I can't express to you how beneficial it was just in my very first session with Christoph, Life Coach! He said I'd probably have some ah-hah! moments, and I definitely did! Christoph helped me put things into perspective when creating my schedule. I was about to schedule a monthly date night and he was quick to ask why monthly? No, make it weekly. He reminded me not to put my relationship on the back burner, which is so easy to do. He helped calm me down and not feel so overwhelmed; I was able to go home that night and sit down with my boyfriend and create an entire repeating weekly schedule with relative ease, fitting everything in with ample space and timing, making sure no aspect of our lives was neglected or harriedly crammed in one day. I can't even stress in words how vital and life changing working with Christoph has been!! This man is amazing and has been such a key factor in my success this year. I first met Christoph Nauer of "Life Coaching with a Twist" when he spoke at my church at the beginning of 2012. His presentation was excellent ! I could not take notes fast enough when he was sharing some very motivating tools on how to improve the quality of life. He covered areas such as setting short and long term goals and offering tangible ways to achieve them. He offered tips on how to organize ourselves in such as way that we would find more meaning and joy in our lives. These are just a few of the gifts that he can offer as a life coach. One of my desires is to find more peace, harmony, and balance in my life. My lack of taking time for myself has resulted in some health issues, which finally caught up with me. This is what FINALLY caught my attention....when the body said HALT! Christoph came at a time in my life when I realized that I needed to make some changes.
