It is very hard to find a good Chinese restaurant. We have been going to Great Wall for years, and have always liked their food, until now. We ordered steamed vegetables with chicken. Good value for price of the meals and quality was generally there as well. Delivery was quick, and this is the best cheap sesame chicken I've ever tasted. The General Tso's Tofu was too saucy though.

Just ordered General Tsao chicken and was NOT impressed. The chicken was cooked, but not crispy. There was a definite vinegar smell and taste, but not any of the spice and heat there should be with Tsao sauce (I think they may have just used sweet&sour sauce that was doctored. The picture of the dish above the cash register showed broccoli comes with the dish. I asked for extra broccoli and extra sauce, with a second container of rice...and got charged for them. BUT when I opened the container, there was NO extra broccoli, very little extra sauce. I think that this restaurant is not trying to serve good Chinese food, just sub-adequate Americanized "Chinese" food. I have had good Chinese takeout, and this was less than adequate. Great for delivery/take out. Coming from Manhattan, I am a Chinese food snob. This place is pretty solid. I have had better (in NYC) but this place pleasantly surprised me. Not greasy, great fried rice in the style of NYC (no carrots and peas, Bean sprouts and eggs) and great meat to breadding ratio. Downside for delivery, their breaded/fried dishes have arrived soggy and clumpy on some occasions. I do love their fried rice though. Best I've had in the area. If u want a good chinese cuisine experience, go to China tea house...it's much more authentic and delicately prepared. read more

Ordered $54 worth of food tonight and we were extremely disappointed. For starters they gave us zero packets of soy sauce, duck sauce and mustard. The fried dumplings werent fried buy more like steamed and they gave us the wrong dipping sauce. The 4 pork egg rolls contained zero pork or any meat for that matter. The $9 house special rice (large size) had just two small shrimp, a few bits of pork and chicken and the rest was rice - what a total rip off! The $12 large size boneless spare ribs was so fatty it was no longer worth the time cutting off the fat so we fed it to our dogs. The crispy noodles for our soup was stale and not edible. Removing the soy sauce and duck sauce packets from the counter is a way to save money but screwing us on the food does not deserve a return visit. Stay clear of this place is you want good food. Best Chinese takeout in town. This is the Chinese food I compare all others to. Chicken and Broccoli, a standby is always delicious and container is packed to the brim. I like to order extra rice so there is plenty to go with entree for not much more cost. The lo main is also good and the egg rolls are good and greasy just the way I like them. We ordered take out for dinner tonight. Specifically we ordered a shrimp egg roll, wonton soup, dumplings, chicken Lo Mein, cashew chicken and shrimp fried rice. The dumplings were great as was the shrimp fried rice. The rice had tons of shrimp in it and it was done just right (meaning the shrimp didn't bounce from being overcooked). The lo mein, soup and egg roll were good. The cashew chicken was just ok - we won't have it again as we have had their sesame chicken which is good. The entire bill was $38 which is inexpensive overall. This has been, and will continue to be, our go to Chinese restaurant. read more

Poor customer service. Had the nerve to yell at me as a customer when telling them that their delivery driver spilled food and I wanted it corrected. Would not correct it because (his words) he said "I can not help that my driver drove too fast and had to hit the breaks and the food spilled". REALLY! Not only rude but dangerous. Excellent we get dinner from here about twice a month . Always fresh and very accommodating. They give us our shrimp fried rice as we order it. We always ask for extra shrimp (they do charge $2 but give u plenty of it!!) we ask for egg added . Never a problem for them. Very friendly staff HOWEVER-I only give 4stars because the young girl at register did try to scam my husband and cheat him for $10 change. He caught it and let it go but next time he will call her out on it and let the owners know. Sad because we really love this place and hate to see this keep us from returning. Count ur change and do not let anyone distract u while paying for ur order!!! read more
