No matter how many times I go. The chicken and pork fried rice is always perfect and to die for 10/10

First of all we order here a few times a month we'll tonight for ot for us. We ordered my husband pocked ot ip omn his way through got jom which is on the south hill side of kenbridge. Opened our containers one container was full like usual. The second container wasn't even half full. I called them and got a huge runaround tried to tell me it was so full it was stapled shut. Yep the first one was they wouldn't let me talk without them talking over me told me I could pit ot im.my refrigerator and bring it bk Tuesday to get the rest of our order. What are my kids going to eat no I stafyef ouy calling to let them know ot was like it. Now im furious ​ no resolution at all as a matter of fact was told they're busy and hung up.. seriously. Thats the last money we will spend there. My kids ate hotdogs because it wasn't enough for them. .. never in my life have I had someone acting like this.. They also need an exterminator there was a roach crawling on the counter my husband pointed it out and got a shrugged shoulder.. smh read more

Ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken, which usually comes with sauce on the side, however, the sauce was not included. When I called and told them they forgot the Sweet and Sour sauce, they rudely told me I would have to come pick it up myself. When I told them I cant due to being on the military base, they offered no solution, so now I just have tasteless chicken. read more

The food quality was good! I was very surprised as Blackstone is small however it's small but mighty. The people at the establishment were nice, the food tasted good, and it was cooked fast. The food is decent enough. No eating inside the restaurant, but not really a draw for that in the area. There is a massive plastic screen separating the counter area from the lobby like this is an ABC store in downtown Detroit. But mainly the low review is that cards are not accepted here. It is 2023. They had table service & a buffet until Covid restrictions. We often get chicken chow main & general tso's chicken to go. It's always freshly prepared & the combination meal includes an egg roll & pork fried rice. We always ask them to make it extra spicy (because it's usually mild) and it's exactly how we like it. I eat here sometimes when I am at Ft. Pickett. It is dirty. The tables feel like they were cleaned with Maple syrup and the sink in the men's room has its own ecosystem. Fried dumplings taste ok but after you bite a corner off, turn it upside down and let the grease drain out for about 10 seconds before you finish it. They don't take credit cards. Cash only. I would say it is the worst Asian restaurant in town. But then again it's the only Asian restaurant in town. read more

So Hong Kong in Blackstone gave my whole family food poisoning last night, today I called and reported it they told me bring the food back so I did.. then the lady argued with me for 20 minutes on why it's not proper. I explained I don't know what y'all did to the food maybe it's cross contamination or undercooked but it made my kids sick to there stomachs all night.. and she refused to give me a refund or recook the order until I threatened to go to the police or newspapers. She continued yelling at me as I left her establishment, I swore never to eat there again. read more

It is a simple small town Chinese restaurant but I'm a fan of Chinese food and have eaten at Chinese restaurants all over the east coast and its just as good as any I've eaten at. The food is tasty, the service is fast and the lunch buffet is priced very reasonably. The decor is not anything eye catching but as I said it's a simple small town restaurant. Staff is unfriendly and rude. Lunch "buffet" pan were mostly all empty. Food was disgusting. Will not be going there again!

Terrible customer service and only takes cash, no delivery. Id rather buy frozen chinese food at grocery store!

Nice little resturant that cooks great food and has a decent lunch buffet. The people are friendly and I see they also do catering and have enough grills to support a large number of people. I do enjoy going when ever I can. read more

I haven't been in this restaurant for a while, so I thought I would give it a shot. I should have kept looking somewhere else. The staff is not very friendly and seem to not want you in their restaurant. They had a lunch "buffet" but most of the pans were empty and I had to ask for a clean plate twice. The food is OK, but in my opinion not worth the money they are charging. The place needs a overhaul on the interior and the staff needs to visit another restaurant to see what a buffet is supposed to be like. Probably will not go back unless this is the only restaurant open. read more

Not as bad as the other reviews lead me to believe. It's not exemplary, but the cashew chicken was ok. My GF seemed ok w the wonton soup (but she has an addiction...even the bad stuff is better than none! Lol). Got a big serving of compost...couldn't finish it so I put it in the fridge. Stunk so bad I took it out of the fridge and threw it away. Chicken was fattly and chewy. Must have been a 15 year old rooster. I will NEVER go to Hong Kong again. read more
