I needed assistance and decided to call this business at 18663350678. The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. I'm leaving this review to share how things went for me personally.

Things you never want to see on your boarding pass after paying for business.

I flew business in late December with Korean air from YVR to SGN with a stop over in ICN for approximately one hour. The first flight was over 11 hours with a second flight approximately six hours. I'm just going to itemize my concerns and the response from Korean air as follows; - boarded in YVR and was initially pleased with the business class quality, but disappointed that I had to do some cleaning in my cubicle because of food, stains and crumbs on the walls and tray. - the rest of flight proceeded normally with service attentiveness, being lower than other airlines being noted. Thats fine I don't need a lot of attention but I did pay for it... - disembarked in ICN to switch planes and was informed I was being downgraded to economy class. No explanation as to why just pushed to accept it as nothing else was available for days... no other solutions offered. I asked for details but non were given. - boarding the second airplane. I noticed they didn't even have the business class row where my seat would've been located. So obviously swapped with a smaller plane and those in the forward seats got lucky and I didn't. I wasn't even offered business class meals or premium economy or an extra legroom seat just crammed into economy and left to ponder the wisdom of booking Korean Air. - eventually I complained to Korean air and they passed the ball to the booking agent and back-and-forth eventually I was offered about $300 Canadian as a refund which, by my research, doesn't even cover the cost of the downgrade never mind the disappointment and my compressed discs treatment from not having a lie flat seat. - this all happened a month ago and they say they will follow up and they don't. I've asked for a comparison to refund the rest of the trip because I'm afraid it will happen again but they just delay and you don't hear back from them.

I found this airline to be thoughtful and comfortable. I flew nonstop from JFK to Seoul, South Korea, which was a 15+ hour flight. Upon boarding, head phones were available and on my window seat, there was a pillow, blanket, slippers, and a bottle of water already there. There was also a good amount of leg space (at least for a person on the short side). Boarding was organized and efficient. The plane was on schedule during take off and landing. The personal screen entertainment worked right away and there was a great selection of movies. There were many new releases a nice variety of older ones and foreign films. Meals were tasty. For the first one, I selected Beef Bibimbap. This was prepared differently than the American version. It included ground beef, bean sprouts, mushroom, carrots, radish, cucumber, and spinach with rice on the side. There was also Gochugang sauce, Soybean paste Soup, Kimchi, Cake with vanilla and chocolate frosting, as well as Chocolate Muffin. The vegetables were lightly cooked, fresh, crunchy and the beef was nicely seasoned. I enjoyed the rice, which was slightly sticky and very fluffy, soft. The soup had great soybean flavor, but was on the salty side. The cake was light, moist and not too sweet. Breakfast was pretty good, though basic. I picked Eggs over Congee, which came with potatoes, pre cut fruit, bread. After each meal, the flight attendants came with tea and coffee. Flight attendants were pleasant and kind. The restrooms were well maintained. Overall, I felt taken care of and didn't feel like the flight was super long.

watch out - there was a rubber or plastic piece in the appetizer.

After decades as a Korean Air Morning Calm member, I've decided to stop flying with Korean Air due to a severe decline in business class experience, pricing fairness, and service quality. I flew Korean Air business class multiple times in 2025 - both A380 and B777. Here are the problems. First, Korean Air clearly charges U.S.-based passengers more. I confirmed this by checking prices online, calling customer service, and talking to other passengers. For the same New York-Incheon route, travelers originating in Asia paid a few hundred dollars less than U.S. passengers. Second, the website pricing can be misleading. The booking system displays upgradeable with credit-card discounted fares that later become unavailable after selection, removing entered discount codes. This deceptive process caused me to lose both business upgrade options and coupon eligibility. Third, the A380 business-class seats have almost no privacy despite a $5000+ ticket. On the A380 business seats with only minimal dividers, I had to tolerate a passenger next to me kept bare feet exposed the entire time, even during meals without any intervention from crew. Fourth, menu choices rarely change, offering the exact same dishes across multiple round-trip flights. Food quality has declined too. On one flight, I even found a plastic or rubber piece in my food (in the picture). Korean Air acknowledged it but never followed up or offered compensation. Finally, the lounges--especially at JFK--are overcrowded and outdated. Seating is limited, and the food selection hasn't changed in years. Overall, the business-class experience is not worth the price. I'll be flying other airlines in the coming years and may consider again only if Korean Air makes improvements.

All meals were delicious.

My first time flying Korean Air, and it was so wonderful that I wish I could fly with them EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. From friendly and helpful attendants who defined great customer service to delicious meals that I can actually eat, the whole team blew me away, and although it was a long flight lasted more than fourteen hours, I had the most comfortable and pleasant flight -as comfortable and pleasant as a flight can be-. Recommended!!

Overall, my experience with Air France was VERY positive - have not flown this airline in 8 years,…read morebut it brought back fond memories. Will definitely fly with them again. Flight from IAD-CDG Premium Voyageur (Premium Economy) - 4 stars 1. Previlege to use the first class check-in and boarding line was special and baggage allowance is pretty good! 2. The seats were completely new and cocoon style (you're not bound by what the person in front of you does). the seat had power, reading lights, clairn's amenities, magazines, water - it was great. 3. The meal service was the same as what they served in economy - but the food was decent and the wine selection was also very decent - champagne, two different kinds of red and white, dessert wines, aperitifs/digestifs. 4. The problem - we had to come off the plane, get on the shuttle and go to the transfer gate, it was one LONG shuttle ride in a cold rainy winter. This is more of a CDG's problem - the airport set up is so complicated, it needs to streamline. Flight from CDG-DUB: Premium Voyageur (Premium Economy) - 4 stars 1. Although the seats were small - it was half empty so it was pretty spacious. 2. They served Heidseck Monopole champagne!!! 3. The small meal kit looked small, but had some serious stuff in it - tarts, appetizers and meals - it was pretty good. 4. The bags came out FAST! Flight from DUB-CDG Premium Voyageur (Premium Economy) - 2 stars 1. The flight was delayed for a bout 40 minus - UGH. 2. The seats were cramped and not comfortable AT ALL :( 3. To add to my stress, the same LONG shuttle ride repeated, and I got to the transfer gate literally 10 minutes before boarding for my IAD flight...CDG REALLY NEEDS TO STREAMLINE ITS TRANSFER PROCESS. Flight from CDG-IAD Affaires (Business) 1. Don't know why - but I was upgraded...yeah! 2. The service was very friednly and attentive - champagne service, hot towel, coat cloaking and everything. 3. The movie selection was awesome - lots of movies, TV series, music, games and etc. 4. The apetizer was awesome and went great along with my Billecart Salmon champagne, the main dish and the cheese selection was o...k...not mind blowing. The dessert selection was pretty good. 5. The second meal service was lacking - it was just small apetizers, no bread or anything - they can do better than this. 6. The service in general was pretty thorough though! 7. The self-service bar area was pretty nice - drinks and fruits on the go. 8. The lavatory looked old - but had the Clairins tonic lotion for use. So, to make the flight experience more dramatic, I didn't get my luggage on time, so they promptly put it on the next flight - and delivered them safely by the evening. They did a great job following up and making sure the bags were tracked and we were updated correctly. I really commend AF for making this process painless.

Wonderful experience on business from CDG to JFK. The wines were fantastic as was the food. Lots of…read morefresh bread and butter, plenty of snacks on demand. I thought the seat and screen was a little old, but still plenty of room and I would happily fly again. The staff are so, so lovely too.
