There is parking on-site and on the street. You can enter the parking lot either through Sea Coast Drive or Imperial Beach Boulevard. A server came over right away, took our drink order, and brought us menus. She refilled our drinks before they were empty and brought us boxes once she saw we were done. She was attentive and anticipated our needs. She was always friendly whenever she stopped by our table. My Denver omelet came with home fries and toast, for a small fee I substituted the toast for pancakes. The cheese on my Denver omelet was burned. I prefer the cheese to be melted and stretchy, as it adds flavor and texture to the omelet. The burned cheese took away from the overall flavor of the omelet. The home fries are always delicious - slightly crispy, well-seasoned, with sautéed bell peppers topped with queso fresco. The pancake was dry and didn't have much flavor. I've been here many times before, and the pancakes are always delicious. The breakfast sandwich was okay. The tomato was a bit overwhelming and made the sandwich slightly soggy. The breakfast burger was tasty and made just as ordered. The mini chocolate chip pancakes were really good, definitely on the sweet side. The portions are big and you will definitely have leftovers. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Both areas have many TVs showing different sporting events, making it a great place to watch a Padres game. A Farewell to the Best Tater Tots in Town…read more There's not a day that goes by that I don't think about dipping your tater tots into that incredible ranch dressing. Seriously--it's the best, especially paired with a cold beer. By far, you've always had some of the best bar food around, and my family enjoys eating here almost every week. That's why we were so disappointed today when I ordered my usual hamburger and tater tots, only to be served what looked like burnt, L-shaped fried potato pieces pretending to be tater tots. It honestly bummed me out. I asked the waitress if these were going to be the new tater tots going forward, and she told me yes. I let her know how disappointed I was. First the tots--what's next? Please don't tell me the pretzels are on the chopping block too. I can't imagine how much money is actually being saved on the bottom line by switching away from the original tater tots, because from a customer's perspective, it feels like a downgrade. The OG tater tots were legendary. Please bring back the original tater tots. Some traditions are worth keeping.
