Meal started with complimentary seafood bread, which was saturated in butter and cheese. I selected the item Special K from the Chef's Specialty menu as my main. This was 1/2 pound shrimp and 1/2 pound snow crab legs with a corn cobette and 3 small red potatoes. I selected Old Bay and garlic butter sauce as my boil flavor and at a medium spice level. This meal was cooked well and had nice flavor and texture. Peel and eat shrimp were not rubbery and had split shell and deveined. The crab legs had about 1/2 to 1 cup (by volume) meat after the cracking and snapping. Cobette seemed tough and overdone. Potatoes were okay. A plastic bib, several pairs of clear gloves, a seafood cracker and pick tools, and wet wipes are delivered along with the meal. We also had a takeout order of scallops and okra, but ended up pitching them because the scallops were so chewy and rubbery as to be inedible. The okra was just okay and really did not seem to have much flavor or seasoning. Would maybe come back here for the seafood boil again if there was another certificate offer, but most likely am not inclined to revisit for a long, long time.
