Made an appointment with Coco the previous day. I emphasized coco three times. I arrived and another woman was there to greet me. I asked for coco and she said that she was busy. I decided to get an hour massage. Big mistake! The massage was average and lasted on 35 minutes. DONT COME HERE RUDE, the lady at the front desk is opens her big ass mouth real big and loud and giving me attitude because I have a Groupon . I've been trying to make appointment for months but because I have a Groupon she would say we don't have any opening until I put down another reflexology for my boyfriend too until then she can fit me in. We were asked to pay before starting the services, the front desk lady threw my credit card back to me( with attitude, of course) and says discover charge me too much, do you have master or visa? I politely replied that's the only card I have. She took it with the worst attitude ever. I was hoping the massage would be better but NO, all I felt was the lady touching me instead of actual massage, I kept asking her if she can put more pressure but nope. This place does not have your typical massage atmosphere as the massage tables are only separated by curtains but the woman who works there is an amazing massage therapist! I went in with many knots in my back and Helen was able to get them out within the 30 minute session. She worked my back like no one ever has and my back pain has decreased significantly. I would go back to Helen again and again. She is worth the drive! I gave them five stars for the work that that woman did to make me relaxed and comfortable. Amazing work!! read more

Stay back! Scary and sketchy place! Curtains separate the rooms = no privacy! Not relaxing at all I could hear conversations from other rooms. The guy that I had killed me... I have been here about six times and I always came in with a problem and Linda fixed it she is great!!! I would not go anywhere else. I have plantar Fac and could not walk and I walked out and the next day no pain. One of the best places to get a relaxation massage or acupressure. They do all kinds of chinese massage and they also do refloxology. They do oriental therapy and muscle relaxation. You can go as a walk in just in case you can't make an appointment which is great if you need to get quick relaxation massage. read more

Horrible experience. Stay away!!!! Had a groupon and they refused to honor it. They complained that they don't make any money off of Groupon. If you don't like the policies that you should not voluntarily list with this company. Another couple arrived at the same time to get a massage and had a similar experience and the owner started yelling at the customer and said they were lying. While I was on the phone with Groupon requesting a refund the representative stated that he heard the yelling. I had to step out into the foyer to finish the call. They are violating groupon policies and the Groupon representative stated that they would be investigated. read more

I agree that this place doesn't have the typical massage atmosphere, and the privacy is not great, and that there are plenty of distractions here.....other people, as well as the phone ringing. However, I have had at least 1000 massages in at least 6 countries. The therapist I had was very skilled. I have not had a chinese massage that was as good as this one...and I've lived in Singapore for four months, and had massages in China. That was the first half hour. Second half hour was reflexology foot massage. I had never had a foot massage, but it felt so good and so relaxing. This was yesterday; my feet feel great. Last half hour was having my feet steamed.......more relaxation. If you can block out the disturbances, I highly recommend this place. Right now there is a Groupon available..with this discount, I was able to buy three 1.5 hour treatments for the price of my normal massage therapy appointment. read more

Let me start with saying that this place use to be my favorite massage place and I been going there for many, many years until this January 2016 that I decided to bring a friend for the first time and we both booked an hour full body massage. My experience this day was awful, the one that took care of me was Maggie which I believe is the owner and for some reason she was very rude and in a bad mood that day. She left in the one like 3 times for like 3 mins each time to answer the business phone and each time she came back she will have a whole conversation with the other lady that was doing my friends massage. She was in such a bad mood that I even asked her if she was having a bad day and she responded very rude. When she continue doing my back she started pressing me so hard that I thought she broke my back and I had to tell her that what was wrong with her. She told me to shut up and let her do her job. Maggie was very unprofessional and she lost me as a customers and my family. The next day my back was hurting a lot and I had bruises in my upper and lower back and was very uncomfortable for the next few days to go sleep. She ended my massage and never gave me the extra minutes that she took on the phone and didn't even do have of my body. So very disappointed.
