We come here a lot. We have it down to the latest we can get in without encountering a line. I could tell you, but I don't want to give my secret away!! :) The food is good, service is pretty quick aside from our poor timing from time to time. One drawback is that workers cut in to build phone ahead orders while the others are trying to build our orders. I find that distracting as a customer. It's ALWAYS FREEZING in here! read more

Food was terrible and low quality and gave us food poisoning. The people dont understand LIGHT sour cream. Dirty seats and work areas. I'm very very mad that you guys food poisoned us. read more

The food looked good but the place was as disgustingly filthy! I should've listened to my gut and left. Got home and I took 5 bites.. Nope, it was nasty! I couldn't stop thinking about how the food was slung, dropped and left to dry on the meal prep area. Where they drag your burrito on the foil. $23 down the drain. It used to be clean. Please retrain the people prepping online orders. The food is either terrible or not even the right order. It's so bad so often, I think they are trying to drive customers away. Just read other reviews on this location. read more

Somebody please ask them to clean the desk at least one time a day I never go there and see that clean. Discipline is not worth the spend one penny. read more

0 stars wasn't an option. Beware when you order double protein, because the rest of your toppings will literally be a pinch, if you get them at all. Chips were stale with no salt and the white rice in my bowl came in chunks, as if it had sat in a warner for hours and congealed. Choose elsewhere. Hothead just opened up, go support them! read more

Paid extra money for extra steak and only got a few pieces..... Guy even looked at me sus when I went to pick up my food I knew I should have checked it when I saw his face. Worst chipotle experiencEd. Was delivered the completely wrong item. I ordered a chicken burrito, received a steak bowl??? Did not order sour cream, but somehow there was a big l cold pile of it all over the bowl. even if it was what I ordered it was filled up MAYBE halfway, absolutely not worth 12 bucks. Called 8 times before someone finally picked up, and of course, no help at all. managers should be ashamed of their hiring decisions. read more

I haven't returned to this location in quite sometime, but I'll have to say, they have turned it around. The counter prep area was clean, the food stocked and the team looked to be working together. The only sad part, was the cashier. She clearly lacks basic customer service skills. I didn't get her name, but she was wearing the longest fake eyelashes. But everything else was great!! read more

Filthy dirt trails on floor. Food spills left on tables on counters on floors . Place is so dirty I walked out without ordering.

I order a steak burrito and was delivered a burrito half the size you would get inside and since I ordered on DoorDash it was 16 dollars before tip for a quater or a burrito you would order inside this is ridiculous read more

This location continues to underperform and fall short on almost every area: cleanliness, friendliness, accuracy of orders and availability of options. This is the 4th visit in a row where something has been wrong or workers were rude. Tonight at 6:30pm, during dinner rush, the lady behind the counter said they were out of fajita veggies with no other explanation offered up. I asked how long for more and was told they were out for the evening. I heard several other guests inquire about veggies for their meal while I was there and I got the sense they didn't want to make more. My best suggestion is to visit another location. read more

We have ordered from this Chipotle 3 times via the app now and they have gotten our order wrong all 3 times. Also if they don't have something that you pay for ex. Terrible practice. read more

We went today for dinner and were informed right off the bat that they were out of lettuce and had no ice for soft drink machine. We decided to stay anyways. Our chips were over fried and tasted stale. When I politely asked if I could have fresh ones, I was informed they were what they had and she could give me another bag to try and if I still didn't like them, they would see if the manager would refund them. I took the second bag and they were even worse than the first. I will not be returning to this store. Employee acted like she was annoyed that o asked for a replacement bag. read more

Out of white rice? Out of ice? Out of napkins and utensils? No problem they still charge full price and they don't put a sign on the door. So if you're like me and you wait 15 mins to order you're probably gonna deal with the brown rice but how about a heads up? This place is constantly out of something, must be horribly managed is my only guess. Worst Chipotle Tri-State area and I work near the one in Norwood which is also pathetically run. read more

One of the worst locations in a 60 mile radius. I go to eastgate, Florence, Alexandria, highland heights- all of them. And this one is the absolute worst. THE RICE IS ALWAYS HARD AS A ROCK AND UNCOOKED. DONT GO HERE. read more

Just the worst. My last visit was indeed my LAST visit. They were out of white rice, fajita mix, sour cream, guacamole and lettuce at 1:15 on a Friday. One single employee was manning EVERY station, steaming the tortilla, filling it, and wrapping it. Meanwhile three other employees casually chatted in the back until one had to be called on to cash someone out. They might as well close this location if they're not going to improve it. read more

Went for dinner at 615, dining in- they were out of multiple things and making no effort to replenish. I was still ordering my meal and the girl at the register was interrupting and asking me "if that was all." I paid for chips and guac, and when my husband went back to get the oranges we forgot with the kids meals, the same girl said "well you got chips." Yes, and we paid extra for those. She then preceded to stare at us and blatantly talk about us to other employees. Incredibly rude and would not return to this location due to her alone. read more

