The restaurant itself is badly dated and while they were technically table inside, the inside was largely covered with boxes stacked up, and I was handed my food in takeout containers with a clear intact that I would eat it somewhere else. Having said that, I did get a dish and it was pretty good. They use some quality firm tofu and I got a freshly prepared dish. It wasn't an authentic numbing Sichuan dish but it was spicy and savory, and I liked the vegetables it came with. The place is cash only, and it does not feel like there are any plans to modernize it in any respect. The limitations are considerable, but I got decent food.

Haven't been able to find beef fried rice as delicious as theirs anywhere, not even in NYC. Recently I've been returning to RoRap more often and after all of these years the staff remembers me.
