I recommend She Thrives and Christina to any woman who has goals and wants to achieve them!…read more I really appreciate her ability to meld "conventional" business coaching with more human-centered, mindfulness skills to essentially get both your brain and heart to manifest your ideal scenarios in life. I also think Christina is unique in helping clients brainstorm abstract or large-scale visions, while getting down to the practical nitty-gritties of how to actually achieve objectives, and results! Beyond that, she's very intuitive and also has a comforting humility, never pretending to have *all* the answers. Sessions are definitely customized to you... The process feels co-creative and collaborative to make sure your needs are met. She Thrives is a great service... Christina is part-coach, part-mentor, part-cheerleader, part-friend. I had the pleasure to work with Christina for 6 months in preparation of launching my new business. She provided the ideal mix of motivation, reflection, and action. I left each session feeling more clear and confident. Christina's approach is refreshing. She made the time and space for everything that came up during our sessions. This holistic approach was perfect for me as a self-employed entrepreneur since my home and work life are so tightly integrated. I got way more out my 6 months working with Christina than I expected - including a new mediation practice! I highly recommend She Thrives and Christina's coaching.

The vibe and Antons' hospitality always make you feel welcome and calm. The AI is evolving rapidly but nothing can beat the human interaction, not even close. Much more importantly, conversations with Antons can really touch your soul. You could say life coaching is complicated, because they need to deal with all kinds of emotions and issues, yet Antons is always able to navigate through the mess and identify the root cause, which leads to my next point: the most significant learning from life coaching is actually very easy, but it is so powerful and bring you joy and peace, and probably more money if you want that too. To me it's a like a switch, hidden from you in a little room and for some people they can never find it in their lives, but Antons can work with you to find the key to the room, and the rest is yours. I may sound a bit poetic but that is what I truly feel. No matter whether you trust or not, as long as you see this review, it means you want some changes in your life. Why not just give it a shot?

Antons' life coaching style and insights will enable you to navigate around seemingly impossible roadblocks. The advice I received was certainly worth my time. He helped me see many things I took for granted and that I often overlooked; that were preventing me from reaching my next goal. We all need someone to review our own personal paradigm from time to time. Because sometimes, it's outdated and needs to evolve so that we can grow. I sincerely recommend Antons to help you do just that.

Eve is absolutely brilliant in her intuitiveness and her capacity to understand. Not only are our sessions enlightening, enjoyable, and poignant, but most of all they are empowering. Her presence is calm and accepting, while remaining strong and focused. What sets Eve apart is her intuitive ability to understand what lies beneath the surface. I reached back a year later to fix a session. She didn't mention it again on the phone or explicit stated there is a high chance that she might have to cancel last minute to prepare me. She fixed a date then cancelled the day before and then I fixed another date a month later then she cancelled again the day before. This gave me feelings of being dismissed, not valued, not taken seriously, not considered important. All the things I am trying to get help with from a reiki practioner and life coach. I also had to have my husband take care of my child to do this with her. I also had to take time off work to be there during work hours. These things matter to me too. I didn't think this was a professional thing to do. And more importantly she never said I might have to cancel due to my husband's work hours or made that very clear. I don't recommend this service because of last minute cancellations.

Over the past year, I've received several services including the 2-Hour Life Coaching + Reiki session, Reiki 1 & 2 Practitioner Certification class, Distance "Sunrise Reiki," and most recently the Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class. I'm also looking forward to joining the Virtual Mana Healing sessions now that they're back -- it feels powerful to heal in a safe, like-minded community. From the very first consultation, Britt made me feel safe, heard, and completely at ease (plus, her office has great vibes). She asks thoughtful, intuitive questions that gently get to the root of what you're moving through while honoring both practical and spiritual perspectives. The clarity I received from that first Life Coaching + Reiki session alone was more impactful than any support I've received through insurance-based services. The Reiki portion, though brief, created energetic shifts I could feel clearing throughout the entire week. If I could describe my journey since March 2025 in one word, it would be Clarity -- I feel more connected to myself, my intuition, and my path than I have in years. I felt called to continue exploring the power of energy healing and enrolled in the Reiki 1 & 2 Certification class to support my nervous system and explore this healing work more seriously. Britt is intentional about vetting her students, which creates a safe, supportive learning environment. I even repeated the training six months later (offered at a generous discount) to deepen my practice, and to my pleasant surprise, ended up receiving even more healing myself. Learning alongside like-minded people has been incredibly uplifting, and the sense of community has been a gift in itself. The Spiritual Life Coaching Certification class further supported my personal growth -- building confidence, asking better questions, holding space without projection, and strengthening how I show up for others. I gained practical tools for navigating anxiety, overthinking, and to help build self-trust that I continue to use in daily life and now in my Reiki sessions. I'm also grateful for Britt's distance offering, "Sunrise Reiki," which has become an affordable yet essential form of energetic self-care. The intuitive messages she shares afterward are always insightful and affirming. Living in the Bay Area, I truly appreciate her pricing -- the value far exceeds the cost. Britt has a heart of gold. Her generosity, integrity, and devotion to this work are felt in every offering. Supporting a local, family-owned healing business that pours so much back into the community feels meaningful, especially knowing her mission extends into her nonprofit, High Vibrational Child, which supports healing and empowerment for the next generation. Since beginning this journey, receiving Reiki, becoming attuned, and consistently practicing energetic / spiritual hygiene -- I feel more aligned in my life and relationships. I had bookmarked Holomua Healing Arts years ago in 2019 and finally booked in 2025 (after watching several of Britt's interviews on YouTube to see if she felt like a good fit), it truly feels like divine timing. Even the friendships formed through these trainings have restored my hope in finding safe, heart-centered community again. If you're interested in Reiki or a more spiritually centered form of Life Coaching, I highly recommend reaching out to Britt for a consultation.

I'd had my hands read by a medium in SoCal and was disappointed by the minimal information from my hands that she'd given me, and the maximum information she sent me regarding astrological charting. Still looking for answers from my hands, I picked Jennifer because of her location (close to me here in NorCal) and Yelp reviews. She spent roughly 25 minutes silently studying my hands with a light while making copious notes in her notebook. Then she lay her pen down, took a deep breath and gave me her interpretations of what my hands say about me. The entire session (including the study of my hands, her interpretations and then my input at the end) lasted an hour and a half. I didn't prompt her with anything about myself prior to this reading except my profession (for scheduling purposes). Her insights into who I am and the problems I have been struggling to overcome were succinct, spot on, and delivered in such a gentle and compassionate way as to move me to tears. Her warmth and acceptance made it a safe space. I was relieved to have the chance to not only validate what she'd told me, but to speak about my concerns. I'm at a point in my life where I am enlisting the help of professional guides in all the different areas I need them. Jennifer's gentle touch and her widespread knowledge and experience with herbalism, energy work and a host of other healing methods are what sealed the deal for me with enlisting her help as a spiritual guide. My gratitude for our paths crossing at this juncture in my life is profound and has moved me to write this review. I only hope it helps bring more seekers to her. She is remarkable!
