Emirates... A place that lives up to it's name. First off, I've never actually flew Emirates but I have seen those videos rating Emirates off their seats, food, and more. Based off those videos... Personally, I like Business more than Suite because of the mini bar with coke and other drinks and because you have a goof Movie and food selection. Last time I saw someone watch something at Emirates, they were watching Mean Girls: The Musical (Great movie BTW). Honestly, Emirates better have more Air-Mates (Get it??) I've never reviewed an airlines before but Emirates is worthy of a review. We flew from JFK to Milan and back, economy class with extra leg room and it was the best flying experience. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. I typically don't like airline food but they did provide some nice options throughout the flight. 2 meals, snacks, drinks, etc. I wish they flew to more cities from JFK, I would definitely fly them again. read more

Thank you Emirates for an exceptional red carpet flight experience, from my arrival at the airport to my landing. The ability to board from the lounge is convenient & awesome . The business class experience was Amazing & one I've wanted to experience for a while especially with the A380 airbus & I have to say it was Amazing . The sky bar & lounge area allowed for me to move around & socialize & not just hang in my seat the whole flight. The 1/2/1 configuration & fully flat beds made resting very comfortable . The moisturizing loungewear came in handy. The food was tasty . The lounge staff & on flight staff were all so AMAZING they took really good care of me & this was definitely a memorable flight experience for my birthday trip !! read more

We recently flew Emirates for the first time going to Dubai and India. Our plane was the Airbus A380. After take off you're given their menu of meals that will be served on the flight, this also includes drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The food was very good, regional cuisine, along with snacks and juices available in the pantry or served. We were also given amenity kits which are filled with travel essentials such as toothbrush and toothpaste, sleep mask, socks, and ear plugs. Since the flight was 12-14 hours long, pillows and blankets are also a staple. My only issue is that the meals are served and then the drinks are served approximately 30 minutes later after the meal had been consumed. Otherwise, very enjoyable trip. read more

Took Emirates economy from O'Hare to Dubai, then to Male. I can't say enough about the plane, the entertainment system, the food, and above all, the crew. In my opinion, this airline is top-notch. No delays, a spacious cabin, a brand new 777-300 with more luxury features than I expected. The crew would get you whatever you wanted and even explained the various wines. Great airline. In business class you get free limo to the airport and comfortable seats that convert into lay flat beds. Once you are ready to sleep you can ask the flight attendant for a mattress and they will even make your bed. Flight attendants are very attentive to your needs. Upper deck has a bar for socializing. Bathrooms are large and spotless. Only complaint is that the Emirates airport lounge has been closed for renovations since September of 2017. It was supposed to reopen in March 2018 but has been delayed now to May. Sad since the lounges are also an experience on Emirates. Also the Wi-Fi is unsecured. Can't understand why they won't upgrade to secure connection. If you liked business class in Delta, American or United you will be blown away on much better Emirates business class is. Once I land in Milan, Emirates will send me via limo to my hotel. There is also an arrivals lounge for Emirates that serves coffee, drinks and light snacks as you wait for your limo. I now avoid the US airlines when I fly to Europe and use Emirates to fly to Italy where I can connect on many European airlines to fly to my final destination. read more

In fact, over an hour before our flight, the desk was closed and there were no Emirates employees anywhere in the airport. Five of my family members missed our flight to Athens and after contacting customer service multiple times, nobody was any help.
