Bad experience ........ I bought round trip tickets and some reason i have to postpone the departure date 1. To postpone the departure date you pay $80 fee 2. You pay for the different price for the new departure date .. the expedia said total i have to pay about $600 ........so forget about it .. i will just buy the one way ticket from the other airline 1. They will change you from round trip to one way ticket .. total i have to pay $280 for the new one way ticket otherwise if i dont take the departure flight they will cancel my returning flight.. which i have to come back with my mom and my niece.. i have to keep the return flight.. 2. If i cancel .. i will have to pay the cancellation fee $160... and the return will be back yo my account in 8 weeks .. yes 2 months.. Ohhh i waited on hold on the phone for longer than 1 hour.. just to let you know .. you need some spare time for that... try to avoid this Airlines and expedia cant do anything... frustrating!!! My bad .. never use them again... try justfly.com Oh to updated the returning experience.. on the check in day.. New York get a bad blizzard and the flight had to cancel.. they told me nothing till i had to take a cab through the snow all the way to JFK to have them told me the flight was cancelled.. one girl was crying.. and on the way back.... i had a fight with a Chinese lady that she leaned her chair all the way to my laps...