I remembered why I don't like this location today. 4:30 walk in order of a veggie bowl and soft tacos. Everything was low, and I got the last scrappings of lukewarm ingredients. I had to ask for double chicken in the tacos because the little amount they put on was pathetic. One taco had 4 pieces of chicken....4! Really?!? And they just pushed it down the line like that. Sadly, my veggie bowl didn't even come up the sides of the bowl, so forget about it touching the lid. It didn't even come close! Why is the quantity at this location so low Chipotle? Next time, I'll drive to a different location or, better yet, go to Bubbakoos in Eastgate. Do better Chipotle! read more

Only giving one star, because none is not an option. Kristina and her fellow co-worker were blatantly making fun of a young lady that had a stutter right in front of everyone. So, not only are Chipotle employees overpaid, the food is overpriced to pay for incompetent and rude employees, all while the actual food quality has suffered, as well as the portion size decreasing. It's time for Chipotle to get their act together, as this is not an uncommon problem. read more

This location just isn't good, and will straight up rip you off. Like some restaurants will sometimes do, if you order for delivery and aren't at the restaurant to see them make your order, they give you super small portions about 75% of the time at this location. They've gotten a lot worse recently. At 3 different times over the past couple of months I've ordered through delivery apps, paid the extra for guacamole on my bowl, and got bowls without any guacamole at all. On my most recent order we'd ordered 2 bowls, and the guacamole was totally left off both. Considering it was left off both bowls and seems to be happening every time, at this point I don't think it's a mistake. Since 2 of the orders I'd made were about an hour before closing, I don't know whether maybe they were low on guac and figured they could just start leaving it off delivery orders since customers aren't in store to complain? Either way it's really frustrating to repeatedly have it left off when I'm charged $3.75 extra for it. The food itself here also just isn't great, it seems to have continually gone down in quality and taste compared to 5 years ago. Wouldn't recommend it read more

The food they serve here is always in good but they have regularly been closing there store earlier then what is posted online is has become a inconvenience for customers trying to place online orders and showing up to a store that is empty or already closing down.the atmosphere of the store is always friendly but they could do a better job of letting the customers they serve know if they have to close there store on short notice read more

If there was a lower score, I would give it. I placed an order before 11:00 to be picked up at 11:30. I arrived at 11:35 to see 1 bag on the shelf for pickup that was not mine. There were already 6-8 people standing off to the side waiting for their orders. I waited until 11:50 and spoke to the cashier about canceling my order and she said that I would have to do it through the app. On my way back to work I called and spoke to the manager and she said the same thing and that they were short staffed with only 1 person working on online orders. While I was in the restaurant waiting I saw 7 people that were supposed to be working. One person making orders for incoming customers, a cashier, a person making online orders, and 4 others scrambling around accomplishing nothing. These days the customer service is a joke everywhere you go. I'll spend my money somewhere else. read more

One of the best place to go if you like to consistently have the worst food. I honestly just drive down Beechmont to the other location. The kids working here are in no rush to make food, clean, or take your order. The manager in the back just puffing away. Ate supper here on a Friday evening. Myself and four daughters. They had no cheese. I asked if they had queso, they did. Two bowls and three burritos. Five small drinks. One large queso and chips. $76.23. Two people sitting eating in the whole place. All tables were dirty, no trash but not clean. Burritos and bowls were good, chips were so stale. Snapped when broken but chewed like cardboard. First time ever eating there, sadly not impressed. All employees were kind and polite. read more

This place used to be so good. It's a shame a restaurant can go from such a little gem, to such a nasty place filled with the rudest staff. I won't be coming here again. I have no clue what happened. So tired of businesses saying "because of covid" this place is disgusting. You can't find a clean table. You have to ask for a basket and a tray. There is food everywhere on surfaces. God knows how long it's been there. There is plenty enough people working here to go out and pick up a broom, clean the drink station, and wipe down tables. Not to mention the bathrooms are so nasty. Im sorry, if the workers think this is acceptable then I won't be eating there food either. I could only imagine what they're living conditions are. read more

They serve portions that are too small. They must improve the attention. Many aspects must be improved. I don't think he'll come back.

I recently visited this chipotle and asked for the ingredients to all be on the side. I wasn't going to be able to eat it for a few hours and wanted it to be as fresh as possible. I was amazed when they gave me the chicken on the side. I don't know if I've just been fooled for the past 10ish years with the portions or if they were just being extremely skimpy with the meat. They put my chicken in the same plastic container that they put the salsas in. Call me crazy but I feel like there's an issue when I'm getting the same amount of salsa as I am protein.. read more

After lackluster service and quality from the Eastgate location, I thought I'd give this location a try. This may be the Chipotle restaurant that makes me swear of Chipotle forever or at least the ones located east. The line was dirty. The area to the right of the grill going to the back (?) had stuff on the floor. Dishes were piling up. I'm unsure why the restaurant was in that condition because there were at least 3 people hanging/horsing around. I'd already started my order or I would have left. Steak was over cooked. No fajita veggies at 1pm on a Friday. Poor management to be out of basic supplies. There's a Kroger not far away, why not get some to get you through lunch rush? Ridiculous. read more
