I've waited 10 days to get the appointment, I rearranged my Friday for the appointment, I waited until the end of their 2 hour window, and they bailed after 5 minutes. Now I'm going to have to wait another couple of weeks to get an appointment with another company. Super lazy. Super unprofessional.

I should've paid attention to the reviews on this company and not even contacted them but they came recommended by someone who normally does our masonry work but is away.
