Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done efficiently without cutting corners. One thing that truly set Jax Chimney Pros apart was their attention to detail and respect for our home. Instead of destroying the front Italian marble mosaic to replace the fireplace, they thoughtfully accessed everything through the wall behind the fireplace, preserving the stunning, gorgeous marble on the front. That level of care is rare and deeply appreciated. A huge shout-out as well to Ben, who replaced the wall afterward and textured it so perfectly that you would never know a large hole had ever been cut. His craftsmanship was absolutely amazing--flawless work. I called our regular provider, Jenkins, and got an answering service. They couldnt tell me if anyone was available to come today or tomorrow, but could take my message down. Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi's and Joe's experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. I got my HVAc serviced and a UV bulb installed. I couldn't be more thrilled. I hope to continue getting service with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air. They returned today, Friday, 03/17 & removed all the duct board, cleaned the ac coils & rebuilt the duct board & cleaned & painted the closet ceiling where there was some mold. They installed a UV light in the ac unit which prevents the return of mold. Very professional, courteous & cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC services. Will be having them service my ac unit from now on.
