Super good and authentic food. Friendly staff from order through finish. I ordered the chilaquillas with green sauce and it was very tasty with a perfectly cooked egg. Others go burrito's they either had to split or did not finish. If you like spicy, ask for the spicier red sauce...it was great! The price was right for good portions of food. We ate outside which was plenty of space for our large party and they had things for the kids to play while we waited or when they finished before us. The drive-thru menu definitely needs an update bc it's faded, and the listed prices are misleading. Some items are shown at nearly half of what they actually cost. Being charged $18 for three tacos is excessive, especially considering the quality doesn't justify the price. Taco #1 (guisado) was a little dry. Taco #2 (barbacoa) was solid. Taco #3 (chicharrón) was a complete miss 0/10. Some Pros are the tortillas are good. Service was fast! The chicharrón was just pork skin, resulting in a gelatinous, slimy texture. Without any pork belly or fatback to balance it, the taco lacked flavor and quality. The sauce it was cooked in didn't help ..it tasted more like a base sauce for enchiladas or stews, not something that complements a taco imo. This place is awesome. Forst off the owner was at the counter and what a great conversation. He really helped with our food choice. Incredibly friendly. Food was amazing. It's Friday and Lent so fish sandwich and cheese tomatillos. Very tasty. Decor was a mix of things. Hard to describe but hope the pictures do it justice. Hometown favorite for my boyfriend's family. The owner is talks to all his customers and very friendly. Food is hot and fresh and full of flavor! ONLY open for breakfast/lunch hours, and has a drive thru. I love the pastor street tacos, chorizo and egg taco, and Barbacoa taco is my boyfriend's personal favorite (not mine). I don't often give 5 star reviews but this place is awesome. First off, great service. We were looking for vegetarian tacos and the owner suggested some ingredients that made a super tasting taco. The enchilada plate was terrific as well. It had the perfect amount of heat. Prices I felt were very fair. There was ample parking and seating too. Nothing but great things to say. I got the taquiza meal. Came with rice and beans. Could have more fajita in it. The tortillas are excellent. The guacamole has no flavor. Rice was good. Beans need salt.. $25 for one breakfast meal. Awesome spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch, dine in or drive-thru! They are a bit short staffed currently, so patience is key, but completely worth it. Meals are customizable, don't be afraid to ask for a different side, and be clear what you want (or don't want) in certain dishes. For the guacamole, I didn't specify I wanted anything other than plain, so next time I'll ask for onions and tomatoes as well. Outdoor seating area is beautiful! A great place for a group, or an intimate date depending on where you sit. Service is fast and every worker has a warm charisma that makes you feel like you're being served by family.
