Joel was a warm and welcoming person when we met and we really liked him. I remember leaving his office that day and told my husband, I think we found ourselves a good CPA where we can go back each year and don't have to hop from one place to another when tax season approaches. However, we were promised that we'd hear back within a few days. Nothing. My husband called and was told our file was in a queue. Indeed we understand that it is tax season - the busiest of all for CPAs. But the quality of service is also as important. We did not hear back as promised and after calling their office 5-6 times, my husband got really tired so we decided to go there. When we arrived, Joel came out from his office and saw us (was on the phone), but went back inside. His colleague next door greeted us and went to Joel after he got off the phone. He told his colleague to tell us to leave a message. That was pretty rude. For the price range of $1000-$1500, we deserve better treatment than this.
