I've eaten at the Reidland location 3 times in the last couple of months. The food there used to be the best, but not anymore. The food was overcooked, like they had the heat turned up so hot it was scorched. Not just one item, but all the things I ordered. I also tried the one by the Ky Oaks mall area. The restaurant was filthy, unorganized and terrible. I used to recommend eating at Chong's for good Chinese food, but not anymore.

My first impression of the stir fry is that it is mild in flavor...a little too mild for my taste. The sushi rolls are ok, but the rice is really over cooked and soggy. I think there is way too much water in the rice. And the spicy, "crunchy" shrimp roll, didn't have any crunch at all. They told me since it is tempura shrimp, that's supposed to be the crunch. Unfortunately, there was zero crunch to the bite. I'm a little bit disappointed because I got the impression this was supposed to be a little more authentic, but that's not really the vibe I'm getting. Having said that, the flavors, portions, and presentation were nice. I was just looking for something a little more authentic with flavors that pack a punch. Now the big question, would I come back?
