. There was spilled soda around the counter, and the area where the forks, spoons, and other items are kept looked dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, it did not give the impression of a clean or sanitary environment. Management needs to do a better job of ensuring the restaurant is consistently cleaned and sanitized throughout the day and that pickup orders are checked for basic necessities before being given to customers. Customers should be able to expect a clean environment and properly prepared orders, especially when ordering from a well-known establishment like Chipotle. read more

The Bottom Line Up Front: I've been here a few times in the past few years, but this review is for a recent pick-up order, which was solid. The order was accurate, the food was good, and I had no complaints. The Food: I ordered a steak quesadilla for pick-up through the app, and apparently that's the only way to get one. Kinda odd, but I ain't complaining since the quesadilla was huge, had plenty of gooey cheese, and came with 3 included sides. Is it the best quesadilla ever? No. Was I thoroughly satisfied? Yes! The Service: I can't accurately review the customer service for a dine-in experience, but I can say the one staff member who helped me was great. He saw me looking for my order at the pick-up shelf area and asked for my name. He came back in about 30 seconds. He was friendly and courteous. The Setting: This location has a good amount of tables and I would consider it a medium to large size Chipotle -- good for parties of 4 to 6 people, though 7 to 10 could possibly push some tables together to make it work. Though I didn't stay, I did find it clean and well stocked. The Conclusion: From a pick-up order perspective, this Chipotle location delivered as promised while the food was solid. Is it the best Latino food ever? Hardly. But for a chain, it has its online orders down. read more

I used to come here all the time and it was the best but wow has it changed!! Chunks off unevenly cut fajitas most of the time they aren't even fully cooked! Whenever I send someone to get the family food there's a puddle of juices in the bottom of the bowl and never the right amount or portions!! Need new staff or something! read more

Came late but before closing. They had nothing to serve. Why stay open till 10 if you're not going to serve food. Ridiculous.

Are yall rationing or something? Dude working 10/5 @1230 gave like half a scoop of chicken and had the audacity to go back and add one more piece like he was doing me a favor. Chipotle fell off hard. read more

Talk about a place that needs new leadership...walked in was not greeted by employee at all he just looked at me like "wtf you want" so i said "hello may i have a burrito" no response just grabbed tortilla and waited for me to ask for ingredients...when i looked over all the containers almost empty with mixed ingredients in each one (rice in steak chunks) (pinto beans in black beans) not the best situation if your particular about your ingredients...instantly grossed out but i was hungry so i had to go along with it..trash cans fill of trash...inventory of chips not stocked at all had to wait 5 minutes to get a kids size bag of chips i recommend going a few feet to el cholo restaurant get your moneys worth and feel valued as a customer read more

In order here for my family all the time, and they 70% of the time forget to give the correct drink, they forget chips and kids chips/drinks. When I pay for something, I expect to receive that item. This is super disappointing for kids, I will take my business to cafe rio if this happens one more time. Do better. I reached out to customer service and it always "disconnects" from the service rep magically and then there's no other way to contact for help. Be warned! --- The Huda bot replied, they obviously do not care about their customers. read more

OMG!! The very worst service ever! Owner should loose his franchise because of poor trained and lack of staff! Waited in line to order the new honey chicken and was told they are sold out, will take 20 minutes to make, so I waited and after 20 plus minutes I went up and by the time I get there again waiting a second time I. Line they are almost out. The guy serving gave a very small port's he was trying to ration the little he had left seeing the line behind me. I asked for a little more and he stated he was going to double charge me. I said that the amount he gave is just a few pieces of chicken and I also stated I patiently waited 20 plus minutes, he still stated he has to double charge me! I walked out, as I g my money!! Never again going to this place and also writing g there corporate office!! Once again very bad and unprofessional service!!! read more

Omg this is the slowest moving Chipotle ever. Been in line for 15 minutes and only one person in front of me the entire time. Took the guy 15 minutes to make 2 burritos. Get to line at 8:54. Guy says they ran out of steak and they aren't making anymore. Like wtf. It's 8:54 and you're not making anymore steak. The machine that makes the tortillas warm was broken so he kept taking the tortillas to the back. Polite and nice kid. But that's the problem. Just kids running this place This place service sucks! There's a lot of things wrong with this chipotle. You can clearly tell the workers and even management hate their jobs. One of the managers was texting their manager group chat right in front of me instead of ringing me up and said out loud that she was getting mad at the other managers in the chat. She snapped at an employee when he asked her for help grabbing a spatula. The employees that were actually working on the line kept running out of items and asked her for help in restocking and she ignored them. How she got into management with that attitude I have no idea. I hope she and her bosses see this and realizes that she should not be a manager in customer service. Chipotle Mexican Grill - Take out portion! Not even half the bowl is filled. - Mexican Near Me - Anaheim, California

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but the food that we ordered today was so bad, I felt I had to say something. Hopefully management will see this. I've been eating here with my family for over 15 years and we eat here at least once every few weeks. I ordered 3 bowls today and everything was so off. The rice was not fully cooked that it was still crunchy. The black beans were so salty that one would assume someone dropped the box of salt while cooking it. Luckily I had flour tortillas at home. We were all able to pick off the meat and made burritos ourselves. This business needs to have better quality control of the things that are coming out from the kitchen!! I would have asked for a refund or ordered a replacement, but unfortunately for us, I took it home to eat. Don't think I'll ever be returning to this location again. read more

