Walked in around 2:30 today with zero customers in restaurant and from ready the Yelp prior I should have known not to chance it. Food was limited and cold and crusty. Ceiling tiles hanging ready to fall on someone at any moment. Several light bulbs not working. Booth walls dirty. Booth very uncomfortable. I enjoy Dining at China Harbor because The food is Delicious and Bountiful with So Many Choices. You can have Pasta or Rice , Fish or chicken - fried or baked , sea food Too , and The Soups are HOT and delicious . There's Even a desert bar and an ice cream machine ! The Staff ARE Warm and Friendly and When I walk IN , they great me And Announce my Drink order and invite me to Sit Anywhere I want to. They will always make several visits to my table ( to chat ) to check for Drink refills needed and Encourage another Trip to the Food Tables ! read more

Don't Eat Here The staff has always been border line Rude but the food was Good up till this visit This place can't not go out of business soon enough b/c of the Rude Nasty attitude staff. On Check out one of the staff made a comment to me about wasting food comment. After I indicated that the food quality was lacking She wanted to argue about food quality The noodles were rubbery. Probably from sitting too long and continue cooking on steam tables Garlic and Sesame chicken had sat too long as unchewable spots And WAS not good I had other items that were good but this last Visit left me with a VERY a sour taste overall . Only worth it if you can catch the dishes freshly place out. Even then only a few are worth eating. It was almost 50$ for 3 people. So if your a fan of Russian roulette, please visit here. read more

Me and my family have been here several times over a two ye as t period . We enjoy eating here . We have been treated very well .

We arrived at 5 pm after we got our plates and took our first bit discover it was old and gross and while we waited for the server to finish we then saw them putting what looked like a brown water into most of the dishes to I guess freshen up the food. We told them it was not good and we were going to leave we had to play $25.00 for nothing. We were told we didn't have to come to that establishment. Diffidently won't be going back! read more

The China Harbor 815 S. Kerr Blvd. is in the old Western Sizzler. The servers are very nice. I took my Mom to eat dinner previously for her Birthday and they gave her a little present for her Birthday. This is a very large buffet and it has both tables and booths. It has plenty of parking. The food's good and the atmosphere is casual. If you're a local you should give it a chance. There was another business with this same name that closed. read more

Had dinner here on Oct. 8, 2021 and the food was not hot. Learned from server that a breaker had tripped for the steam table and that why the food was cold. The rice cooker was empty. The cook later brought out hot food and dumped the cold food on top of the new food. Seems like this would be a Health Code violation!! Will not go back again. read more

So I tried coming back thinking maybe my experience would be different.... And it truly was terrible I WILL NOT be coming back... Came in and hour before closing time and the main lady asked me if I would for sure be eating I said yes? Then they kept being rude to me and my little cousin... A lovely family owned place that cooks with fresh food. All the classic staples of a Chinese restaurant are here. Not the best place ever but definitely the best in town. My only complaint is that sometimes the food isn't always hot and during lunch the selection is not as good as dinner. The family that runs the place have always treated me well and help any time I have a problem. read more

I don't know why the other guy was so rude as to give this place a 1 Star. This place was on par with most Chinese buffets I've had. It was a really good deal for a Chinese buffet and the food was still pretty great. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's a sushi bar that is pretty good, but the sushi is sorta big which makes it hard to eat. Otherwise, this place was a solid 7.5/10 as far as the price goes. read more

My wife and I got ban from here tonight 9/20/2018 because I shock my glass to get a refill. Ever since they got rid of the hired staff and started using their 2 kids, service has gone down to the lowest point it can. Once you are seated and you get your drinks, that's last time you see a server at your table, they sit behind the counter and play with their cell phones. Without a doubt the worst Chinese buffet I've ever had. The only item worth eating was the fried rice. It was actually 3 of 5 stars. The rest of the items are not worth the time to review, and they're loaded with enough MSG to put one into a coma. Just do yourself a favor and stay clear. read more
