I had been here 2 years ago and it was just ok- now it's excellent! Not sure what they have changed. Super fresh and delicious and piping hot. We always get chicken low mein, general Tsous, and wonton and vegetable fried rice and it's amazing, highly recommend. The worst Chinese food I've ever eaten, food was cold and tasteless. I got the General Toa chicken it was dry and all breading very little chicken the fried rice was not fried rice just yellow rice no egg , it was bright yellow and cold, than they added a tip to bill for carry out, never heard of this practice before. This is our first time at this restaurant. It lived up to expectations and I can recommend it. The wonton soup was good not the best I've ever had but certainly very nice. The egg rolls, one regular and one shrimp, were very good. Play full-size Kung Pao chicken entry was good and the crispy beef was excellent. Of the multiple Chinese food places in Waynesboro, my husband I prefer this place the best. All the food was really good and fresh. The wontons the soup were a little soggy but everything else was really good. This will definitely be our new Chinese go to. read more

I've eaten here quite a bit, and the food quality always stays the same. Awesome. I recommend the Orange chicken, but anything is good. As for the menu, well, its the standard Chinese fare. General tso this, or fried house special that. It's all good, and reasonable in price. Inside its pretty much what you expect from a Chinese restaurant. Oddly uncomfortable seating, giant fake paintings on the walls, which are still strangely beautiful. Off-putting, dirty appearing bathrooms that have wet floors, yet smell clean and make you wonder if someone isn't watching you... you know. And what is with the door weights in these places? Seriously, get real doors people. The single bad thing about this place? If you really need soda, stop at the Martin's right next door. Not a bad place to eat. Usually my go to in this small town of Waynesboro. I usually get the sweet and sour chicken with the general Gso's sauce on the side instead of the sweet and sour sauce. I also usually get the pork lo mein instead of the fried rice. Chicken and broccoli is ok. The brown sauce isn't the most flavorful. I usually add soy sauce to the mix. Lately the lo mein hasn't been cooked long enough or at least to my taste. Either way it's better than most in the area. read more

Had take out tonight. Got spring rolls,egg drop soup,fried dumplings, and fried rice. The fried rice was ok but the dumplings and spring rolls were super greasy and the egg drop soup was pretty tasteless. The last time I got food from here is was subpar but I figured I would give them a second chance. I don't think I will give them a third. read more

Thought we'd try this restaurant today for lunch. first we asked for water with lemon and our waitress said "I'll try to find some lemon" Egg roll was warmed up and the lunch was terrible. No taste whatsoever and reheated. We sat there waiting for our waitress to comeback but she never did. Didn't have a drink refill to wash the dinner down. Finally had to call for someone to come over. Plus we were the only ones in there. Told the woman how disappointed we were and left our meal. Not an apology or response at all. She said nothing. NO TIP for her! Don't recommend this place at all. Should have went to China Buffet! Lol read more

Food is decent - Service well that is something to wonder about. 5 Times in a row - place order online - and same thing Cheese Wontons not in order. I found this place to be so so. It's not bad but it's not great either. The prices I felt were a little on the high side for typical smaller town Chinese place. The service was fast I had my food in less than 15 minuets but when my food cost near 15 dollars I felt it was a little much. Considering I have went to similar places and gotten the same quality and quantity for closer to 10. Will I go back? Debatable. Right now I'll check out more of the other Chinese options in town and see. read more

The first time I ate here they were absolutely slammed , We waited in the restaurant for our carry out for 2 hours . I was with an elderly gentlemen on oxygen and not once did the staff ask If we wanted water , tea , or anything while we waited for the two hours. This is in a small Pennsylvania town so I cant expect supreme customer service , but still . I don't understand the great reviews as Ive never tasted more flavorless Wonton soup in my life . The noodles were very thin with no substance and the broth tasted like a chicken bullion cube was added to a quart of water with no pork or spring onions ! It was a gray color for Christ sake , not a rich golden color like China Garden . Im not even going to go on about the Moo Goo Gai Pan with a few specks of meat and yet again ..no flavor . . If you live in this area the only Chinese restaurant you should be eating is the China Garden next to Carettis pizza in Chambersburg ( next to Walmart) . The food is amazing and prepared by an old Chinese master for sure . Ive never seen anyone get boneless spareribs so tender and flavorful in my life . The Wonton soup is to die for , Rich , Rich yummy broth with thicker noodles and flavorful pork inside with large slivers of pork in the broth with spring onion . If you were sick this soup would cure cancer . Super fresh and this place has been their forever . Its worth the drive for take-out from the Waynesboro area. read more
