I went in, desperate to get a massage and was greeted with a "oh u say 4 o'clock, it's only 3" k I said ok no problem I'll wait. The woman at the front says no come on brings me in the room n turns on a space heater, starts the timer for 1 hour and says " you wanna pay now" ok $60 no problem. Tells me take off clothes n lay down. She comes back in & starts immediately & doesn't say ONE word to me the whole time. All the while in my 1 hour session that I payed for the phone rings & this woman stepped out to answer the phone, comes back and acts like nothing happened. Goes on with her massage. Then she pauses to BLOW HER NOSE in the middle of the massage I paid $60 for. I've been trying to make appointment for months but because I have a Groupon she would say we don't have any opening until I put down another reflexology for my boyfriend too until then she can fit me in. We were asked to pay before starting the services, the front desk lady threw my credit card back to me( with attitude, of course) and says discover charge me too much, do you have master or visa? I politely replied that's the only card I have. She took it with the worst attitude ever. I was hoping the massage would be better but NO, all I felt was the lady touching me instead of actual massage, I kept asking her if she can put more pressure but nope. WORST experience I ever encounter in massage place ever. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
