To the point .... Very poor quality of service I'd give zero stars if I could for terrible customer service, satisfaction... Ordered thru the Taco Bell app, large order, about $32..16 tacos for the family to enjoy while watching Saturday night TV, drove home, about 20+ minutes away, and was disappointed to find that the 18 requested sauces that were also ordered along with, were no where to be found... they obviously forgot to include them... Usually no big deal, as fast food places customarily have low attention to detail... but I wanted to let the store know what had happened with the expectations they might possibly remind the workers to pay a bit more attention to avoid problems in the future,,,, I called the store, relayed to the manager, "Madison", what had happened and I was already home,,,, she confirmed my order, saw what was ordered but forgot to include the sauces..... I inquired is there anything they do to accommodate the incomplete order only to be then flipantly told by her,,,"but that's ok, the sauces are free anyways,,,and I don't expect you to come back for them",,,but she might be able to comp me 2 soft tacos on my next visit..really? So bottom line is,,the store messed up with an incomplete order, you're already too far away to return and aren't coming back, but thanks for the $32.... What level has customer service fallen to and how difficult is it to follow a very simple set of instructions.. Also, when the order was picked up at the drive thru, at no time was it asked if we would care for any of the customary condiments.... Why ask when it clearly states on the receipt they were requested..... I would recommend avoiding this location not only for the lack of attention to detail, but also for poor customer service and relations.. read more

Couldn't take my order at the window. I couldn't fit my car in with the trailer and car on the back lobby wasn't open. I worked all day trying to get something to eat for the manager to be rude and cocky with her friend. If the Lobby was open I would have simply went inside but it wasn't. Also I can't fit my car trailer in the drive through and didn't wanna damage their stuff or my own. I'm extremely disappointed in the people they choose to work there. Let me start by saying I've consistently had a great experience at this store for the past 3-4 years. But as they say, all it takes is a single incident. The current taco bell reward system provides a mechanism that displays all of your reward menu items on the screen when you give them your code and ask for it. This has worked consistently for the past ~1 year that I've been using that program, and it has consistently worked at this store. However when I asked for it to be pulled up the server said he couldn't do it and then said it's not something that can be done at all and it doesn't work etc... I had to explain that it does in fact work and I've been doing it for most of a year now and said he needed to speak with his manager to get training then. He doubled down on it not working and indicated that "well that's your problem". To which I unfortunately snapped and said some choice words and left. I called to speak to the manager and he stated the same thing as the server and told me "well that's your problem". I WILL be filing a formal complaint to corporate. read more

my girlfriend and i always come to this Taco Bell especially after work and we've always had a good experience. But tonight, it was terrible. we ordered 2 double stack tacos, chicken quesadilla, and chips and cheese. We were missing a double stack taco and the chips and cheese had literally 8 chips in it. we go back through the drive thru to get our other taco and we asked for the regular with no tomatoes or sour cream but we got both of those on the taco. so we ended up going back and the little girl at the drive thru was so rude. Of all the times I've been to this location this was the worst. Granted, I don't usually come this late often but MY GOODNESS where to begin. First, I get to the speaker in the drive through and it took a while to be acknowledged. Like a solid five minutes. Then a lady finally said to hold on she'll be right with me. Another 7 minutes later she was finally ready to take my order. (It was a mobile order so thank god that took minimal effort and time). I get to the window and wait forever more...I would not have minded so much if it weren't for the staff....it didn't seem like there was a single responsible or mature person leading the group tonight. The lady taking orders at the window was cursing (in a friendly coworker but serious manner) at whoever was cooking telling them to hurry up, then they started going back and forth at one another. Some of the others came into view and they were talking a lot and joking, then they started throwing stuff at each other and playing around, literally like several minutes while the drive through was wrapped around. I was in disbelief. I've never seen this location with such an immaturely balanced crew- it seemed like there wasn't a manager on site and if there was......I don't know what to say. I started to record a video of it but as soon as they noticed my order quickly came lol More annoying than that, perhaps if they had not been playing around throwing sauce packets at each other they would have given me the Dorito supreme taco subs in my order instead of the plain crunchy ones. I approached the establishment malnourished and ravaged by the alcohol poisoning from the night prior. I had entered full primal instinct and I had this place in my sights. From the moment I entered at 11:29 I was met with the smell of pure Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere teleported me to the cantinas of Mexico. The closer I got to the counter the more I could smell it. The cheesy, beefy, crispyness that is... the cheesy Gordita Crunch. When I reached the counter mouth watering and knees weak I could barley formulate words. But from the look in my eyes he could tell what i wanted. In a short wait of 7-10 mins my food had been ready and I was sinking my teeth into one of the best Cheesy Gordita Crunch's Ive ever had. I don't quite understand the bad rap Taco Bell seems to get. If you want real authentic Mexican food... then go to a real authentic Mexican restaurant. This is basically a Mexican flavored AMERICAN fast food restaurant serving fairly inexpensive America's Mexican favorites made for the typical American palate. They've got the basics - varieties of tacos (hard or soft), burritos, quesadillas and American intepretations of Mexican favorites (gorditas). Their food is good for the most part... but it can also be hit or miss. Frankly, I find that its very difficult if not impossible to find a really good Mexican restaurant in our area... Sadly I've found after trying food from some of those restaurants that I would have been better off just ordering from Taco Bell. But out of all of the Stafford fast food restaurants, even before the pandemic. Taco Bell in Stafford has been the slowest fast food serving since I have moved here back in 2018. With the poor ratings and bad experiences from many people, you would think the Taco Bell company would do something by now. Chick-fil-A is by far the busiest fast food restaurant in Stafford. There drive-thru time is 2, maybe 3x faster. I highly suggest anywhere else if you're in a hurry. Even Moes is faster than this. read more

