We did a cookie taste testing with a group of friends last year and Crumbl won out on variety while Chip was voted with the best chocolate chip cookie. Since then we've mostly eaten Crumbl since it's so close to our house. Looks like Chip added more flavors since then, but their most intriguing flavors have a $1 premium. Also, I'm not sure if it was just this most recent visit but feels like the cookies are undercooked like Dirty Dough. Not a fan of that. Hopefully it was just a one off. Omg these have to be the best cookies I've ever had. I ordered for delivery and they came right within my requested time frame! My all time favorite cookie place!! I haven't tried any other flavors besides the chocolate chip because the chocolate chip is my all time fav and far superior than any other cookie company (yes, especially crumbl!!). I know eating the whole cookie in one sitting is kind of gross to think about (but also we've all done it.) but Chip's chocolate chip cookie is the only one that doesn't give me a huge stomach ache and make me feel a little nauseous. Chip Cookies are some of the best! I am always impressed with the quality and taste of each cookie they make. Their chocolate chip is probably my favorite from anywhere. Wow another cookie place around the corner. The one specializes in chocolate chip cookies and then has one flavor of the month, this month is Nutella. These are massive cookies, a little overly sweet for me since they use a ton of milk chocolate chips. I would love the option of milk or dark chocolate chips. Chip cookies are great! They take them out of the oven when they are still slightly gooey and under cooked, so they stay nice and soft for a couple days. My absolute favorite cookie is their biscoff cookie that they teamed up with Courtney Rich to make. The biscoff cookies are to die for! The only downsides of Chip are the prices and the small selection. Usually, I prefer to go to Crumbl since they have more options, but Chip tastes just as good! Order cookies three times now. And each is exactly the same. Order online, get an email confirmation, text when the cookies in route & text when they arrive. The website is user friendly even an inexperienced tech user can navigate it. Every time I've ordered you pick a time for delivery earliest is 30 minutes out. And the delivery time will be anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour after ordering. However each time I've order I get the text that the cookies are on route and it's been only 15 minutes since I ordered. Tonight for example I order my cookies and had em in hand eating one within 30 minutes. Plus the cookies are delicious! Gooey on the inside and don't fall apart. Oh and HUGE! ZERO STARS. I ordered 3 different types of cookies for delivery on March 29. Received a call a little while later from the AF store and they were out of 2 of the 3. We agreed to cancel the order. He told me he would process the cancellation. Imagine my surprise the next day when $30.02 was taken from my account. I waited a couple days, no refund was posted. Went into the store. They couldn't figure out how to process, so said he would forward to regional manager to take care of. That was Thursday, April 1. I waited until Monday afternoon, and heard nothing.
