Just ordered two dinners, wonton soup and crab Rangoon. I politely asked for more duck sauce because I had a sneaky hunch there wasn't much in there. They no longer offer you to grab a reasonable amount. I watched her put 4 in which is great! However, there were 5 in the bag when I got home. China Taste has been nothing but terrific for us since the buffet shut down near Planet Fitness. Our favorite is Sesame chicken but roast pork lo mein is close behind. Haven't had an ounce of poor service and we generally get 5 or six different items when we order. They handle some serious volume so special requests may not always be perfect but that can happen anywhere. Everything is always hot when we get it home and it seems like they are open 364 days a year. Highly recommend. read more

I ordered 8 wings & received 4 wings cut up. When I called back to question the mix up she woman who answered was very rude & said they come like that everywhere. I've ordered wings from several Chinese restaurants Beijing being one of my favorites, I always get whole wings. Then she goes on to tell me that they've been there 17 yrs & have never had any complaints. Their menu clearly says "chicken wings (8)" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY EVER! I am so disappointed with this restaurant! I ordered dinner for 3 of us with fried wontons (I order these at every Chinese restaurant ) doing the order on line was not easy . So I got 2 General Tso's, sweet-sour chicken and veggie mia (sp) fun.......$100 later......we all got sick! The General Tso's was soupy and mushy! We barely ate any of it before we started feeling sick. So needless to say, it was a $100 in the trash. We def wont be going back there!!! read more

China Taste in Enola has disregarded my food preparation instructions for the very last time. After several instances where my meal, which was not a soup order was found to be swimming in sauce, I decided that apparently, Chinese food isn't their forte. So, I ordered an American food - "Whole" fried chicken wings. My order was taken over the phone, I paid in-person and what I received was portions of chicken wings that were apparently drudged in sodium all over. So, not wanting to go back and request a refund because, well... time, I called. I mentioned that I paid for whole chicken wings and got chopped up wing pieces that were offensively salty. The employee pointed out that she never said that whole wings were offered there. I acknowledged, and pointed out that I did ask for whole wings, to which she did not tell me only chopped up chicken wings are offered. She double down by telling me that, "that's how they come." I thanked her and ended the call because I had every intension on sharing this experience and my honest and unfavorable review. Yes, I will get exactly what I pay for or I will voice my dissatisfaction to the payee. If my concern is dismissed, then Yelp.com or maybe even BBB.org. I do not play when it comes to my money or my time. Those salty chicken wing pieces went directly into the trash. China Taste, I hope your disregard for my time and money was worth it. read more

Been going here for a few years. I ordered a large beef with garlic sauce and a large pork with garlic sauce. I asked for pork fried rice instead of white rice and two egg rolls. They charged me 9.50 to substitute white rice to the fried and did not tell me. This is bs. I understand inflation and a need for an up charge. Who pays 9.50 for two small sides of rice. No problem. This is the Chinese take-out that I drive past on my way home from work. I've eaten here many times and have never had a bad meal. The other reviewers' comments about bland food and mediocre quality are spot on - it's a little strip-mall Chinese joint, not a nice sit-down restaurant. If you like spicy food, as I do, ordering 'extra spicy' is still not enough to kick up the flavor very much. The owners are always polite and do a good job keeping the place clean. If you eat in, they will bring your food to the table served on real plates, though table service ends there. My only real beef with the place is that they will tell you that your order will be ready in 15 minutes, no matter what or how much you order, or how many orders may be in ahead of yours. Sometimes my food is ready when I get there, other times I may sit there waiting for 10-20 minutes. It's a crap shoot. China Taste is not the best Chinese restaurant in the area by a long shot, and definitely not worth going out of your way to visit, but the location is very convenient so if you're driving through, it's a good, cheap, take-out experience. read more

The egg rolls were crispy, tasty, and not overly greasy. The chicken with garlic sauce was pretty good as well. I asked for an extra spicy dish. The pork fried rice was pretty standard. While this is technically a take out restaurant, the seating was relatively comfortable. I was served at my seat with real plates and hardware; not crappy styrofoam other Chinese take outs try to stuff down your throat. Friendly staff, clean kitchen, and a pleasant restroom. A little pricey for the dinner combo. It ran me about $9.00. Not terrible but I'd prefer to pay more towards $7.50. It's located in a strip mall next to a dollar store. When I left, there were police waiting to make a bust on an employee hustling drugs. So beware of the neighbors! read more

This is Chinese takeout, so it's not "knock your socks off" food and is not intended to be. The service for me was fast and friendly and the food was good. I asked for added spice and no oil and was accommodated. You can see into the kitchen from the dining area, this is important to me when ordering Chinese take-out, I like to be able to see that my food is being prepared in an apparently clean kitchen. read more

On Monday and Wednesday we are at "The Studio" until after 9 and this place is within walking distance. Food is reasonably priced and tastes great!!!! I'm bummed. They changed their General TSO from the last time I was in. (It's been a while). The quality seems different too. It is not even spicy. Very average. They used to be my favorite! They will be off the list for a while. I'm not sure either on the portion size. The General TSO full used to be a full container and a separate white rice. The chicken with mixed vegetables I ordered was OK and definitely edible although far from the best I have had. The soup on the other hand was horrible. ALERT....ALERT.....ALERT.......... Today my daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch. Had heard some not so nice things from a few people about this place, but we were in the mood for chinese and took the chance. I ordered a small shrimp in lobster sauce and a small hot and sour soup. My daughter ordered a small shrimp with cashews and an egg roll. First problem, both dishes were tasteless. We had to ask for salt. Must have happened a lot, because the salt shaker had 2 grains of salt left in it... The egg roll was old and truthfully, just awful. Inedible!! Then my daughter realized after a bite of her meal that it also was inedible. She returned to the counter with it and instead of an apology, the server made two calls, yelling out loud both times in chinese who knows what. She put my daughter on the phone both times and whoever was on the other side, insisted that the server said my daughter had eaten more than half of her food..
