Read the reviews, as of right now, they have 125 reviews with a solid 4 Star average. My favorite selection here is the Triple Delight with fried rice. All the ingredients; chicken, beef, shrimp and broccoli are fresh and taste great! They have a great selection on their menu, reasonable prices, great portion sizes and the place is clean and the Staff is professional and friendly. For the main course, they have some rice dishes, but the main focus is the hot pot soups. They bring out a 300°F Stone bowl of broth (in an insulated pot holder) and the ingredients to put in it. You put the meat and lettuce in first, then the other ingredients and the noodles last then wait for "10 seconds"thus the name of the restaurant. I have tried all of the broths and they are all good depending on your tastes. The original broth is the bass broth. Then they add things to the other others to differentiate them. My favorites are the Tomato Soup (especially with Beef Flank) and Spicy Soup. If you like things VERY spicy, they can bring you some cut Thai peppers. The wait staff are patient are very helpful in guiding patrons. They understand that this is a new experience for them. They also pay attention to their customers eating habits.
