This round I had them replace a basement toilet, fix a not working faucet and diagnose water pressure issues.

Chris suggested that if it happened again, she should have them come out and look with the camera. He thought maybe it was an old sewer cap that had fallen down there and was blocking the line. Sure enough, a couple weeks later, the sewer backed up again. So today (next day service), Arthur came out and sent a camera down.... they were right! it was an old sewer cap blocking the line! There's no real way to get it out easily, But Arthur managed, using a magnet. Immediately the sewer drained! so hopefully that is the end of that problem. the cost for today's visit was again incredibly reasonable. Good guys. Fast work. Well trained and knowledgeable!
