I wish this could be a five star review. I used to love Chip and would order them weekly. I made a goal to get the chip of the month every month and try new things. Then.... the salted caramel came out. I was ecstatic. My worst nightmare came true. I HATED THIS COOKIE! it was way too salty and had next to no caramel. I was so disappointed. Love the cookies, but . . . It would be so helpful if chip would give the option to add a tip online when you place a delivery order. We were faithful customers until one of their delivery guys ruined the experience for us. We consistently tipped the delivery employees over 50% every time we ordered chip. A few weeks ago, after I placed an order, I realized we didn't have cash in the house for a tip. When the cookies were delivered, the driver embarrassed my husband by rudely asking for a tip and pointing out the delivery fee doesn't count as a tip. We already felt bad about not realizing until after we ordered that we didn't have cash on us. Unfortunately, until there's an option to leave a tip online, we won't be coming back. read more

Very disappointed. I ordered cookies for delivery yesterday. I live about seven minutes away from the store, but it took thirty minutes for the driver to arrive from the time they left the store (they made a mistake with my address). I understand that mistakes happen, and I don't fault the driver. However, I paid 15 dollars for warm and fresh cookies, but they were completely stone cold and hard by the time they finally arrived. 15 dollars is a lot to pay for cookies, and I had hoped Chip would live up to the service it promises. read more

Walking into this place, you can see they mean business. The storefront smells like freshly baked cookies, and you can see all their workers weighing and forming cookie dough balls to bake. Although the price for 4 cookies is a little steep, they're worth it for a rare treat. The only thing I found a little disappointing is that they don't reheat very well - once they initially cool off, it's hard to get them back to their ooey-gooey baked deliciousness. Chip cookies is really good! They deliver to your home and they always arrive fresh and warm. My only complaint is that you pick a delivery time and then they can arrive 45 mins AFTER the delivery time. For example: if you choose delivery time 10-10:30pm, they aren't "late" until 11:15. I wish they would just tell you 11:15 to begin with. Anyways, once you know that you won't have any other complaints! They are pricey but as long as you are aware, that shouldn't matter. The price to me is worth the delivery last at night. We order often and highly recommend them! read more

I usually love chip cookies and I LOVE Cadbury eggs so when they came out with the Easter cookie I was so excited and ordered right away. They were so nasty. They literally had 2 Cadbury eggs stuck on the top and NONE in the actual cookie. I am super bummed and felt like the pictures of the cookies on Instagram were false advertising. They didn't have any thing in the cookie but white chocolate which honestly didn't taste great. Now I'm out $13 and have 3 and a half cookies I'll never eat. Was excited to get cookies called chip to order and was told to order online( the girl didn't seem to want to help us over the phone)We ordered around 11:40 pm online for the 12:30-1am delivery window. At 12:50 we tracked the driver with the tracking service to find out she was going to the wrong address.(our address on the confirmation page was correct.) We called and corrected the driver and then waited another 10 minutes and then got a call from Chip telling us that our address didn't exist, and that we will not be getting the cookies we payed for because they have other delivery's to make.. They decided on there own to refund our money back in the middle of the call. (The delivery driver was putting the address into google maps) which btw we live in Orem and the address appears just fine on Apple maps. We waited an over an hour to get NOTHING. The girl we talked to didn't seem to care. Worst delivery experience I have ever had. read more
