The RVs almost all had permanent additions on them. Some had roofs built on over the top of the RV roof. This is not a place I would consider staying. This isn't a luxury park with water slides or lazy rivers but this is the place if you want to relax and enjoy nature. It is lovely park with grass, trees and a creek. There are trees and bushes between sites making you feel more private. Price is very good. It's easy to get to off I-5. There are big rig sites and many are extra long allowing you to stay hooked up in your site for a quick overnight. The most important, for me, is to support a family owned business and not a big corporation. Service is wonderful. They have a website and are so nice when you call because you prefer talking to a person. If they don't answer because there are out of the office, they call back which isn't always the case at other parks.
