When Kevin arrived on time he explained what he was going to do and put down drop cloths and brought in his equipment. The cleaning was done from the fireplace to the top of the chimney. I do not use my wood-burning fireplace on a regular basis, but it had been seven years since it had been cleaned and desperately needed attention. He even removed the wood I had loaded for my next fire and then proceeded to remove the damper for access to the flu. Within a half an hour everything was done and there was no dust whatsoever in the house. He then proceeded to go up on the roof and check the top of the chimney and found that I had some cracks in the crown of the chimney. He took photographs and explained what needed to be done. I am very pleased with his thoroughness and professionalism and would highly recommend him to anyone in the area.

I cleaned the dryer filter access and clogged up my vacuum. Dryer was showing a code indicating the vent system was blocked. Two Dirty Chimney, LLC technicians arrived and relatively quickly cleaned the dryer vent from inside and outside. The amount of lint removed was remarkable. We had our chimney cleaned first. They both worked quickly and efficiently. Left no mess behind. Didn't leave dirty fingerprints anywhere. Treated out home as their own. Also, please keep in mind the people at clean sweep don't contract their work out. They are the people who work for the business itself. So they see this type of work daily.
