I was disappointed at the quality of the food. I had high hopes for it as other reviewers had gave…read morethe food high ratings. The seafood gumbo was served in a small container that included some chicken, the skinniest, small leg of a blue crab that had no meat in it. The sausage was not regular sausage but a tiny dried out sausage. Besides the small leg of crab the only other seafood was half of a shrimp that was cut into 2 pieces. Yes 1/2 of shrimp and that's it. The small container is 12 oz and they charged 16.99 for it. Wayyy to over priced for what you get. The flavor of the gumbo was nothing to rave about, tasted like canned gumbo. I wouldn't recommend. I also got a plate of empanadas that where not to my liking. The beef ones are made with ground beef, I'm used to actual meat pieces of shredded or cubed meat; first time getting ground beef. The flavor was not to my liking and again felt very canned food style. The chicken one was made with actual chicken pieces but had wayyy to much melted cheese inside that overpowered the whole empanada. If you're a cheese lover this might be up ur alley. The best thing about the plate where the sweet potato fries. The price was 13.99 I believe and u get 2 empanadas with sweet potato fries on the side. Overall not an enjoyable experience and I unfortunately had to dispose of the empanadas and only ate the sweet potato fries, and gumbo because I had nothing else for lunch after spending 30+ for everything and my lunch time was almost ending.

To the point .... Very poor quality of service…read more I'd give zero stars if I could for terrible customer service, satisfaction... Ordered thru the Taco Bell app, large order, about $32..16 tacos for the family to enjoy while watching Saturday night TV, drove home, about 20+ minutes away, and was disappointed to find that the 18 requested sauces that were also ordered along with, were no where to be found... they obviously forgot to include them... Usually no big deal, as fast food places customarily have low attention to detail... but I wanted to let the store know what had happened with the expectations they might possibly remind the workers to pay a bit more attention to avoid problems in the future,,,, I called the store, relayed to the manager, "Madison", what had happened and I was already home,,,, she confirmed my order, saw what was ordered but forgot to include the sauces..... I inquired is there anything they do to accommodate the incomplete order only to be then flipantly told by her,,,"but that's ok, the sauces are free anyways,,,and I don't expect you to come back for them",,,but she might be able to comp me 2 soft tacos on my next visit..really? So bottom line is,,the store messed up with an incomplete order, you're already too far away to return and aren't coming back, but thanks for the $32.... What level has customer service fallen to and how difficult is it to follow a very simple set of instructions.. Also, when the order was picked up at the drive thru, at no time was it asked if we would care for any of the customary condiments.... Why ask when it clearly states on the receipt they were requested..... I would recommend avoiding this location not only for the lack of attention to detail, but also for poor customer service and relations..
