The food is always amazing here and the people who work here are so nice. I like that they have online ordering and a drive thru, too; it makes it really convenient! read more

Egg foo young was not with the gravy. It was like soy sauce. Gross. Mogalian beef all onions. Worst place ever.

This is not a stop for the way the restaurant looks. It definitely lacks in ambiance. BUT, for fast Chinese food, it's solid. Perfect for a light dinner or when you don't feel well and just need soup and an egg roll to soothe what ills. Don't expect to sit and eat, and note that it's closed on Monday's. read more

Hot and sour soup is amazing as are their egg rolls. We also enjoy the shrimp and onion curry and the Mei fun.

Honestly not sure what I expected. I've lived in the area for 5 years and this was the first time I've ever gotten food from there. The building is lackluster at best and definitely needs work on it. The drive through seemed to be the only thing open to pick up food through. You have to use the website to order your food and it charges you a dollar for a convenience fee. Now on to the food. It was surprisingly good. The food was fresh and on time. Plenty of choices to select through and the staff was friendly. Portion size was large as well. I have no complaints on taste and will definitely be going back for the food. Still unfortunate that the building is closed up since Covid and needs repairs. read more

Well, it tastes like the oil that's being used is most of the time old!! The few times that I've ordered the shrimp fried rice with wings, and found it tasty, was because the oil happened to be rather fresh! read more

Place is fire - New Englanders style chicom chow. Crab rangoons are the gooniest and not stingy. Good all around - no meows emanating from the back. An underage kid took my order and honestly ifykyk That's all you need to know that this place is amazing. read more

Great food and service, prompt and accurate! They have a large menu that can accommodate most any taste.

This place use to be my go to place regularly! Yeah.....Use to be... I never had an issue with the food. My family has always enjoyed it and it has been right every time. The inside of this place has gotten worse and needs some serious help! There is wire holding up clear shower curtains, I guess no plexiglass could be found...Not sure. A thick layer of dust covers what was once a buffet area. Previous seating area is stacked with boxes of kitchen and cleaning supplies. The inside was just nasty and I won't be back anytime soon. read more

This has always been our go to place for chinese food. The food is always tasty and hot, and the portions are always great too. Normally I get the general tso's chicken, but decided to switch it up and try the beef with garlic sauce which might be a new go-to. The prices can seem a bit high, but the portions are enough to where I can get 2-3 meals out of a large entree. read more

Frankly the best Chinese I've had in South Carolina though the place itself looks sketch. Absolutely not open on Monday's. You can tell by the sharpie on the wall. Oh and the vegetarian choices on point. I love my tofu a little fried but still soft. read more

Love their steamed mixed veggies in garlic sauce, lo mein, egg rolls, and crab ragoons! Hubby loves their sweet crispy pepper chicken!! read more

China Wok 3 - a plate of chinese food - Chinese Near Me - Chapin, South Carolina

We support this local restaurant. Wonderful family. They will make our meals "extra spicy" for us. Thank you.

We love this place. Kinda expensive but the food is really good. Especially the chicken wings.

Do not waste your money! Expensive to feed a family and everyone agreed it was the absolute worst Chinese food we had ever had, no one ate it and we ended up throwing most of it away. read more

Ordered 2 orders of the sweet, pepper crispy chicken for my husband and I. Only 1piece of breaded chicken and the rest was just breading with no chicken in it. This is not the only time this has happened either. The meal might as well be called sweet and crispy pepper bread with NO CHICKEN. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY. MY DOG CAN COOK BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. read more

Food was on point tonight. General Tso and Lo Mein were both good. Service was quick and easy. Will be back soon!

It's not horrible, but it could be better. It's the only Chinese in town so it's good in a pinch. General chicken is a good bet.