Yes the lines are long. Even so, people return time after time. People have the choice to go across the street to Burger King or down the street to McDonalds, but they don't. We usually go in the mornings. There's little to no line when we go inside in the morning, and in the evenings, it's simply worth the wait! The service is phenomenal, and we have NEVER had an order messed up. Go during the evening, and it's like any other fast food restaurant in the area, but with tasty tacos. The tea has always been freshly brewed, and not too strong like the establishment next door, lol. I highly recommend this place if you want well made Taco Bell. For a Taco Bell, this place does wonderfully! As an update, we have not really been here recently because of two issues already are non-negotiables for us: 1.) The tea dispensers are NOT cleaned regularly and we had slime come out of it three weeks ago. 2.) I gave them a second chance today, and their chicken quesadilla had a funny taste to it. In the midst of road trip traffic induced hunger, we found an oasis of flavor and care in the most unlikely of places: the Stafford Taco Bell. From the first exchange of words with the drive thru employee we knew we would be taken care of. She was sincere and kind, and allowed us grace as we decided what we wanted to eat. When we received our food she greeted us with a warm smile, and when we took our first bite we smiled as well. The ingredients were fresh, the tacos were filled perfectly, and everything was deliciously warmed. Though we hope not to find ourselves in Stafford again, if we do, this Taco Bell will be our first stop. The Taco Bell on Garrisonville road in Stafford, VA has gone downhill. I don't think the young teenagers working their care much about how to make a good taco anymore. I ordered 3 soft taco supremes today. The lettuce was wilted and tomatoes soggy and old. the tacos shells were also wet and soggy. I could t eat them and had to o to the local taco restaurant to get a good taco. Slow doesn't even begin to describe this Taco Bell. If you enjoy being stuck in the drive thru for 30+ minutes and then having your order be wrong this is the place you should pick. The parking lot is a pain to navigate because the drive thru line regularly wraps around the building making parking a nightmare. I think that this location enjoys giving out incorrect orders. I've been here three times, once inside and twice through the drive through. The time I went inside it took about 20 minutes to get my food, and I always order the same thing - 2 bean burritos with no onions and extra cheese. This first time I got two burritos with beans cheese and no sauce. The next two times I went through the drive through, the first time I got 2 burritos with extra sauce and minimal cheese, the third time I got two taco shells, with beans in place of meat and lettuce and cheese (as I said I always order the same thing). I have no idea what the workers might have been smoking with that last order, but I will no longer go to this location as they never get it right. read more

I visited the restaurant yesterday around 1 pm. They were letting people in without masks and the floor and surfaces were very dirty. The tables were not being clean after people used them.
