Construction Project Planning - top notch as a go between protecting associations from contractor 'change orders' that so famously add to costs. More than once they saved tens of thousands in unauthorized change orders. Someone to watch your back on big jobs. When the job is large you need someone to advocate for you. Pre-planning Bid leveling Project Management Making sure subs snd materials suppliers are paid, saved our bacon on that alone with the general contractor. Working with you when things go bad with a contractor - these guys stand there with you. A contractor out of San Diego, failed to perform. Without CIDOLOGY we would have been at the mercy of the contractor. Everyone wanted them succeed but all the homeowners hated to general contractor and after many attempts to fix it failed. Cidology was again there for us like family. Don't go it alone, hire a professional to manage it and man do they document it all. GANNT charts, excel, pictures etc. are top notch. This is my personal recommendation as a homeowner and working with them for 5+ years on a professional level. So much so we gave them another $700000+ in business to manage recently.