They are beyond rude I have had issues with their food three times it's the only close Chinese restauran! mold on my chicken one time this time they gave me the wrong order then caught an attitude when they were asked to correct my order and refused too! Absolutely horrible I have tried it once a year for the last three years and never again!!! read more

5th time getting take out will be our last. 3 of the 5 times our order was messed up or we didn't get what we'd ordered. My first experience with this place they completely left off a meal for my daughter. When I called in they asked me to look at the ticket to make sure I actually ordered and paid for it. I had to go back up with receipt to prove I'd paid before they'd start making another one. I was ready to swear off the place then, but convenience led us back a 2nd time. The food was decent enough to warrant a third trip, and learning from my (or their) mistake the 1st time, I checked before leaving to notice they'd forgotten an appetizer. Annoying, but whatever. At least I checked before leaving, but I shouldn't have had to. 4th time was alright, but tonight (5th and last trip) my Singapore Mai Fun was completely flavorless. The noodles were white instead of yellow, telling me they'd completely left off any of the spices. My daughters Lo Mein was rubbery and did not taste fresh at all. The egg rolls were soggy and had no crunch, even on then ends. read more

Food is good service is horrible my family spends 50 to $100 weekly here and have for years... they did mess up the order tonight but it wasn't a huge deal my mother called just to inform them... maybe they gave it to the wrong person or we got the wrong order somehow... Idk we always order the same thing.. instead of an apology the owner was yelling at his employees through the phone and then screaming at my mom employee call my mother a liar over the phone we will not be back read more

We tried the house special lo mien and house special fried rice with the triple delight and egg drop soup. The meal was great. The four of us were all pleased and full. We took left overs to eat later. Clean dinning area and clean restrooms. read more

If I could, I would give China Wok in Chapin zero stars. This place has really gone downhill in the past year. What used to be a decent buffet is now a storage shelf for boxes. There is a poster hanging up with black magic marker writing telling you where to order. No wait service. No plates or glasses. Everything is served in to go containers. They used to offer Chinese and Japanese food. They have marked out the word Japanese with a sharpie on their signage. Lastly the food has no real flavor. Typical low scale Chinese food. It is a shame that such a potentially nice space in being wasted. read more

My family thoroughly enjoyed our experience at China Wok. We pulled into the drive thru and called our order in and picked it up immediately. Very friendly staff. read more

Food was good but service was VERY slow, around 25 minute wait.

Run of the mill crappy Chinese food. General Tso chicken sauce is like ketchup with no spice whatsoever. On a bright note, it's cheap, it's close, and if you don't like it you will be hungry again in an hour for something else. read more

I'm not sure what the fuss is about but their seafood delight (my favorite and only ordered dish is delicious!) Filled with lots of veggies shrimp scallops crab and lobster tail! Great flavor and extremely generous portions! I'll continue to order it from there and pick up through their drive through was quick and convenient since I'm a home body and rather eat at home! Thank you china wok 3. read more

I've ALWAYS been very satisfied with the food from China Wok 3, in Chapin. General Tso chicken, Crab Rangoon, Pork LoMein and the house / shrimp fried rice are as good as you would get at a high end Chinese eatery. Service is quick and very friendly. Thumbs up IMO. read more

My husband's favorite Chinese restaurant. He especially likes the shrimp with lobster sauce. Our son likes the sesame chicken, and the sweet and sour chicken. Food is always ready quickly when we call in an order to go. read more

I'm impressed with the quality and generous portions. Their Hot & Sour soup is as good as it gets. It's filled with lots of good things ~ chicken, mushrooms, tofu, veggies. Delicious! We also like their Shrimp in Lobster Sauce ~ the Lo Mein ~ and the Mushroom Chicken to name a few dishes. I'd like it if they had more dishes that don't use a soy-heavy brown sauce. And if they could reduce the sodium in more dishes, it would really be great. I've only ordered take out. It's always ready within 10-20 minutes of my calling in the order. It's plenty hot when I pick it up. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very glad that China Wok III is in Chapin. read more

Bad Chinese food. Rancid Egg roll was soaked with black color grease. I think they never change cooking oil. I also tasted so much MSG but nothing else. read more

No food service when you go in. Walked in and sat down and lady yelled ,"you come up front order you sit down". No buffet food. It wasn't too bad though. We went down to Miso's. read more

Ever since they became the only chinese in town, their food has gone way down hill. The young people at the counter are polite, but the ones in the kitchen arguing leaves a bad impression. read more

I usually like their food, however I recently ordered 3 large egg drop soups to go 2 of them had gnats in them. GROSS!!!

China Wok 3 may very well be the best chinese restaurant ever. The food is great. They even give you free ice cream!!

unfortunately I did not have a good experience... ordered out last night .... LoMein and Burbon chicken was very dry... tasted like it had been sitting for hours.... just ate a few bites and had to trash...I was very disappointed read more