I have eaten at a few Chipotle restaurants in Southern California and the one in Anaheim Hills is by far the worst . The chicken had a very weak taste and had to consistency of cartilage . I winded up throwing out the rest of it after a few bites . I've had it before at Anaheim Hills and it tasted much better than it has in the past few months . I don't know the management has been replaced or if it's just the lack of enthusiasm of the cook but it will be a while before I eat there again . read more

This place is very unorganized. I went in to get my son lunch and the lady said there is no rice, it will be 15 minutes. Ok no problem. I went back in 15 minutes later and waited 10 minutes in line and got to the front to find out they had no steak. It's a lunch rush, wouldn't they have extra food. All my son wanted was white rice and steak. The lady did not even feel bad. Super annoying. I told her she should announce to the line there is no steak so people don't wait for nothing read more

Food was good. It's what you expect when you go to Chipotle. Service is terrible though. I felt rushed while trying to order for my family. I had multiple items and they have no patience. It felt like they wanted to build all five items instantaneously. I'm just trying to get each persons request right so you can enjoy your food. Their approach creates confusion and overall it's not a great experience. Next time I'll stick to ordering from the app. read more

Went to pick up an order and experienced HIGHLY unprofessional behavior from a manager! They seemed to be having a rush and instead of politely asking an employee to go help she harshly yelled at a young girl telling her to "go do as she said and not make her ask again".I was appalled! The poor girl looked very frazzled. It's one thing to tell employees they need to help since there's a line, but it is completely disgusting to be talking to staff as if they are toddlers!!! Do better management!!!! read more

Learned a valuable lesson. Don't place an order online! My order was suppose to be ready at 6:50, but it wasn't. Finally, my order was ready at 7:10 and I assumed my food would be correct and hot! I get home to find cold, hard rice, cold beans and cold steak with the kid's meals AND my food was missing the quesadilla! I opened the tray to see my 2 sides and nothing else. I couldn't believe it! I had to drive back for the missing item to receive no apology and not even a small bag of chips for my time. It took 45 min from the time I ordered, waited, drove home, drove back, waited for food, and drove home again! It was extremely disappointing. Update: I contacted the website like they suggested and I still haven't heard anything! Do they just act concerned to make it appear like they are doing something? That's more insulting then no response at all! read more

Another time here and another piece of plastic in the food. Yuck and heath hazard? Yup This location is consistently not the best. A single tear rolled down my cheek. Yes, a real one, not from the spicy salsa or the sting of too much red chili. It was the kind of tear reserved for breakups, canceled Netflix shows, and now...the loss of Arman, the legendary Chipotle manager who is no longer at this location. For over five glorious years, this man was the Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson of burrito assembly, strong, dependable, and always serving with eyebrow-raising flair. He didn't just roll burritos, he rolled hope, healing, and half chicken, half steak into a warm tortilla of comfort. Arman greeted me like we'd grown up on the same street and fought the same childhood bullies. His memory was better than my therapist's, he knew my order down to the last scoop of corn salsa and always timed my guac upgrade with emotional precision. One unforgettable afternoon, I stumbled in looking like life had hit me with a brick made of student loans and existential dread. Without missing a beat, Arman slid a free soda across the counter, locked eyes with me like a seasoned life coach, and said, "This one's on me. Cheer up, champ." I didn't know if I was at a Chipotle or a TED Talk. Under his watch, this location wasn't just a fast-casual chain, it was a Michelin-worthy sanctuary wrapped in foil and fluorescent lighting. The rice was fluffier, the beans more soulful, and even the shredded cheese felt spiritually aligned. But now? This place is like a tortilla with no filling, technically functional, but empty, hollow, and one lonely scoop of sofritas away from reminding you that no one ever actually orders sofritas. The music feels sadder, the guac less green, and the energy? It's giving DMV on a Monday. I'd rather get ghosted by a Hinge match than walk into this Chipotle and not see Arman behind the counter, radiating burrito-based greatness. To whoever stole him away, congrats, you just won the lottery of hospitality. read more

There is no such thing as a gourmet burrito. The food is good, not exceptional. The people working there look stressed and are doing the best they can, hopefully it was just a busy night. *2/13/23 update: so the night of, I thought something was off as I was asked to insert my credit card twice while paying for my food. This place has totally gone downhill - just look at all the reviews before mine today. I wrote a letter to the Manager over a week ago now and not even a phone call, e mail or text - and i provided all my contacts. We have gone there for years, but no more. When we went the line took forever, only two people in front on a 530 Friday nite. Kitchen area looked like a bomb had gone off = stuff everywhere looking like no one did a thing to clean up in a day or two. Shorthanded, no Hard Shells for our tacos, the Lemonade dispenser completely empty, the tables inside a mess and i could go on and on. Clearly managed terribly now. I will say the Ladies out front did all they could - not their fault. But no support by management both in running the place or helping out. Too many options around town, including other Chipotles and Cafe Rio. My letter stated these things and the thought that they really should work on improving their operation, very nice, very helpful. Shows me how disturbingly weak their management is, to not even bother to respond. Like i said earlier, having read many of the previous reviews, it all adds up .. adds up to not going back ! read more

This place just never changes. I don't know why I even try. I walk in and there is one person working. The other three doing absolutely nothing. The bins with food are almost empty. They have no beans. How do you not have beans? Five people in line and no one even acknowledged us. There is several people waiting for food pickup. And two idiots standing in the back doing nothing!
